Abstract

本发明提供了一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,包括光缆(1)、密封罩壳(2)、准直镜(4)、分光镜(5)、送丝机(6)、聚焦镜(8)、移动气罩(9)、焊丝(10)和视觉模块(11),所述密封罩壳(2)将激光头整体包覆;所述光缆(1)出口的激光通过所述准直镜(4)转换成平行光;所述平行光通过所述聚焦镜(8)汇聚到所述移动气罩(9)内的焊接位置;所述分光镜(5)允许激光穿透并将所述焊接位置的可见光折射至所述视觉模块(11)。本发明集成了视觉检测、焊接、送丝等功能,具备良好的水密性能,可直接置于水下进行使用;局部气罩采用氩气进行排水及作为保护气体,降低水分侵入焊缝的有害影响,明显改善焊接接头质量。

Description

一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头
技术领域
本发明涉及激光焊接领域,特别是水下激光焊接头领域。
背景技术
由于激光焊接头结构复杂,价格昂贵,无可直接应用于水下的成熟产品,在水下作业过程中对水密性要求极高。为满足水下激光焊接的工程应用需求,特此开发带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头。该水下激光焊接头集成焊缝视觉检测、焊接送丝功能,并且通过密封设计实现了全防水,下部带有移动气罩,可实现局部干式焊接。
发明内容
为了解决水下激光焊接头能够整体置于水下,满足水下激光焊接工程实际需求。本发明设计了一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,所述水下激光焊接头包括光缆(1)、密封罩壳(2)、准直镜(4)、分光镜(5)、送丝机(6)、聚焦镜(8)、移动气罩(9)、焊丝(10)和视觉模块(11),所述密封罩壳(2)将激光头整体包覆;所述光缆(1)出口的激光(3)通过所述准直镜(4)转换成平行光;所述平行光通过所述聚焦镜(8)汇聚到所述移动气罩(9)内的焊接位置;所述分光镜(5)允许激光穿透并将所述焊接位置的可见光(7)折射至所述视觉模块(11);所述送丝机(6)将所述焊丝(10)送至所述焊接位置,所述焊丝(10)与激光(3)接触后实现焊接操作。
优选的,所述移动气罩(9)与所述密封罩壳(2)之间采用密封垫片(12)进行密封连接。
优选的,所述移动气罩上设有3-4个惰性气体接口(13),通过所述惰性气体接口(13)的惰性气体可将所述移动气罩(9)内部待焊部件周围区域的水分排开,形成一个局部干燥空间,形成良好的气体保护氛围。
优选的,所述惰性气体接口(13)与氩气管线相连。
优选的,所述密封罩壳(2)上设置压缩气路接头(14),通过所述压缩气路接头(14)充入高压空气排出所述密封罩壳(2)内的水分。
本发明的水下激光焊接头集成了视觉检测、焊接、送丝等功能,具备良好的水密性能,可直接置于水下进行使用;局部气罩采用氩气进行排水及作为保护气体,降低水分侵入焊缝的有害影响,明显改善焊接接头质量。激光焊接热输入较低,热影响区小,可保证结构焊缝的原样修复。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案进行详细说明。
如图1所示,该水下激光焊接头主要由密封罩壳、激光加工头、送丝机、移动气罩等组成。采用密封罩壳将激光头整体包覆来实现激光头全密封功能,其中密封罩壳上可设置气路接头充入高压空气以确保激光头防水性能。
在激光头中,光缆出口的激光束通过准直镜转换成低功率的平行光;平行光通过聚焦镜汇聚到焊接位置;分光镜允许激光穿透并将工作位置的可见光折射至视觉模块。
如图2所示,移动气罩与密封罩壳之间采用密封垫片进行密封连接,移动气罩上设有3-4个氩气接口与氩气管线相连,可将气罩内部待焊部件周围较小区域的水分排开,形成一个局部干燥空间,形成良好的气体保护氛围。

1.一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,其特征在于,所述水下激光焊接头包括光缆(1)、密封罩壳(2)、准直镜(4)、分光镜(5)、送丝机(6)、聚焦镜(8)、移动气罩(9)、焊丝(10)和视觉模块(11),所述密封罩壳(2)将激光头整体包覆;所述光缆(1)出口的激光(3)通过所述准直镜(4)转换成平行光;所述平行光通过所述聚焦镜(8)汇聚到所述移动气罩(9)内的焊接位置;所述分光镜(5)允许激光穿透并将所述焊接位置的可见光(7)折射至所述视觉模块(11);所述送丝机(6)将所述焊丝(10)送至所述焊接位置,所述焊丝(10)与激光(3)接触后实现焊接操作。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,其特征在于,所述移动气罩(9)与所述密封罩壳(2)之间采用密封垫片(12)进行密封连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,其特征在于,所述移动气罩上设有3-4个惰性气体接口(13),通过所述惰性气体接口(13)的惰性气体可将所述移动气罩(9)内部待焊部件周围区域的水分排开。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,其特征在于,所述惰性气体接口(13)与氩气管线相连。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种带有移动气罩的水下激光焊接头,其特征在于,所述密封罩壳(2)上设置压缩气路接头(14),通过所述压缩气路接头(14)充入高压空气排出所述密封罩壳(2)内的水分。
