本发明公开了一种带自锁功能的多连杆式垃圾通道门,门框一侧上部设有上下分布的摆杆铰接座,摆杆铰接座一侧的门框上设有与手柄相配的条形孔,手柄是由手柄部和连动部构成的整体呈L形的板状结构,其连动部的端部和中部分别与一级连杆一端和门框下侧摆杆铰接座铰接,二级连杆一端分别与摆杆一端和一级连杆另一端铰接,摆杆另一端与门框上侧摆杆铰接座铰接,二级连杆另一端与L形铰接座一端铰接,L形铰接座另一端边板与门板一侧的安装孔固定连接。本发明结构设计合理且使用方便快捷,在人们倾倒垃圾时,无需用手接触垃圾通道门门板而把手弄脏,有效避免了人手接触垃圾通道门门板而造成的细菌污染。

技术领域
本发明属于垃圾通道门技术领域,具体涉及一种带自锁功能的多连杆式垃圾通道门。
背景技术
随着城镇化步伐的加快,越来越多的人口进入高层建筑工作和生活,人们在日常生活和工作中不可避免的产生垃圾。为了方便高层建筑垃圾倾倒,许多高层建筑设有垃圾通道,人们可将生活垃圾直接从所在楼层的垃圾通道门抛下,而不用往返楼上楼下倾倒垃圾,为人们生活提供了便利,但现有的垃圾通道门通常仅由门板和门框组成,门板上方铰接在门框上,门板上没有把手,人们倾倒垃圾时需要一手顶开门板,一手抛下垃圾,对于体积或重量较大的垃圾由于单手无法提起,甚至还需另一人协助顶开垃圾通道门,才能完成垃圾倾倒,由于垃圾通道门板不可避免的与一些湿垃圾接触,导致门板外表面极脏,而人们倾倒垃圾时用手顶开门板会使手部清洁卫生难以保障,以致面临病毒和细菌威胁。综上所述,亟需一种有手柄且带自锁功能的垃圾通道门。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种结构设计合理且使用方便快捷的带自锁功能的多连杆式垃圾通道门。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种带自锁功能的多连杆式垃圾通道门,其特征在于包括门框、门板、手柄、门板铰接座、摆杆铰接座、摆杆、一级连接杆、L形铰接座和二级连杆,门框一侧上部设有上下分布的摆杆铰接座,摆杆铰接座一侧的门框上设有与手柄相配的条形孔,手柄是由手柄部和连动部构成的整体呈L形的板状结构,其中连动部的端部和中部分别与一级连杆一端和门框下侧摆杆铰接座铰接,二级连杆一端分别与摆杆一端和一级连杆另一端铰接,摆杆另一端与门框上侧摆杆铰接座铰接,二级连杆另一端与L形铰接座一端铰接,L形铰接座另一端边板与门板一侧的安装孔固定连接。
优选的,所述门框整体为框形结构,其上下两端分别设有凸出的铁板,该凸出的铁板用于在垃圾通道修建时直接将其砌入墙体以使门框与垃圾通道一面墙体固连,且门框前面板与垃圾通道前面板平齐,门框两侧顶部分别安装有门板铰接座,门板通过其顶部的圆柱形凸起与门框顶部的门板铰接座铰接。
优选的,所述门板为矩形薄板,其上端两侧分别设有矩形缺口,矩形缺口处分别设有圆柱形凸起,该圆柱形凸起与门板铰接座一端的套筒配合实现铰接,使门板绕该圆柱形凸起旋转摆动,门板靠近手柄安装位置的一侧设有安装孔,通过螺钉实现门板安装孔与L形铰接座的底座安装孔固定连接。

优选的,所述摆杆铰接座整体呈7字形结构,由底座及垂直固定于底座一端的立板构成,底座呈矩形结构且在底座上设有安装孔,通过螺栓实现底座安装孔与门框一侧上部的安装孔固定连接,立板上设有铰接孔,安装于门框靠上位置的摆杆铰接座的立板铰接孔与摆杆一端的铰接孔铰接,安装于门框靠下位置的摆杆铰接座的立板铰接孔与手柄连动部的中部铰接孔铰接。
优选的,所述摆杆呈长条形结构且在其两端分别设有铰接孔,一端铰接孔与摆杆铰接座立板上的铰接孔铰接,另一端铰接孔与一级连杆一端铰接孔和二级连杆一端长圆柱形凸起共同铰接。

