Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of articles for daily use, in particular to an intelligent tissue box and a control method thereof.
Background
The intelligent tissue box is a brand new subdivision product, is mainly used in the household field and microminiature office places of a small number of people (the tissues used in the occasions are small rolls of roll paper, no intelligent tissue box designed for the intelligent tissue box is available on the market), can provide tissues with different standard lengths according to different requirements through chip control, avoids waste, and further avoids various dirt caused by exposing the tissues. the sensor is used for counting the rotation of the flower disc;
the control unit is used for starting the direct current motor according to the signal of the button and closing the direct current motor according to the rotation number of the sensor;
one end of the roll paper passes through the driving shaft and the driven shaft and is discharged from the paper outlet.
The invention further provides a control method of the intelligent tissue box, which comprises the following steps:
s1, driving the speed reduction gear set, the driving shaft and the driven shaft to rotate to discharge paper through the direct current motor, and collecting the rotation turns of the flower disc through the sensor;
and S2, sending a stop signal when the fact that the rotation of the flower disc reaches the preset number of turns is recognized, and controlling the direct current motor to stop rotating by the control unit according to the stop signal.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
through data analysis, people basically concentrate on three length ranges for each paper taking length: 20-25cm,40-50cm,65-75cm; the tearing mark of the roll paper is also 20-25cm; therefore, the invention collects and processes the rotation number of the driven shaft through the flower disc, the sensor and the processing unit; when the fact that the rotation of the flower disc reaches the preset number of turns is recognized, a stop signal is sent out, so that the pressing of a key for one time can be realized, and paper is discharged by 20-25cm; continuously pressing twice, and discharging 40-50cm paper; and continuously pressing for three times, and discharging 60-75 cm of paper. In addition, the invention only sets one key, and has the characteristics of simple structure and the like compared with the traditional method for setting a plurality of keys.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1-5, an intelligent tissue box of the present embodiment includes:
a housing 10 including a button 11 and a paper outlet 12; and
a paper feeding unit 20 and a paper discharging unit 30 provided in the housing 10;
the paper feed unit 20 includes:
a bracket 22; and
rolling the roll paper 21 provided on the stand 22;
the paper output unit 30 includes:
a drive reduction gear set 32;
a direct current motor 31 for driving the reduction gear set 32 to rotate;
a drive shaft 33 driven by the reduction gear set 32;
a driven shaft 34 arranged side by side with the driving shaft 33;
a flower disc 35 provided at one end of the driven shaft 34;
a sensor 36 for counting the rotation of the disc 35;
a control unit for starting the dc motor 31 according to the signal of the button 11 and turning off the dc motor 31 according to the number of turns of the sensor 36;
wherein, one end of the roll paper 21 passes through the driving shaft 33 and the driven shaft 34, and is discharged from the paper outlet 12.
Further, the gear ratio of the reduction gear set 32 is 17-23:1; when the direct current motor 31 rotates, the torque is amplified through the high-transmission-ratio speed reduction gear set 32, the paper driving structural unit is driven, the paper towel is driven to advance, the paper discharging function of the paper towel box is realized, and the driving current of the direct current motor 31 is reduced. By setting a reasonable transmission ratio, reasonable driving speed and driving capability are realized through the reduction gear set.
Referring to fig. 2-3, further, the reduction gear set 32 includes a motor gear 321, a first gear 322, a second gear 323, a third gear 324, a fourth gear 325, and a rubber roller gear 326 for driving the paper driving structural unit to operate, the motor gear 321 is mounted on an output shaft of the dc motor 31, gear shafts are rotatably connected to middle portions of the first gear 322, the second gear 323, the third gear 324, and the fourth gear 325, the gear shafts are fixed on a side wall of the movement base 38, and the motor gear 321, the first gear 322, the second gear 323, the third gear 324, the fourth gear 325, and the rubber roller gear 326 are meshed with each other in sequence; the direct current motor 31 rotates to drive the motor gear 321 to rotate, and the motor gear 321 rotates to drive the first gear 322, the second gear 323, the third gear 324, the fourth gear 325 and the rubber roller gear 326 to rotate in sequence, and the rubber roller gear 326 rotates to drive the paper driving structural unit to operate, so that paper output of the tissue box is realized. The reduction gear set 32 has lower power consumption: through the power system, the theoretical 800mA-1000mA driving current can be reduced to about 350mA-400mA, and the theoretical minimum voltage is reduced from 6.5V to 4V, so that brand-new innovation is realized.
Further, the gear shaft is a metal shaft which is fixed to the side wall of the deck base 38 by caulking.
Further, an angle alpha formed by the connecting line of the centers of two teeth of the rubber roll gear 326 and the fourth gear 325 and the perpendicular line of the rubber roll gear 326 is 20+/-1 degrees; the angle can be set to achieve the best effect of the integral design of the movement. Through the arrangement of specific transmission gears and the arrangement of alpha angles, the optimal effect of the integral design of the movement is realized.

