Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种用于电动汽车充电插座中的单芯电缆组件的密封组装方法。电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法所对应的电动汽车用充电插座,具有前壳体、电缆组件以及尾盖。在前壳体的后方依据插座类型的不同,相应地设置有不同数量及规格的安装内腔。每一个安装内腔均能够安装有一个电缆组件。电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法如下:将单根电缆组件按照芯件密封圈、护套、芯件端子、护套密封圈、芯件固定座、出线密封圈和电缆的顺序依次进行组装,组装成一根根独立的电缆组件,而后将电缆组件依次插入前壳体对应的安装内腔内,并将电缆组件对应卡夹在后盖上对应的卡夹槽内,利用后盖进行进一步的限位。

电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种用于电动汽车充电插座以及组装该电动汽车充电插座的单芯电缆组件的密封组装方法。
背景技术
现有的电动汽车充电插座的组装方式一般是将所有芯的电缆装配到一个固定座上,再整体装入充电插座的壳体内,其密封方式一般是利用一个整圈的密封圈对互配的前后壳进行防护,同时对所有芯的电缆出线部位单独进行密封。这种充电插座在装配过程中,由于需要将所有芯的电缆全部装配在一个固定座上,单相交流充电插座有5路芯——CC,CP,L,N,PE,需要同时装配至少5根电缆;而三相交流充电插座在单相交流插座的基础上增加了L1,L2两芯,需要同时装配至少7根电缆;直流充电插座包含有CC2,S+,S-,A+,A-,PE,DC+,DC-共8芯,而直流电缆的横截面大,电缆很粗,再加上线束本身的长度较长,整体将所有芯的电缆集中一体同时装配到插座壳体中,装配相当困难,不容易操作,同时用于密封的后壳需要同时穿过这些电缆组装在前壳体上,装配困难,装配效率很低,所以有必要提供一种全新的装配方法以及插座来实现并降低实际生产中的装配困难度,同时提高装配效率。
发明内容
本发明有鉴于此,提供了一种全新的单线密封组装的方法,此种方法的特点在于可以将每一根电缆组件分开并单独的进行装配,并单独的进行密封,具有很高的通用性和灵活性。通用性体现在,此种方法不仅仅适用于国标的电动汽车充电插座组装,也可以应用于全世界各种标准下的电动汽车用充电插座的组装;其灵活性在于,每一根电缆组件均可以单独组装,单独密封,单独储存,作为独立的部件,不依赖于插座本体,且可以集成温度检测功能。
电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法所对应的电动汽车用充电插座,具有前壳体、电缆组件以及尾盖。在前壳体的后方依据插座类型的不同,相应地设置有不同数量及规格的安装内腔。每一个安装内腔均能够安装有一个电缆组件。
所述的电缆组件依次包括芯件密封圈、护套、芯件端子、护套密封圈、芯件固定座和出线密封圈,电缆能够依次穿过上述部件;所述芯件密封圈安装在芯件端子上,用于芯件端子的密封;所述护套穿过芯件端子,并安装在芯件固定座上;所述护套密封圈安装在芯件固定座上,用于芯件固定座的密封;所述出线密封圈安装在芯件固定座尾部,用于电缆的密封。
在护套密封圈和芯件固定座之间还设置有温度传感器,用于检测电动汽车充电插座内的温度。
所述尾盖的外缘设置有非封闭的卡夹槽,用于卡夹电缆组件。
进一步地,在尾盖的中心处还设置有通孔,用于穿插地线电缆。
所述的出线密封圈上设置有用于穿插电缆的电缆出线孔和传感器出线孔,传感器出线孔在电动汽车用充电插座安装温度传感器时贯通,不安装温度传感器时不贯通。
所述的出线密封圈外表面的外圈为锯齿状,用于进一步增强芯件固定座的密封;出线密封圈上的电缆出线孔内圈为锯齿状,用于进一步增强电缆的密封性;所述的传感器出线孔数量为两个,其为通孔,实现温度传感器出线电缆的密封。
本发明电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法如下:
将单根电缆组件按照芯件密封圈、护套、芯件端子、护套密封圈、芯件固定座、出线密封圈和电缆的顺序依次进行组装,组装成一根根独立的电缆组件;
将电缆组件依次插入前壳体对应的安装内腔内,并将电缆组件对应卡夹在后盖上对应的卡夹槽内,利用后盖进行进一步的限位,每一根电缆组件之间没有任何的关联。
本发明构思巧妙、装配方便,避免了因传统结构而导致的需要将所有笨重的电缆整体性安装,大幅度降低了操作工人的负重、装配难度,提高了装配效率。同时,电缆可以以组件的形式装配并存储,需要使用的时候再领用,提高了生产效率,避免了原笨重电缆安装的瓶颈工位。利用本发明记载的组装方法所组装的产品在性能上,完全可以满足IP67&IP6K9K的防护等级。
本发明的结构形式不局限于以上结构,以上只是可以实现单线密封组装方式的一种具体的实施方案。

