技术领域

背景技术
许多化学处理系统和装置涉及组分或成分的混合。例如,可以通过混合两种组分或反应物如燃料和氧化剂来产生可燃混合物。如果速度很高并且没有停滞/再循环区,则混合物将没有足够的时间点燃和燃烧。然而,目前的技术可能导致意外的燃烧。一种这样的当前混合技术是在错流(crossflow)中的喷射。到目前为止,这还不够。优选的混合处理有利地产生、实现或导致快速混合成没有再循环区的均匀混合物。
发明内容
根据本发明优选实施形态的撞击式同轴混合器用于在化学处理中在非常短的距离/时间内产生或导致快速、完全的混合。优选是用于独立的流的混合器,特别适用于气体- 气体混合。通过混合如下两个流来工作:(1)一个流是中心流; (2)第二流,其同轴地填充中心流周围的环形区。

Claims (6)

混合区,在其中第一气体和第二气体在没有再循环区情况下混合以形成混合物; 和
扩散区,用于促进来自混合区的混合物。

4.根据权利要求1所述的混合器,其特征在于,所述第二气体为燃料气体。

6.一种用于同轴混合独立的气流的方法,该方法包括:
在同轴混合器中引入第一气体作为中心流,

混合第一气体和第二气体以形成没有再循环区的混合物。
