If the paper does not need to be turned over, the second turning motor E430 is directly stopped, the paper is directly input into the first reversing channel F101 through the turning conveying channel E101, and the controller records that one paper is input into the reversing module F at the moment as the second turning receiver E451 receives the signal again.
Referring to fig. 9-14, the reversing module F includes two reversing side plates F110, a first reversing conveying channel F101, a second reversing conveying channel F102, a third reversing conveying channel F103, a fourth reversing conveying channel F104, a fifth reversing conveying channel F105, and a sixth reversing conveying channel F106, where the first reversing conveying channel F101 is formed by a second reversing plate F122 and a third reversing plate F123, the second reversing conveying channel F102 is formed by a fourth reversing plate F124 and a third reversing plate F123, the third reversing conveying channel F103 is formed by a first reversing plate F121 and a third reversing plate F123, the fourth reversing conveying channel F104 is formed by a fourth reversing plate F124 and a first reversing plate F121, the fifth reversing conveying channel F105 is formed by a first reversing plate F121 and a second reversing plate F122, and the sixth reversing conveying channel F106 is formed by a second reversing plate F122 and a fourth reversing plate F124;

a fourth reversing shaft F240 is further mounted on the second reversing conveying channel F102 on one side of the third reversing plate F123, a reversing paper feeding wheel F530 is mounted on the fourth reversing shaft F240, and the reversing paper feeding wheel F530 is mounted in the second reversing conveying channel F102 and matched with the fourth reversing plate F124 to clamp and convey paper;

The fourth reversing plate F124 is provided with a reversing guide piece F1241 at a communication position of the fourth reversing conveying channel F104, the second reversing conveying channel F102 and the third reversing conveying channel F103, and the reversing guide piece F1241 inclines from the first reversing plate F121 to the third reversing plate F123 toward the third reversing plate F123. The design enables the paper to easily enter the third reversing conveying channel F103 from the second reversing conveying channel F102, but when the paper moves from the third reversing conveying channel F103 to the fourth reversing conveying channel F104, the paper cannot enter the second reversing conveying channel F102 but only enters the fourth reversing conveying channel F104 along the third reversing conveying channel F103 and the reversing guide piece F1241 due to the blocking of the reversing guide piece F1241, so that the head and tail reversing of the paper is realized, namely the head and the tail of the paper entering the storage module are mutually exchanged, and the conventional paper sorting is also finished.
An eighth reversing shaft F280 is arranged on one side of the fourth reversing conveying channel F104, a reversing conveying wheel F530 is arranged on the eighth reversing shaft F280, and the reversing conveying wheel F530 is arranged in the fourth reversing conveying channel F104 and matched with a fourth reversing plate F124 to clamp and convey paper;

The channel reversing plate F610, the channel reversing shaft F620 and the first channel reversing tooth F551 all belong to a reversing mechanism, the reversing mechanism further comprises a reversing rack F630 which is meshed with the first channel reversing tooth F551 to form a gear rack transmission mechanism, a rack guide part F631 is arranged on the reversing rack F630, the rack guide part F631 is installed in a rack guide shell F650 and can be assembled with the rack guide shell F650 in a sliding mode, the rack guide shell F650 is located at two ends of the rack guide part F631 and is respectively provided with a first limit switch F641 and a second limit switch F642, the first limit switch F641 and the second limit switch F642 are used for supplying power to the electromagnet F430 and are connected, and when one of the first limit switch F641 and the second limit switch F642 is triggered by the pressure of the rack guide part F631, the electromagnet F430 is powered off; in this embodiment, the electromagnet is powered by the electromagnet driver, and the first limit switch F641 and the second limit switch F642 are in communication connection with the signal input end through which the electromagnet driver passes, and when the first limit switch F641 and the second limit switch F642 are triggered to disconnect the power supply of the electromagnet, the electromagnet driver needs to supply power (current is reversed) in the reverse direction to the electromagnet, that is, the electromagnet is switched to the up or down mode.
The telescopic shaft of the electromagnet F430 is fixedly connected with the reversing rack F630, so that the electromagnet F430 can drive the reversing rack F630 to move in the length direction. Preferably, in order to make the movement of the reversing rack F630 smoother, the second channel reversing teeth F552 which are meshed with the reversing rack F630 are added in the embodiment.
Preferably, the channel plate F610 has only two operating states:
1. and closing the second reversing conveying channel, communicating the first reversing conveying channel with the sixth reversing conveying channel, and forming a first paper passing channel by the second reversing plate cambered surface F612 on the channel reversing plate F610 and the inner side of the second reversing plate F122. In this case, the paper does not need to be reversed end to end.