实施方式
参照附图1-4,电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法所对应的电动汽车用充电插座,具有前壳体1、电缆组件2以及尾盖3。在前壳体1的后方依据插座类型的不同,相应地设置有不同数量及规格的安装内腔1-1。每一个安装内腔1-1均能够安装有一个电缆组件2。
所述的电缆组件2依次包括芯件密封圈2-1-1、护套2-1-2、芯件端子2-1-3、护套密封圈2-1-4、芯件固定座2-1-5和出线密封圈2-1-7,电缆2-1-8能够依次穿过上述部件;
所述芯件密封圈2-1-1安装在芯件端子2-1-3上,用于芯件端子2-1-3的密封;所述护套2-1-2穿过芯件端子2-1-3,并安装在芯件固定座2-1-5上;所述护套密封圈2-1-4安装在芯件固定座2-1-5上,用于芯件固定座2-1-5的密封;所述出线密封圈2-1-7安装在芯件固定座2-1-5尾部,用于电缆2-1-8的密封。
在护套密封圈2-1-4和芯件固定座2-1-5之间还设置有温度传感器2-1-6,用于检测电动汽车充电插座内的温度。
所述尾盖3的外缘设置有非封闭的卡夹槽,用于卡夹电缆组件2。
进一步地,在尾盖3的中心处还设置有通孔,用于穿插地线电缆。
参照附图4,所述的出线密封圈2-1-7上设置有用于穿插电缆的电缆出线孔和传感器出线孔,传感器出线孔在电动汽车用充电插座安装温度传感器时贯通,不安装温度传感器时不贯通。
所述的出线密封圈2-1-7外表面2-1-7-1的外圈为锯齿状,用于进一步增强芯件固定座的密封;出线密封圈2-1-7上的电缆出线孔2-1-7-2内圈为锯齿状,用于进一步增强电缆的密封性;所述的传感器出线孔2-1-7-3数量为两个,其为通孔,实现温度传感器出线电缆的密封。
本发明电动汽车充电插座及其单芯密封组装方法如下:
将单根电缆组件按照芯件密封圈2-1-1、护套2-1-2、芯件端子2-1-3、护套密封圈2-1-4、芯件固定座2-1-5、出线密封圈2-1-7和电缆2-1-8的顺序依次进行组装,组装成一根根独立的电缆组件2,而后将电缆组件2依次插入前壳体1对应的安装内腔1-1内,并将电缆组件2对应卡夹在尾盖3上对应的卡夹槽内,利用尾盖3进行进一步的限位,每一根电缆组件2之间没有任何的关联。

1.电动汽车充电插座的单芯密封组装方法,其特征在于:将电缆组件依次插入前壳体对应的安装内腔内,并将电缆组件对应卡夹在尾盖上对应的卡夹槽内,利用尾盖进行进一步的限位;
电动汽车充电插座的单芯密封组装方法所利用的电动汽车充电插座,具有前壳体、电缆组件以及尾盖,在前壳体的后方依据插座类型的不同,相应地设置有不同数量及规格的安装内腔,每一个安装内腔均能够安装有一个电缆组件;
所述的电缆组件依次包括芯件密封圈、护套、芯件端子、护套密封圈、芯件固定座和出线密封圈,电缆能够依次穿过上述部件;所述芯件密封圈安装在芯件端子上,用于芯件端子的密封;所述护套穿过芯件端子,并安装在芯件固定座上;所述护套密封圈安装在芯件固定座上,用于芯件固定座的密封;所述出线密封圈安装在芯件固定座尾部,用于电缆的密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动汽车充电插座的单芯密封组装方法,其特征在于:在护套密封圈和芯件固定座之间还设置有温度传感器,用于检测电动汽车充电插座内的温度。
