【技术领域】
本发明涉及树脂镜片生产技术领域,具体的说,是一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂及其制造方法。
【背景技术】
聚氨酯镜片是的精密光学部件,在加工的过程中,需要不断的清洗镜片以保障加工过程的洁净度,尤其是在镜片成型后,如果表面粘附油渍以及指纹,对后续加工的成品率有较大影响,还会影响镜片的光学性能和成像质量,对使用者的视力会造成进一步的伤害。清洗镜片不可以随便使用其他化学物质,这是因为其他种类的化学清洗剂并不是专门为清洗镜片设计,这样子的清洗剂有可能会对树脂镜片有一定的损伤,而且可能会清洗不干净成型后残留的树脂屑、指纹。清洗剂在使用过程一般采用55度比较适宜,在该环境下,清洗剂本身很容易滋生细菌,导致镜片的存储期的缩短。
如中国专利公开号CN103725456A该专利为一种镜片清洗,该清洗剂的化学安全性好,组分中不含有氯化物及低芳香烃等物质,毒性较小,然而,加入8%-15%的氢氧化钾,碱性较高,容易腐蚀镜片的设备;如请号201510054658.5公开了一种树脂镜片清洗剂,基于100重量份的该树脂镜片清洗剂包含N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)溶液15~25份、乙二胺0.2~0.3份、磷酸二氢钾-磷酸氢二钾4~6份、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠13~20份、乙二醇溶液8~12份和其余量的去离子水溶液,将上述各组分放置到配料罐中,充分搅拌得到树脂镜片清洗剂。本发明的树脂镜片清洗剂,对成型后的镜片除污率达到99%以上,对镜片无损伤;本产品对镜片表面的润湿度低,使用本产品清洗镜片后只需要轻轻甩动几下,就可以使清洗剂以及镜片上残留的污渍脱离镜片,而且本发明的清洗剂不挥发,不分解,不燃烧,使用安全,且本产品是一种不含有卤代烃的环保型碱性水溶性液体清洗剂。但是该清洗剂的成本高,对镜片上的蓝光吸收层有一定的磨损,不适合长期使用。
中国专利申请号201310711744.X公开一种光学镜片清洗剂,包含质量分数为25%-40%的醋酸钠、5%-12%的磺酸钠、8%-15%的氢氧化钾、0.5%-2%的EDTA、5%的稳定剂、0.5%的消泡剂及25.5%-55%的纯水。本发明的优点在于,清洗后不留斑,不起雾;化学安全性稳定,不含氯化物及低芳香烃,其急性毒性,口服毒性及吸入毒性都极低,符合劳工卫生安全规定;热稳定性优秀,为不燃物;环保,不含任何卤素成份,因此不会破坏臭氧层,完全合乎(VOC)法规。依据现时立法的核准,清洗剂废液可直接排放,分解为无害物质,不会污染环境,符合ISO14000要求。上述优点虽多,但容易滋生菌落,难以清理。
本发明采用对氯间二甲苯酚、乙二胺四乙酸、乙二醇丙醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、多羟基氧化淀粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异丙醇、甘油聚氧丙烯醚、颜料、氢氧化钾和纯水。抗菌剂采用对氯间二甲苯酚,清洗剂可以提升清洗剂的抗菌效果,同时提升清洗剂的使用时间。多羟基氧化淀粉具有较高的分散能力,与烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、甘油聚氧丙烯醚协同作用,可以提升清洗剂的稳定性和清洗效果。采用氢氧化钾调节pH,简单快捷,同时将至pH控制在10-11,使用环境温和,对设备的需求性小,在清洗过程中,也不会出现烧伤和灼伤聚氨酯镜片的情况。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂及其制造方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂,基于100份重量份的该树脂镜片清洗剂,
作为优选,基于100重量份的该镜片清洗剂为对氯间二甲苯酚0.05份;乙二胺四乙酸3份;乙二醇丙醚2份;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;烷基醇酰胺2份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份;N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.6份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份;月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4份;多羟基氧化淀粉3份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份;异丙醇4份;甘油聚氧丙烯醚3份;颜料:0.02份;氢氧化钾0.3份和其余量份数的超纯水。
所述抗菌剂采用对氯间二甲苯酚。
颜料为氧化铬绿、铁蓝、钴蓝、群青、氧化铁红中的一种或者几种。

一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯水,加入到配料罐中,开动搅拌机搅拌,打开加热系统,加热纯水到80℃;
(2)将乙二胺四乙酸、乙二醇丙醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚依次加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到50℃;
(3)将烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到60℃;
(4)将N-甲基吡咯烷酮加入到配料罐中,继续持续搅拌30分钟,至溶液透明,并加热体系到40℃;
(5)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、多羟基氧化淀粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异丙醇、甘油聚氧丙烯醚加入到配料罐中,搅拌均匀,并加热体系到60℃;
(6)将对氯间二甲苯酚,搅匀至溶液透明,并加热体系到70℃;
(7)将颜料,搅匀至均匀,冷却至室温,调整到所需要的颜色即可。
(8)在室温的条件下加入氢氧化钾调节pH至10~11,即得所述用一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:
根据制作方案所得的清洗剂。稳定性好,多羟基氧化淀粉的加入,提升了清洗剂的稳定性。清洗剂中含有对氯间二甲苯酚,可以提升清洗剂抗菌的效果。清洗剂的pH在10~11之间,腐蚀性不强。
【具体实施方式】
以下提供本发明一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂及其制造方法的具体实施方式。