And the sixth reversing conveying channel is closed, the second reversing conveying channel is communicated with the first reversing conveying channel, and a second paper passing channel is formed by the inner sides of the first reversing plate cambered surface F611 and the third reversing plate F123 on the channel reversing plate F610. In this case, the paper needs to be reversed end to end. However, the paper can be turned over from front to back after reversing, so that the paper can be conveyed to the reversing module after being turned over reversely in advance by the reversing module, and if the paper needs to be turned over from head to tail at the same time, the paper is not operated by the reversing module.
The two working states are realized by the reversing rack F630 driving the channel reversing shaft F620 to rotate so as to drive the channel reversing plate.
Referring to fig. 13 to 19, the label module J, which is used for conveying a label card J700 to a position between the laminating roller F540 and the fourth reversing plate F122, includes a label shell J110, a hollow label storage slot J112 is formed inside the label shell J110, a label base plate J113 is formed at the bottom of the label storage slot J112, a label guide slot J111 communicated with the label storage slot J112 is formed in a side wall of the label shell J110, the label card J700 is stored inside the label storage slot J112, a label pressing plate J620 is installed in the label guide slot J111, and the label pressing plate J620 is used for pressing the label card J700 to the label base plate J113;
the label pressing plate J620 is provided with a card scraping groove J115, the card scraping groove J115 penetrates through the label pressing plate J620, a card scraping part J441 of the label scraping wheel J440 can pass through the card scraping groove J115 to scrape and send a label card J700 to a label conveying channel J101, and the label conveying channel J101 is communicated with a label storage groove J112 through a label outlet J114;
the scraping wheel J440 is arranged on the second label shaft J320, the second label card J320 is rotatably assembled with the side wall of the label shell J100, the second sub-label belt wheel J432 is arranged on the second label shaft J320, the second sub-label belt wheel J432 is connected with the first sub-label belt wheel J431 through the second label belt J430 and forms a belt transmission mechanism, the first sub-label belt wheel J431 is arranged on the output shaft of the second label motor J220, the second label motor J220 can drive the first sub-label belt wheel J431 to rotate circumferentially to scrape out the label card J700, the height of the scraping part J441 arranged in the label storage groove J112 is between 0.5 and 1 label card thickness, and the design is favorable for outputting the label cards one by one.
The label pressing plate J620 is provided with a label pressing plate guide block part J621, the label pressing plate guide block part J621 penetrates out of the label guide groove J111 and then is fixedly connected with one end of a label tension spring J610, and the label tension spring J610 has elasticity and is fixed on the label shell J110. When the label pressing plate is used, the label pressing plate J620 presses the label card through the elasticity of the label tension spring J610;
the label conveying channel J101 is composed of a first label plate J131 and a second label plate J132, and one end of the label conveying channel J101, which is far away from the label outlet J114, is positioned between the laminating roller F540 and the second reversing plate, so that the direct compression of the label card and the paper is facilitated;
the two sides of the first label plate J131 and the second label plate J132 are respectively assembled and fixed with the label side plate J120, the first label plate J131 and the second label plate J132 are respectively assembled with the first label shaft J311 and the first auxiliary label shaft J312 in a rotatable mode, the first label shaft J311 and the first auxiliary label shaft J312 are respectively provided with a label feeding wheel J410, and the label feeding wheel J410 is arranged in the label conveying channel J101 and matched with the second label plate J132 to compress and convey a label card.
The first sub tag shaft J312 is connected to an output shaft of the first tag motor J210 through a coupling, and the first tag motor J210 can drive the first sub tag shaft J312 to rotate circumferentially.
One end face, close to the label base plate J113, of the label clamp J700 is coated with self-adhesive, and the other end face of the label clamp J700, the label base plate J113 and the second label plate J132 are made of materials which are not adhered with the self-adhesive, such as polytetrafluoroethylene.
The two sides of the label conveying channel J101, the first label plate J131 and the second label plate J132 are respectively provided with a first label transmitter J511 and a first label receiver J512, the first label transmitter J511 and the first label receiver J512 form a photoelectric counter, and the first label receiver J512 receives the light beam emitted by the first label transmitter J511 to generate an electric signal.
When the last page of the paper classified according to the rules reaches between the third reversing transmitter F461 and the third reversing receiver F462, the second label motor is started to drive the scraping wheel J440 to rotate, so that the scraping part J441 scrapes and sends one label card J700 into the label conveying channel J101; meanwhile, the first label motor is started, the label is conveyed to a position between the rolling roller F540 and the paper through the label feeding roller J410, then the label card J700 is compressed and pasted on the paper through the rolling roller, and the paper does not stop in the whole process, so that the label card J700 can exceed the edge of the paper by 2-4 mm, the distance is favorable for distinguishing different classified papers in the later period, and the label card obviously protrudes out of the edge in a stack of paper.
Referring to fig. 20 to 25, the storage module G is used for storing the sorted paper, and includes two first storage side plates G110 and two second storage side plates G120, the two first storage side plates G110 and the two second storage side plates G120 together form a storage box, the top of the storage box is closed by a storage top plate G130, and a storage paper feed channel G101 is formed between the storage top plate G130 and one of the second storage side plates G120;
the storage paper feed channel G101 is communicated with the fifth reversing conveying channel F105, so that paper enters the storage box through the storage paper feed channel G101, a storage bottom plate G140 is further fixed inside the storage box, a second storage limit switch G240 is mounted on the storage bottom plate G140, the triggering end of the second storage limit switch G240 faces a drawer lifting plate G710, and the drawer lifting plate G710 is mounted in the storage box and can move in the vertical direction in the storage box;
the second containing side plate G120 is provided with a containing guide groove G121, the drawer lifting plate G710 is provided with a lifting driving block G711, the lifting driving block G711 penetrates through the containing guide groove G121 and is assembled with the containing guide groove G121 in a sliding mode, the lifting driving block G711 is also assembled with the containing screw G310 in a screwing mode through threads, the number of the containing screws G310 is two, one end of each of the two containing screws G310 is respectively assembled with a first containing belt wheel G511 and a first auxiliary containing belt wheel G512, and the first containing belt wheel G511 and the first auxiliary containing belt wheel G512 are connected through a containing belt G510 to form a belt transmission mechanism;
one of the receiving screws G310 is connected to an output shaft of a receiving motor G210, and the receiving motor G210 can drive the receiving screws G310 to rotate circumferentially.