优选的,所述二级连杆整体呈长条形结构,二级连杆一端设有长圆柱形凸起,该长圆柱形凸起依次贯穿一级连杆一端铰接孔和摆杆一端铰接孔实现三者铰接,长圆柱形凸起一侧的二级连杆上设有圆柱形自锁凸起,该圆柱形自锁凸起的高度不大于一级连杆的厚度,二级连杆另一端设有短圆柱形凸起,该短圆柱形凸起贯穿L形铰接座的立板铰接孔实现二者铰接。
本发明结构设计合理且使用方便快捷,在人们倾倒垃圾时,无需用手接触垃圾通道门门板而把手弄脏,有效避免了人手接触垃圾通道门门板而造成的细菌污染。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述本发明的技术方案,一种带自锁功能的多连杆式垃圾通道门为上部铰接、下部可开启的垃圾通道门;
门框1整体为框形结构,上下两端分别凸出一定长度的铁板,该凸出铁板较薄,便于垃圾通道修建时直接将其砌入墙体,使门框与垃圾通道10一面墙体固连,且门框前面板与垃圾通道前面板平齐,门框上设有若干用于安装门板铰接座、摆杆铰接座的安装孔,安装孔位于门框两侧上部;
门板2为矩形薄板,上端两侧分别有一矩形缺口,缺口处各有一圆柱形凸起,该圆柱形凸起可与门板铰接座一端的套筒配合,实现铰接,使门板可绕该圆柱形凸起旋转摆动,门板靠近手柄安装位置一侧设有两安装孔,使用相应螺钉可使该安装孔与L形铰接座底座上安装孔固结;
手柄3是由手柄部和连动部构成的整体呈L形的板状结构,连动部的一端和中间位置分别设有铰接孔,中间铰接孔与下方摆杆铰接座端部的铰接孔铰接,端部铰接孔与一级连杆一端铰接孔铰接,手柄3连动部在中间铰接孔处有一定角度的偏折,无铰接孔的一端与有铰接孔的一端在某一位置有90°偏折;
门板铰接座4由底座和套筒组成,底座呈矩形结构且在底座上有两安装孔,可通过螺栓将这两安装孔与门框上相应安装孔固定连接,套筒可与门板上端圆柱形凸起配合实现铰接,圆柱形凸起可在该套筒内自由转动;
摆杆铰接座5整体呈7字形结构,底座呈矩形结构且在底座上有两安装孔,该安装孔可与门框上相应安装孔配合,底座一端垂直设置一立板,立板上有铰接孔,安装于门框靠上位置的摆杆铰接座铰接孔与摆杆一端的铰接孔铰接,安装于门框靠下位置的摆杆铰接座铰接孔与手柄连动部的中间铰接孔铰接;
摆杆6呈长条形结构,其两端分别设有两铰接孔,一端铰接孔与摆杆铰接座上的铰接孔铰接,另一端铰接孔与一级连杆一端、二级连杆有较长圆柱形凸起的一端共同铰接;
一级连杆7形状结构与摆杆6相同,其一端铰接孔与手柄连动部的端部铰接孔铰接,另一端铰接孔与摆杆6一端铰接孔和二级连杆一端的长圆柱形凸起铰接;
L形铰接座8整体呈L形结构,底座呈矩形结构且在底座上设有两安装孔,该安装孔可与门板上相应安装孔固定连接,底座一端设有一垂直于底座的立板,立板端部设有一铰接孔,该铰接孔与二级连杆一端的短圆柱形凸起铰接;
二级连杆9整体呈长条形结构,二级连杆9一端有一长圆柱形凸起,该长圆柱形凸起长度足够穿过连杆一端及摆杆一端相应的铰接孔,实现三者铰接,二级连杆9另一端的短圆柱形凸起位于该连杆另一侧,该短圆柱形凸起长度足够穿过L形铰接座立板相应铰接孔,实现铰接,在靠近长圆柱形凸起的位置有一自锁圆柱形凸起,该自锁圆柱形凸起的长度不大于一级连杆厚度。
本发明的工作原理为:由于门板自身重力作用,在未受外力作用时,门板自然下垂,保持闭合状态;当需要投放垃圾时,投放者将手柄下压,手柄绕连动部中间铰接孔转动,推动与其铰接的一级连杆向上运动,从而使二级连杆、摆杆与一级连杆的公共铰接点向上运动,使二级连杆与摆杆逐渐趋于平行姿态,从而使L形铰接座铰接孔远离上方摆杆铰接座铰接孔,进而驱动门板绕门板铰接座的铰接孔向上旋转,当二级连杆与摆杆处于平行(或共线)姿态时,门板开度最大;进一步下压手柄则进一步驱动二级连杆、摆杆、一级连杆公共铰接点向上运动,直至二级连杆上的圆柱形自锁凸起与一级连杆侧面接触,阻止公共铰接点进一步向上运动为止,这时门板开度略微减小,此时松开手柄,在门板的自身重力作用下,门板有进一步向下闭合的趋势,但二级连杆上的圆柱形自锁凸起与一级连杆侧面发生接触,阻止门板继续向下闭合,实现自锁;此时即可将垃圾抛入垃圾通道内,然后将手柄上提,手柄末端铰接孔驱动一级连杆向下运动,驱动门板略微开启至最大开度,经过二级连杆与摆杆处于平行姿态后,门板开度逐渐减小,且可以在门板自身重力作用下自由下垂,实现闭合。
