Novel sparrow pecking moxibustion instrument
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of moxibustion instruments, in particular to a novel sparrow pecking moxibustion instrument, which further relates to a mechanical implementation means of sparrow pecking moxibustion therapy.
Background
Sparrow pecking moxibustion is a moxibustion therapy in which the burning point of moxa sticks is placed at about 3cm above the acupoints, and the moxa sticks fall together to reciprocate. The therapy acts like sparrow pecking, and is therefore called sparrow pecking moxibustion. The method has strong heat sensation, and can be used for treating common cold, acute pain, hypertension, chronic diarrhea, tennis elbow, onychomycosis, furuncle, rectocele, prostatitis, malposition, agalactia, syncope, emergency treatment, and certain acute and chronic diseases of children.
Sparrow pecking moxibustion therapy has proven to have an exact physiotherapy effect, but can only be carried out by hand-held mode at present. Not only takes up manpower, but also is easy to scald due to careless distance grasping in the operation process. In addition, the uniformity of the motion track cannot be ensured by the mode of the handheld operation, the lateral offset can also occur due to different distances when the reciprocating motion is executed each time, and the uniformity of the effects of the bird pecking moxibustion therapy cannot be ensured easily by different operators.

Grinding folium Artemisiae Argyi into moxa, mixing with the above powder, and rolling with high-quality mulberry paper to obtain medicinal moxa stick.
The usage method is as follows: the acupoints are prepared by taking 2-3 acupoints each time and needling. Order the patient to lie on the bed, take the 28-gauge 3-inch millineedle to direct the needle while aligning the rank, insert and twist the needle until the feeling of acid, tingling and swelling around the acupoint is felt, let the needle feel of acid, tingling and swelling radiate to the front yin, leave the needle for 10min, then take out the needle, rub and press the needle hole. The patient is put in the supine position, the 28-gauge 2-inch millineedle is inserted directly into the acupoints of Qihai, zhongji and Guanyuan, the needle is inserted and twisted until the sensation of acid, tingling and distention is radiated to the front yin, the three yin is intersected and inserted directly into the needle until the sensation of acid, distention is generated around the acupoints, the needle is left for 20min, and the needle is twisted for 1 time every 10min. The main acupoints are by bird pecking moxibustion. The self-made medicinal moxa stick is ignited and then is aligned to the perineum acupoint for moxibustion by using a sparrow pecking method until the skin around the acupoint is ruddy and itchy. If the tinea unguium is treated, patients are ordered to soak the affected nails with warm water for 30min before treatment, the nail plates are softened, the nail plates are disinfected conventionally, broken nails and surrounding organisms are removed by blades, and then the nail plates are smeared with a cotton swab dipped with glacial acetic acid, and the commercial moxa sticks are used for moxibustion for 20min to flush the skin of the affected parts until the affected parts can endure. The treatment is not according to the course of treatment, and the patients are cured after being treated for 1 time a day. If the patient cannot adhere to the prescription for diagnosis, the treatment of the family members of the patient can be taught. Throughout the treatment period, attention is paid to garment disinfection and to the elimination of the opportunity for reinfection.
Curative effect: 73 cases of tinea capitis and tinea corporis are treated. The results were all cured: moxibustion for 1 cure patient is 4 cases, 2-3 cure patients are 35 cases, and 4-5 cure patients are 32 cases; there are only 2 cases for more than 6 times of healers. All cases had 1 relapse and reinfection. 147 patients with onychomycosis are treated together, and the clinical curative effect is also satisfactory. 110 of them, after 10-20 times of treatment, 40 cases are healed, 68 cases are improved, and 2 cases are not effective. The total effective rate is 98.2 percent.
11. Furuncle and swelling
Main point: acli acupoint (focal zone).
Hole preparation: cereal, principal.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: the main acupoint is the bird pecking moxibustion, which is about 0.5-1 cun away from the focus, and the patient feels slightly scalded. About 30min each time, 1 time a day. The point is 1 point at a time. The three-edged needle is used for puncturing, and 6 to 10 drops of blood are extruded. 1 time every other day. The moxibustion needle does not take the course of treatment, so the degree is the same.
Curative effect: treating 54 cases of primary suppurative furuncles for 2-3 times to completely dissipate; after 3 times of treatment, 10 cases of swelling and pain are dissipated and absorbed, and 16 cases of the patients are incised and discharged for pus, and moxibustion is carried out for 1 time again to heal 26 cases of the patients.
12. Diarrhea of children
Acupoint selection: zhongwan, xiawan, shenque, tianshu, zusanli and Shenshu.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: 2-3 acupoints are selected each time, and the acupoints can be selected in turn. Moxibustion is performed for 2 times daily, without taking the course of treatment into account, so as to be healed. In addition, the milk food should be regularly and quantitatively arranged during the treatment period, and the health is noted.
Curative effect: 770 cases are treated together, and 660 cases are cured (wherein, the cases are cured for 1 to 3 times and for 615 cases and for 3 to 5 times and for 45 cases); 42 cases of obvious effects; 44 cases of improvement cases; 22 cases were not valid. The total effective rate is 97.1%.
13. Susceptibility to respiratory tract diseases
Acupoint selection: yongquan and Feishu.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: taking 1 acupoint at a time, and taking simultaneously from both sides. Each acupoint is suspended by sparrow pecking moxibustion for 20min, and the suspended moxibustion method is the same as the previous one, so that the heat of the acupoint is equal to the tolerance of the infant. 1 time a day, 6 times a day is 1 course of treatment. Two courses of treatment are generally followed.
Curative effect: yongquan acupoint group: the cure and obvious efficiency is 83.4 percent, and the total effective rate is 95.9 percent; the cure and obvious efficiency of Feishu acupoint group is 79.2%, and the total effective rate is 94.3%. The two moxibustion treatment on respiratory tract susceptibility children, yongquan acupoint group has slightly better curative effect than Feishu acupoint group, but has no significant difference (P > 0.05) after statistical treatment.
14. Vomiting of pregnancy
Acupoint selection: zhongwan, tiantu, neiguan, huge que, shenmen and Zusanli.
The treatment method comprises the following steps: preparing a medicinal moxa stick: 250g of old mugwort leaf (more than 2 years) and 50g of rhizoma atractylodis. Grinding rhizoma Atractylodis into fine powder, kneading folium Artemisiae Argyi into dough, mixing, and wrapping with fine hemp paper (or inflammable tissue paper) to obtain medicinal moxa stick with a length of 20-25 cm and a diameter of about 1.2 cm.
The usage method is as follows: 3-4 points are selected each time, the selected points are aligned, sparrow pecking moxibustion is carried out on the 1 inch distance from the skin, and the time is 1 time per day until the skin of the moxibustion points is flushed.
Curative effect: 33 cases were treated in total, and no other adjuvant treatment was performed except the above method. As a result, the total cure was completed, wherein 17 cases of vomiting were stopped by 3 treatments, 11 cases of vomiting were disappeared by 5 treatments, and 5 cases of vomiting were disappeared by 7 treatments.
The treatment process shows that the sparrow pecking moxibustion instrument provided by the invention can perform sparrow pecking moxibustion treatment on patients and obtain exact and effective treatment effects. Therefore, the invention is sufficient to replace the conventional manual operation mode and provides a brand new implementation mode for the sparrow pecking moxibustion therapy.
