技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体为一种纤维短纺混纺面料。
背景技术
市场现有混纺苎麻纱多采用苎麻长纤混纺,混纺纤维种类和比例区间较单一,大大限制了苎麻产品开发的空间。平匠主要采用苎麻短纤混纺,并对与苎麻混纺的纤维种类和配比区间做严格规定,针对不同功能做不同成份和比例的搭配,从而彻底拓宽苎麻产品的多样性,大大增加苎麻混纺纤维的亲肤性,在亲肤服用产品领域具有不可替代的优势。
现有的苎麻面料基本分两大类,一类采用纯苎麻纤维织造梭织面料;另一类是苎麻长纤混纺面料。纯苎麻梭织面料,面料相应比较粗糙,大多做外衣应用;苎麻长纤混纺面料相较纯苎麻梭织面料在舒适度上有较大的改良,但是服用舒适性仍然有待提升。
发明内容
1.需要解决的技术问题
本发明需要解决的问题在于,采用苎麻短纤维和莫代尔,竹纤维,大豆纤维,氨纶,锦纶,涤纶等各种纤维的混纺面料很好的弥补了这一重大空缺,严格控制配比区间后产生的纱线特性更加柔软细腻,大大提升了苎麻纤维的亲肤性。
2.技术方案
本发明的技术方案为:一种纤维短纺混纺面料,按重量百分数计,包含如下组分:苎麻20~70%、粘胶15~70%、棉10~50%、涤纶5~20%、锦纶5~40%、羊毛5~40%、羊绒5~30%、桑蚕丝5~40%。
优选的是,所述粘胶成分包含莫代尔。
优选的是,所述粘胶成分包含竹纤维。
优选的是,所述粘胶成分包含大豆纤维。
优选的是,所述面料的组分包含苎麻和其余组分中的1~5种。

综上所述,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的面料采用苎麻短纤混纺,并对与苎麻混纺的纤维种类和配比区间做严格规定,针对不同功能做不同成份和比例的搭配,从而彻底拓宽苎麻产品的多样性,大大增加苎麻混纺纤维的亲肤性。

一种纤维短纺混纺面料,按重量百分数计,包含如下组分:苎麻59%、粘胶16%、涤纶5%、锦纶5%、羊毛5%、羊绒5%,其中所述粘胶成分包含莫代尔。
实施例2:
一种纤维短纺混纺面料,按重量百分数计,包含如下组分:苎麻35%、粘胶27%、棉13%、涤纶5%、锦纶5%、羊毛5%、桑蚕丝5%,其中,所述粘胶成分包含莫代尔。
实施例3:
一种纤维短纺混纺面料,按重量百分数计,包含如下组分:苎麻52%、粘胶24%、桑蚕丝24%,其中,所述粘胶成分包含竹纤维。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纤维短纺混纺面料,其特征在于:所述粘胶成分包含莫代尔。