Preferably, the two first storage side plates G110 are respectively provided with a first storage transmitter G221 and a second storage receiver G222, the first storage transmitter G221 and the second storage receiver G222 together form a photoelectric sensor, and the second storage receiver G222 receives the light beam emitted by the first storage transmitter G221 and generates an electrical signal.
The first storage transmitter G221 and the second storage receiver G222 are installed near the storage paper feed path G101, and are used for detecting the entering height of the paper, so as to prevent the paper from being too high in the drawer to cause mutual wrinkles and insertion.
During the use, in case the light beam between first storage transmitter G221, the second storage receiver G222 is sheltered from, the controller judges that the paper height reaches the biggest, at this moment, starts to accomodate the motor, accomodates the motor drive and accomodates the screw rod and rotate in order to drive the drawer lifter plate and move down, accomodate the motor and stop the operation after the light beam that accomodates between transmitter G221, the second storage receiver G222 and communicate again.
After the paper arrangement is completed, the storage motor drives the storage screw to rotate so as to drive the drawer lifting plate to move downwards, the storage motor triggers the second storage limit switch G240 until the drawer triggers the second storage limit switch, the storage motor stops running and judges that the drawer reaches the bottommost part, then the drawer G410 is pulled out, and then the paper is directly taken out.
And after the drawer is taken out, the drawer is installed back on the drawer lifting plate until the drawer triggers the first storage limit switch G230 installed on the first storage side plate, and at the moment, the drawer and the drawer lifting plate are judged to be installed in place. The drawer can move upwards.
The first storage limit switch G230 and the second storage limit switch G240 are respectively in communication connection with a motor driver of the storage motor G210, and when the motor driver is triggered, the motor driver obtains signal input, so that the power supply state, direction and the like of the storage motor G210 are adjusted to control the operation state of the storage motor G210. The first storage limit switch G230 and the second storage limit switch G240 are push switches.
The judgment of the embodiment is carried out through a controller, and the controller is used for receiving, sending and analyzing the control instruction and carrying out parameter calculation. In this embodiment, the controller is a PLC or an MCU.