Further, the flower disc 35 is formed with petals of 4-8 equal parts, and grooves for light to pass through are formed between the petals. The sensor 36 may be a photoelectric transceiver sensor, which is disposed under the disc chuck 35, and when the disc chuck 35 rotates, the petals block and receive signals of the photoelectric transceiver sensor, so that statistics of the rotation times of the disc chuck 35 can be achieved.
The invention also provides a control method of the intelligent tissue box, which comprises the following steps:
s1, driving the speed reduction gear set 32, the driving shaft 33 and the driven shaft 34 to rotate to discharge paper through the direct current motor 31, and collecting the rotation turns of the flower disc 35 through the sensor 36;
and S2, sending a stop signal when the fact that the rotation of the flower disc 35 reaches the preset number of turns is recognized, and controlling the direct current motor 31 to stop rotating by the control unit according to the stop signal.
Through data analysis, people basically concentrate on three length ranges for each paper taking length: 20-25cm,40-50cm,65-75cm; the tearing mark of the roll paper is also 20-25cm; therefore, the invention collects and processes the rotation number of the driven shaft through the flower disc, the sensor and the processing unit; when the fact that the rotation of the flower disc reaches the preset number of turns is recognized, a stop signal is sent out, so that the pressing of a key for one time can be realized, and paper is discharged by 20-25cm; continuously pressing twice, and discharging 40-50cm paper; and continuously pressing for three times, and discharging 60-75 cm of paper. In addition, the invention only sets one key, and has the characteristics of simple structure and the like compared with the traditional method for setting a plurality of keys.

a housing (10) including a button (11) and a paper outlet (12); and
a paper feed unit (20) and a paper discharge unit (30) that are disposed in the housing (10);
the paper feed unit (20) includes:
a bracket (22); and
rolling a roll paper (21) provided on the stand (22);
the paper output unit (30) includes:
a drive reduction gear set (32);
a DC motor (31) for driving the reduction gear set (32) to rotate;
a drive shaft (33) driven by the reduction gear set (32);
a driven shaft (34) provided in parallel with the drive shaft (33);
a flower disc (35) arranged at one end of the driven shaft (34);
a sensor (36) for counting the rotation of the disc (35);
a control unit for starting the DC motor (31) according to the signal of the button (11) and closing the DC motor (31) according to the number of turns of the sensor (36);
wherein one end of the roll paper (21) passes through the driving shaft (33) and the driven shaft (34) and is discharged from the paper outlet (12);
the gear ratio of the reduction gear set (32) is 17-23:1;
the speed reduction gear set (32) comprises a motor gear (321), a first gear (322), a second gear (323), a third gear (324), a fourth gear (325) and a rubber roller gear (326) for driving the paper driving structural unit to operate, wherein the motor gear (321) is arranged on an output shaft of the direct current motor (31), gear shafts are rotationally connected to the middle parts of the first gear (322), the second gear (323), the third gear (324) and the fourth gear (325), the gear shafts are fixed on the side wall of the movement base (38), and the motor gear (321), the first gear (322), the second gear (323), the third gear (324), the fourth gear (325) and the rubber roller gear (326) are meshed with each other in sequence;
in addition, an angle alpha formed by the connecting line of the centers of two teeth of the rubber roller gear (326) and the fourth gear (325) and the perpendicular line of the rubber roller gear (326) is 20+/-1 DEG, and the center of the fourth gear (325) is arranged at one side of the perpendicular line of the rubber roller gear (326) close to the driven shaft (34);
the paper outlet unit (30) is further symmetrically provided with compression springs (37) at two sides of the driven shaft (34) and used for extruding the driven shaft (34) to the driving shaft (33) so as to form preset pressure on the roll paper (21);

4. A method of controlling an intelligent tissue box according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
s1, driving the speed reduction gear set (32), the driving shaft (33) and the driven shaft (34) to rotate to discharge paper through the direct current motor (31), and collecting the rotation turns of the flower disc (35) through the sensor (36);
and S2, sending a stop signal when the fact that the rotation of the flower disc (35) reaches a preset number of turns is recognized, and controlling the direct current motor (31) to stop rotating by the control unit according to the stop signal.