实施例1
称取66.03Kg纯水,加入到配料罐中,开动搅拌机搅拌,打开加热系统,加热纯水到80℃;称取3Kg的乙二胺四乙酸、2Kg乙二醇丙醚、1Kg辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚依次加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到50℃;随后称取2Kg烷基醇酰胺、3Kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到60℃;接着称取0.6KgN-甲基吡咯烷酮加入到配料罐中,继续持续搅拌30分钟,至溶液透明,并加热体系到40℃;再称取3Kg脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4Kg月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、3Kg多羟基氧化淀粉、5Kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4Kg异丙醇、3Kg甘油聚氧丙烯醚加入到配料罐中,搅拌均匀,并加热体系到60℃;随后加入0.05Kg对氯间二甲苯酚,搅匀至溶液透明,并加热体系到70℃;称取0.02Kg的颜料,搅匀至均匀,冷却至室温,调整到所需要的颜色即可。在室温的条件下加入氢氧化钾0.03Kg,这时清洗剂的pH值为10.5,即得所述用一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂。
根据上述配方所得混合物用0.5μm的滤盘进行过滤后,放入配有28K超声波的清洗槽中,按照以下工艺就可以进行聚氨酯镜片的清洗。
清洗时间为100S,本次实验共计900片,每个槽子清洗镜片30片。将磨好边的镜片清洗后检查,洁净度100%。清洗剂抗菌性能良好,抗菌率可以达到90%。

称取65.95Kg纯水,加入到配料罐中,开动搅拌机搅拌,打开加热系统,加热纯水到80℃;称取3Kg的乙二胺四乙酸、2Kg乙二醇丙醚、1Kg辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚依次加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到50℃;随后称取2Kg烷基醇酰胺、3Kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到60℃;接着称取0.6KgN-甲基吡咯烷酮加入到配料罐中,继续持续搅拌30分钟,至溶液透明,并加热体系到40℃;再称取3Kg脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、4Kg月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、3Kg多羟基氧化淀粉、5Kg烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、4Kg异丙醇、3Kg甘油聚氧丙烯醚加入到配料罐中,搅拌均匀,并加热体系到60℃;随后加入0.10Kg对氯间二甲苯酚,搅匀至溶液透明,并加热体系到70℃;称取0.02Kg的颜料,搅匀至均匀,冷却至室温,调整到所需要的颜色即可。在室温的条件下加入氢氧化钾0.06Kg,这时清洗剂的pH值为10.7,即得所述用一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂。
根据上述配方所得混合物用0.5μm的滤盘进行过滤后,放入配有28K超声波的清洗槽中,按照以下工艺就可以进行聚氨酯镜片的清洗。
清洗时间为100S,本次实验共计900片,每个槽子清洗镜片30片。将磨好边的镜片清洗后检查,洁净度100%。清洗剂抗菌性能良好,抗菌率可以达到95%。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂,其特征在于,基于100份重量份的该树脂镜片清洗剂,其原料质量百分比为:
2.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂,其特征在于,基于100重量份的该镜片清洗剂为对氯间二甲苯酚0.05份;乙二胺四乙酸3份;乙二醇丙醚2份;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚1份;烷基醇酰胺2份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3份;N-甲基吡咯烷酮0.6份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3份;月桂酰两性基乙酸钠4份;多羟基氧化淀粉3份;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份;异丙醇4份;甘油聚氧丙烯醚3份;颜料:0.02份;氢氧化钾0.3份和其余量份数的超纯水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂采用对氯间二甲苯酚。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂,其特征在于,颜料为氧化铬绿、铁蓝、钴蓝、群青、氧化铁红中的一种或者几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将纯水,加入到配料罐中,开动搅拌机搅拌,打开加热系统,加热纯水到80℃;
(2)将乙二胺四乙酸、乙二醇丙醚、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚依次加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到50℃;
(3)将烷基醇酰胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、加入到配料罐中,搅拌至溶液透明,并加热体系到60℃;
(4)将N-甲基吡咯烷酮加入到配料罐中,继续持续搅拌30分钟,至溶液透明,并加热体系到40℃;
(5)将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、多羟基氧化淀粉、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、异丙醇、甘油聚氧丙烯醚加入到配料罐中,搅拌均匀,并加热体系到60℃;
(6)将对氯间二甲苯酚,搅匀至溶液透明,并加热体系到70℃;
(7)将颜料,搅匀至均匀,冷却至室温,调整到所需要的颜色即可;
(8)在室温的条件下加入氢氧化钾调节pH至10~11,即得所述用一种聚氨酯镜片抗菌清洗剂。
