Preferably, the flange 401a is provided with a relief groove 401b corresponding to the transverse portion of the notch 406, and when the bottom plate longitudinal beam 401 is clamped in the notch 406, the inner wall of the relief groove 401b contacts with the inner wall of the transverse portion of the notch 406, so that friction welding is facilitated.
It should be understood that the connection between the reinforcement beam 405 and the floor stringer 402 is not limited to the floor 4, and other frame-type connection structures, such as those required to connect the cross beam to the stringer, may be used.
According to the scheme, the side beam wrapping blocks are added on the upper side and the lower side of the side carriage plate 3 and the front carriage plate 1, so that the side carriage plate is sprayed more conveniently; meanwhile, the carriage is divided into seven large plates by utilizing the structure, so that the transportation is more convenient, the transportation difficulty is reduced, the transportation quantity of each carriage is increased, meanwhile, the triangular protection part in the second side beam wrapping block 33 is the protection part 332, the local stress of the front carriage plate 1 and the side carriage plate 3 during the cargo impact is effectively avoided, the deformation resistance of the front carriage plate is enhanced, and meanwhile, the water seepage phenomenon caused by the carriage deformation is effectively avoided. In addition, through the bottom plate reinforced structure, the deformation resistance and the impact resistance of the floor of the carriage are effectively enhanced, the integral strength of the bottom plate structure is effectively enhanced, and the strength and the rigidity of the carriage are further ensured.

the side carriage plate comprises a side plate body, wherein a first side beam wrapping block and a second side beam wrapping block are respectively arranged at the edges of the upper side and the lower side of the side plate body, the first side beam wrapping block and the second side beam wrapping block are respectively and fixedly connected with the side edges of a carriage top plate and a carriage bottom plate, profiling grooves which are matched with the side plate body are respectively formed in the first side beam wrapping block and the second side beam wrapping block, the upper side and the lower side of the side plate body are inserted into the profiling grooves and extend outwards for a part, and the extending part of the side plate body is welded and fixed with the first side beam wrapping block and the second side beam wrapping block;
the carriage bottom plate comprises a bottom plate boundary beam, and a bottom plate beam and a bottom plate longitudinal beam which are connected into the bottom plate boundary beam, wherein the bottom plate boundary beam, the bottom plate longitudinal beam and the bottom plate beam are connected to form a rectangular frame structure, a first bottom plate body and a second bottom plate body are arranged above the bottom plate beam and the bottom plate longitudinal beam, the bottom of the first bottom plate body is integrally extruded and formed by adopting an aluminum alloy material, the stiffening beam is arranged in parallel with the bottom plate beam, a plurality of second bottom plate bodies are arranged between two adjacent first bottom plate bodies, and friction welding fixed connection is adopted between the first bottom plate body and the second bottom plate body and between two adjacent second bottom plate bodies;

the inner side of the bottom plate side beam is provided with a supporting step which is used for supporting the first bottom plate body and the second bottom plate body, the middle part of the bottom plate side beam extends upwards to form a protruding part, the outer side of the bottom plate side beam extends upwards to form a protruding edge, an overflow groove is formed between the protruding part and the protruding edge, and the protruding part of the side plate body is accommodated in the overflow groove;
the first side beam wrapping block comprises a vertical portion, a first transverse portion and a second transverse portion, wherein the first transverse portion and the second transverse portion are connected to the vertical portion, the first transverse portion is connected to the top of the vertical portion, the second transverse portion is connected to the middle lower portion of the vertical portion, a buckling groove is formed between the first transverse portion and the second transverse portion, the buckling groove is buckled on the side edge of the carriage top plate, the first side beam wrapping block is welded and fixed after being buckled with the carriage top plate, the second transverse portion is provided with the profiling groove, and the extending portion of the side plate body is welded on one side, close to the first transverse portion, of the second transverse portion;
