the concave part is of a V-shaped structure, the size of an opening formed by two surfaces of the V-shaped structure is unchanged in the conveying process, the limiting unit is formed by a pair of limiting pieces arranged on the two surfaces of the V-shaped structure, the pair of limiting pieces are oppositely arranged, the front ends of the limiting pieces in the conveying direction are mutually close, the rear ends of the limiting pieces in the conveying direction are mutually far away to form an eight-shaped limiting space, and the bitter orange to be cut is limited in the eight-shaped limiting space;
or the concave part is of a V-shaped structure, the size of an opening formed by two surfaces of the V-shaped structure is unchanged in the conveying process, the limiting unit is formed by a pair of holding arms arranged on the two surfaces of the V-shaped structure, and the holding space of the pair of holding arms enables at least one part of fructus aurantii to sink into the holding space;
or the concave part is of an arc-shaped structure, in the conveying process, the size of an opening formed by two surfaces of the arc-shaped structure is unchanged, the limiting unit is formed by a seat ring arranged at the bottom of the arc-shaped structure, and at least one part of the fructus aurantii is immersed in the seat ring due to the diameter of the seat ring.
2. The bitter orange cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the conveying channels are arranged in sections, and one limiting unit is correspondingly arranged in the concave part of each section of channel;
the feeding mechanism further comprises:
the pair of transmission shafts are respectively rotatably arranged at a material placing station and a cutting station on the frame, are in transmission connection through a chain, and are provided with a pair of chains which are respectively close to two end parts of the transmission shafts;
a driving mechanism for driving the pair of transmission shafts to operate;
the transmission chain plates are connected between a pair of chains in a bridging way, and are mutually abutted and arranged in parallel to form a circle; wherein, a section of channel is correspondingly formed on one transmission chain plate; the conveying channel is formed by connecting a plurality of channels respectively arranged on a plurality of transmission chain plates.

The bitter orange cutting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the frame is provided with a cutting mechanism for cutting the bitter orange at the cutting station, the cutting mechanism being arranged above the feeding path of the feeding mechanism and acting on the feeding mechanism to be cut.
4. The bitter orange cutting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of conveying passages are formed on the plurality of driving link plates; the cutting mechanism includes a cutting shaft and a set of cutting blades spaced apart on the cutting shaft, one cutting blade corresponding to each of the transfer channels.
5. The bitter orange cutting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the recess is provided with a gap facing the cutting blade, the gap having a width larger than a width of the cutting blade, the cutting blade extending into the gap without contacting a bottom surface of the recess.
6. The bitter orange cutting apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the cutting blade is a ceramic blade, a stainless steel blade, or a carbon gold blade.
