The second roller 13 and the third roller 14 are arranged on two sides below the frame body 2 through the bolts 7, and the first roller 12, the second roller 13 and the third roller 14 are arranged in an isosceles triangle shape and are stable in movement.
The testing device 3 of the invention consists of a base 4, a U-shaped frame 15, a transition plate 16, a positioning plate 17, a positioning spring 18, a fixing plate 19, a testing platform 20 and a testing device bearing 21; the bottom surface of the base 4 is connected with the U-shaped frame 15 through the transition plate 16, and the base 4 can move a certain distance by loosening the connecting bolts 6 at the two ends; the positioning plate 17 is fixed on the fixing plate 19 through a positioning spring 18, and the positioning plate 17 fixes the illuminometer probe for test on the test platform 20 through the positioning spring 18; the test platform 20 is fixed on the U-shaped frame 15 through the bearing 21 of the test device, the test platform 20 can rotate through the bearing 21, the test platform 20 is always in a horizontal position under the action of self gravity, and the test illuminometer probe on the test platform 20 is ensured to be always horizontal.