the first reversing conveying channel is respectively communicated with the sixth reversing conveying channel and the second reversing conveying channel and is provided with a channel reversing plate, the channel reversing plate is fixed on a channel reversing shaft, the channel reversing shaft is rotatably assembled with the two reversing side plates, and one end of the channel reversing shaft penetrates through one of the reversing side plates and is then assembled and fixed with the first channel reversing gear;
a fourth reversing shaft is further arranged on one side, located on the third reversing plate, of the second reversing conveying channel, a reversing paper feeding wheel is arranged on the fourth reversing shaft, and the reversing paper feeding wheel is arranged in the second reversing conveying channel and matched with the fourth reversing plate to clamp and convey paper;
a fifth reversing shaft, a sixth auxiliary reversing shaft, a second reversing emitter and a second reversing receiver are respectively arranged on two sides of the third reversing conveying channel, reversing paper feeding wheels are respectively arranged on the fifth reversing shaft, the sixth reversing shaft and the sixth auxiliary reversing shaft, and the reversing paper feeding wheels on the fifth reversing shaft are arranged in the third reversing conveying channel and are attached to the first reversing plate to clamp and convey paper; the sixth reversing shaft and the reversing paper feeding wheels on the sixth auxiliary reversing shaft are arranged in the third reversing conveying channel and mutually clamp and convey the paper;
the second reversing transmitter and the second reversing receiver form a photoelectric counter, and the second reversing receiver receives the light beam of the second reversing transmitter to generate an electric signal;
an eighth reversing shaft is arranged on one side of the fourth reversing conveying channel, a reversing conveying wheel is arranged on the eighth reversing shaft, and the reversing conveying wheel is arranged in the fourth reversing conveying channel and matched with a fourth reversing plate to clamp and convey paper;
and a third reversing shaft is arranged on one side of the sixth reversing conveying channel, a reversing conveying wheel is arranged on the third reversing shaft, and the reversing conveying wheel is arranged in the sixth reversing conveying channel and matched with a fourth reversing plate to clamp and convey paper.

the label feeding device comprises a first label plate, a second label plate, a first auxiliary label shaft, a second auxiliary label shaft, a first label feeding wheel, a second label plate and a label side plate, wherein the two sides of the first label plate and the two sides of the second label plate are respectively assembled and fixed with the label side plate, the first label plate and the second label plate are respectively rotatably assembled with the first label shaft and the first auxiliary label shaft, the first label shaft and the first auxiliary label shaft are respectively provided with the label feeding wheel, and the label feeding wheel;
the label card is coated with non-setting adhesive on one end face close to the label bottom plate, and the other end face of the label card, the label bottom plate and the second label plate are all made of materials which are not adhered with the non-setting adhesive.
