A medical shovel stretcher wheelchair consists of two symmetrical and separated half-frames, and is characterized in that: each half-width lifting frame consists of a head and neck rod and a head and neck plate at the upper part, a back rod and a back plate at the middle part, a sitting rod and a sitting plate at the middle part, a lower limb rod and a lower limb plate at the lower part, an upper supporting rod and a lower supporting rod, and the two half-width lifting frames are spliced into a whole through a buckle lock at the end parts of an upper cross rod of the head and neck rod and a lower cross rod of the lower limb rod;
the head and neck rod, the sitting rod, the lower limb rod and the lower support rod are L-shaped, and the lower part of the vertical rod of the lower support rod is folded into a large obtuse angle and then descends to the cross rod; the back rod is zigzag, namely, the back rod starts to bend backwards from the lower end of the back plate and then descends; the upper support bar is also "shaped", i.e.: the middle section of the upper supporting rod bends inwards and descends, the back plate and the seat plate are of shovel shapes with high outside and low inside, and the head and neck plate and the lower limb plate are of flat plates;
the outer side of the head and neck plate is fixed on a head and neck rod vertical rod, a back rod is parallel to the head and neck rod vertical rod and above the outer side of the head and neck rod vertical rod, a back rod hole penetrating through the upper end and the lower end of the back plate and a head and neck rod hole are respectively formed in the outer side and the middle outer side of the middle interlayer of the back plate, the middle lower part of the head and neck rod vertical rod is inserted into the upper end of the head and neck rod hole, a head and neck rod regulating valve is arranged at the upper end of the back plate to regulate the length of the head and neck rod, the middle upper part of the back rod is inserted into the back rod hole to be fixed, and the upper end of the short rod at the lower end of the back plate is inserted into the lower end of the head and neck rod hole to be fixed;
the outer side of the seat plate is fixed on a seat rod vertical rod, the front end of the seat plate is fixed on a seat rod cross rod, and the end part of the seat rod cross rod is provided with a buckle lock; the sitting rod and the back rod are arranged in parallel from outside to inside, and the pin shaft of the sitting rod respectively penetrates through the middle upper part of the sitting rod and the middle part of the back rod to connect the sitting rod and the back rod together; the lower end of the back rod is movably connected with a hook pin shaft to clamp and unclamp a hook at the front end of the vertical rod of the seat rod;

the upper support rod and the lower support rod vertical rod are positioned between the back rod and the lower limb rod, the lower part of the front end of the seat rod vertical rod is provided with a seat rod wing plate, and the upper end of the upper support rod is movably connected with the seat rod wing plate through a seat rod pin shaft; the upper part of the lower limb rod is provided with a lower limb rod wing plate which protrudes upwards, a long sliding hole is arranged in the lower limb rod wing plate, the lower end of the upper supporting rod is movably connected with the upper end of the lower supporting rod through a lower supporting rod upper pin shaft, the lower supporting rod upper pin shaft transversely penetrates through the long sliding hole, and the movement of the lower supporting rod upper pin shaft in the long sliding hole can drive the expansion and the retraction of the upper supporting rod and the lower supporting rod; the lower end of the lower support rod vertical rod is movably connected to the inner side of the lower part of the back rod through a lower support rod lower pin shaft, an L-shaped short slide hole is formed in the position, close to the lower end of the back rod, of the lower support rod vertical rod, a bayonet is formed at the tail end of the short slide hole, the inner end of the lower support rod lower pin shaft transversely penetrates through the short slide hole, and the lower support rod lower pin shaft can slide back and forth in the short slide hole to drive the lower support rod vertical rod to be unfolded, fixed and folded;
the upper end and the lower end of the back rod and the lower part of the lower limb rod are respectively provided with a head supporting roller, a rear chair roller and a front chair roller, wherein: the joints of the upper ends of the back rods and the head support rollers and the joints of the lower limb rods and the front chair rollers are respectively provided with a spring bolt.
