Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and provides a tissue forming device for burn special effect cosmetics, which comprises an upper component and a lower component; the upper assembly includes an upper base plate, an upper rod, and a first upper guide rod; the lower assembly comprises a lower base plate, a lower rod, a lower guide rod, a lower reset plate and a lower guide sleeve. Background
The special effect make-up technology is a method for restoring and creating the figure image through professional make-up materials and tools, and can be used for making up films and televisions and simulating wounded persons in emergency rescue training of various disasters.
At present, in order to simulate burn special effects, paper towels are needed, and irregularly-shaped holes are selected on the paper towels by using a shaping knife so as to manufacture the rotting effect of burn. However, the method of using the shaping knife to break the paper towel to manufacture the holes has the problems of low efficiency and time consumption.

The upper assembly 10 includes an upper base plate 11, an upper rod 12 and a first upper guide. The upper substrate 11 is disposed in a lateral direction, and a plurality of first through holes 111 are formed thereon, and the plurality of first through holes 111 are distributed in an array, for example, in a rectangular array or in a parallelogram array. An upper rod 12 is inserted into each of the first through holes 111, i.e., the number of upper rods 12 is identical to the number of first through holes 111. In a natural state, the upper rod 12 is held stationary within the first through hole 111. The upper rod 12 is movable in the axial direction of the first through hole 111 by an external force, specifically, by a force applied in the axial direction of the upper rod 12. At least two first upper guide bars 13 are provided below the upper substrate 11, and the first upper guide bars 13 are preferably provided at the edge of the upper substrate 11.
The lower assembly 20 includes a lower base plate 21, a lower rod 22, a lower guide rod 23, a lower reset plate 24, a lower guide sleeve 25, and a base 26.
The lower substrate 21 is disposed below the upper substrate 11 in the transverse direction, a plurality of second through holes 211 are formed in the lower substrate, the plurality of second through holes 211 are distributed in an array, the distribution form of the second through holes 211 is identical to that of the first through holes 111, the number of the second through holes 211 is identical to that of the first through holes 111, the size of the second through holes 211 is identical to that of the first through holes 111, a lower rod 22 is inserted into each second through hole 211, and the diameter of the lower rod 22 is identical to that of the upper rod 12. In a natural state, the lower rod 22 is held stationary in the second through hole 211, and the lower rod 22 moves in the second through hole 211 by an external force. The lower lever 22 is moved by an external force in a similar manner to the upper lever 12, and will not be described again.
At least two lower guide bars 23 are provided below the lower substrate 21, and preferably the lower guide bars 23 are provided at the edge of the lower substrate 21. The lower guide rods 23 are provided for guiding the lower return plates 24, and the lower return plates 24 are slidably provided on the plurality of lower guide rods 23 in the lateral direction and below the lower rods 22. The lower reset plate 24 serves to keep the lower end surfaces of the plurality of lower bars 22 flush.
The lower guide sleeves 25 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the first upper guide rods 13, and are used for guiding the first upper guide rods 13. The first upper guide bar 13 may be inserted into the lower guide sleeve 25 and slid in the lower guide sleeve 25. And when the first upper guide bar 13 is inserted into the lower guide sleeve 25, the upper bar 12 is located directly above the corresponding lower bar 22. By the guiding engagement of the lower guide bush 25 and the first upper guide bar 13, the upper bar 12 and the lower bar 22 are aligned so that the upper bar 12 can push the corresponding lower bar 22 downward together when the upper bar 12 moves downward under the action of an external force. The lower guide sleeve 25 may be fixed to the lower base plate 21 or the lower guide rod 23, and preferably the lower guide sleeve 25 is directly fixed to the base 26 and the lower guide rod 23 is also fixed to the base 26.
To ensure that the upper rod 12 remains stationary in the first through hole 111 and the lower rod 22 remains stationary in the second through hole 211 in a natural state, an interference fit between the upper rod 12 and the first through hole 111 and an interference fit between the lower rod 22 and the second through hole 211 are generally adopted.
In one embodiment, the lower guide rod 23 is provided with a first limiting member 231 and a second limiting member 232 located below the first limiting member 231, the lower reset plate 24 slides between the first limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 232, and the first limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 232 are of a block structure or a ring structure fixed on the lower guide rod 23. The lower reset plate 24 is limited to move between the first limiting member 231 and the second limiting member 232, so that the lower reset plate 24 is prevented from falling off the lower guide rod 23, and the lower end surface of the lower rod 22 is ensured to be flush at the same position each time.
In one embodiment, the upper assembly 10 further includes a second upper guide bar 15 and an upper reset plate 14. The second upper guide bars 15 are provided at the upper edge of the upper substrate 11, and have at least two. The upper reset plate 14 is slidably disposed on the plurality of second upper guide bars 15 in the lateral direction and is located above the upper base plate 11. The upper reset plate 14 is provided with third through holes 141 through which the upper rods 12 are provided in one-to-one correspondence with the first through holes 111, and the diameter of the third through holes 141 is larger than that of the upper rods 12. The upper end of the upper rod 12 has a protrusion 121 that cannot pass through the third through hole 141, and the protrusion 121 has a block shape or a ring shape. The second upper guide bar 15 is provided for guiding the upper return plate 14, and the upper return plate 14 is provided for keeping the upper end surface of the upper bar 12 flush by driving the upper bar 12 to move upward together.
In one embodiment, the second upper guide bar 15 is provided with a third stop 151 above the upper return plate 14. The third limiting member 151 has a block or ring structure, and the third limiting member 151 can prevent the upper reset plate 14 from being separated from the second upper guide rod 15.
In one embodiment, the rim of the upper return plate 14 is provided with a first handle portion 142 and the rim of the lower return plate 24 is provided with a second handle portion 241. It is convenient to move the upper reset plate 14 and the lower reset plate 24.
In one embodiment, the upper end of the lower guide sleeve 25 is provided with a locking screw 251 for locking the sliding of the first upper guide bar 13 within the lower guide sleeve 25. The locking screw 251 has the main function of locking the first upper guide rod 13 inserted into the lower guide sleeve 25 by the locking screw 251 after the paper towel forming device of the present invention is used, so that the upper assembly 10 and the lower assembly 20 are connected into a whole, and the situation that parts are lost due to the separate storage of the upper assembly 10 and the lower assembly 20 is avoided. Of course, the locking screw 251 may also be used to lock the first upper guide bar 13 during use of the towel forming apparatus of the present invention, thereby maintaining the entire upper assembly 10 in a proper height position.
