An electric valve 53 is arranged on the outer wall of each of the first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28, the controller 4 is also provided with an eighth switch button 4i, the eighth switch button 4i is electrically connected with the controller 4, the controller 4 is electrically connected with two electric valves 53, the first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28 are respectively used for containing rust remover and vehicle paint, when the rust remover and the vehicle paint in the first and second storage tanks 16 and 28 are exhausted, the eighth switch button 4i is actuated, thereby actuating the controller 4, then the controller 4 is started to open the two electric valves 53, and the first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28 are refilled with the rust remover and the vehicle paint, the eighth switch button 4i is then closed, thereby turning off the controller 4, and the two electrically operated valves 53 are then closed by closing the controller 4, in order to prevent the rust remover and the vehicle paint from overflowing.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the maintenance work after the automobile brake disc is renovated is carried out, the renovated automobile brake disc is firstly put on the conveyor 2 by manpower, when the conveyor 2 conveys the automobile brake disc to one end close to the workbench 3, the first electric push rod 40 is started, so that the output end thereof rises, and when the output end thereof rises to the same height as the top of the conveyor 2, the second electric push rod 41 is actuated, so that the output end thereof protrudes toward the end close to the table 3, then the air claw 42 is opened to clamp the automobile brake disc, then the first sliding table 39 is started to drive the automobile brake disc on the air claw 42 to slide towards one end far away from the conveyor 2, when the air claw 42 is slid right above the open end of the H-shaped baffle 43 near one end of the conveyor 2, the air claw 42 is released, the brake disc of the vehicle is then placed on the first pallet 23 on the table 3, and the guide rollers 38 serve as a guide.
When the pneumatic claw 42 slides to the upper part of one end of the top of the workbench 3 by clamping the automobile brake disc, the fourth switch button 4d is started, the controller 4 is started, so that the fourth cylinder 9b is started through the controller 4, the first push plate 22 on the output end rises, the first push plate 22 drives the first motor 7b on the first push plate to rise, the first tray 23 on the output end of the first motor 7b is further driven to rise, then the pneumatic claw 42 is loosened, the automobile brake disc is placed in the first accommodating groove 24 on the top of the first tray 23, then the fourth switch button 4d is closed, the fourth cylinder 9b drives the output end to fall, the first tray 23 is further driven to fall until the automobile brake disc is attached to the workbench 3, after the automobile brake disc is placed on the first tray 23, the first switch button 4a is started, the controller 4 is started, the first cylinder 5b is started through the controller 4, the output end of the automobile brake disc is further driven to fall, and drives the first spray gun 5a on the output end to descend, then starts the second switch button 4b, so as to start the controller 4, start the second cylinder 17 through the controller 4, further drive the first push plate 22 to descend, extrude the rust remover in the first storage tank 16 and convey the rust remover to the first spray gun 5a through the first conveying pipe 19, then the first spray gun 5a sprays the rust remover against the automobile brake disc, at the moment, the first motor 7b is started, so as to drive the first tray 23 on the output end to rotate, further drive the automobile brake disc on the first tray 23 to rotate while spraying, and the first umbrella cover 14 plays a role of diffusion until the rust remover is sprayed on the whole outer surface of the automobile brake disc, so as to perform rust removal and cleaning.
After the whole outer surface of the automobile brake disc is sprayed by the rust remover, the third switch button 4c is started, the controller 4 is started, the third air cylinder 6a is started through the controller 4, the output end of the third air cylinder 6a is controlled to extend out towards one end close to the automobile brake disc, the connecting rod 21 on the connecting rod is driven to extend out towards one end close to the automobile brake disc, the wiping cloth 6b on the connecting rod 21 is driven to extend out towards one end close to the automobile brake disc and to be in contact with the automobile brake disc, and the first tray 23 drives the automobile brake disc on the first tray to rotate, so that rust dissolved by the rust remover is wiped cleanly through matching with the wiping cloth 6 b.
After the automobile brake disc is cleaned and wiped, when the pneumatic claw 42 slides to the position above the other end of the top of the workbench 3 by clamping the automobile brake disc, the seventh switch button 4g is started, the controller 4 is started, so that the second double-shaft cylinder 10a is started through the controller 4, the second push plate 32 on the output end is lifted, the second push plate 32 drives the second motor 10b on the second push plate to lift, the second tray 33 on the output end of the second motor 10b is driven to lift, then the pneumatic claw 42 is released, the automobile brake disc is placed in the second accommodating groove 34 on the top of the second tray 33, then the seventh switch button 4g is closed, the second double-shaft cylinder 10a drives the output end of the second tray 33 to descend until the second tray 33 is attached to the workbench 3, when the pneumatic claw 42 clamps the automobile brake disc from the first tray 23 to the second tray 33, the fifth switch button 4e is started, thereby start controller 4, start fourth cylinder 9b through controller 4, and then make its output descend, and drive the decline of second spray gun 9a on its output, then start sixth switch button 4f, thereby start controller 4, start fifth cylinder 29 through controller 4, and then drive second clamp plate 30 and descend, to the car lacquer extrusion in second bin 28 and carry to in second spray gun 9a through second conveyer pipe 31, then second spray gun 9a sprays paint to the car brake disc, start second motor 10b this moment, thereby drive the second tray 33 rotation on its output, and then drive the car brake disc rotation on second tray 33, spout the limit and rotate, second canopy 26 plays the diffusion effect, until spraying the car lacquer on the whole surface of car brake disc, carry out the japanning.
After the automobile brake disc is subjected to rust removal, scrubbing and painting, the third electric push rod 46 is started, so that the push plate 47 on the output end of the third electric push rod is lifted to be consistent with the height of the push inlet 48, then the second sliding table 45 is started, the third electric push rod 46 is driven to slide towards one end close to the feeding slideway 51 through the avoidance notch 50 in the protective cover 11, the push plate 47 on the output end of the third electric push rod 46 pushes the third electric push rod to the two supporting tables 35 in the protective cover 11, the two lap joint grooves 36 play a supporting role, then the knob switch 4h is started, so that the controller 4 is started, the four electric heating plates 12 are started through the controller 4, the automobile brake disc is heated in the sliding process of the automobile brake disc, the automobile paint on the surface of the automobile brake disc is quickly dried, the automobile brake disc can be installed and used more quickly, the drying process is transparent due to the design of the observation window 37, the drying condition of the automobile paint can be observed through the, and the drying temperature is adjusted by matching with the adjusting function of the knob switch 4h so as to meet the drying requirements of different vehicle paints and different temperatures, then the maintained vehicle brake disc is pushed out from the outlet 49 on the protective cover 11 by the push plate 47, and finally the vehicle brake disc slides into the material receiving box 52 through the feeding slideway 51 to be treated manually in a centralized way.
The first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28 are used for containing a rust remover and vehicle paint, respectively, and when the rust remover and the vehicle paint in the first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28 are exhausted, the eighth switch button 4i is activated to activate the controller 4, and then the two electric valves 53 are opened by activating the controller 4, and then the first storage tank 16 and the second storage tank 28 are refilled with the rust remover and the vehicle paint, and then the eighth switch button 4i is closed to close the controller 4, and then the two electric valves 53 are closed by closing the controller 4, so as to prevent the rust remover and the vehicle paint from overflowing.
