本申请公开了一种液晶显示模组以及移动终端,所述液晶显示模组包括:阵列基板;压电层,设置于所述阵列基板的一侧,且包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间;以及彩膜基板,设置于所述压电层背离所述阵列基板的一侧。通过设置三颗嵌入到显示面板内的激励器以及隔声部,中间的激励器用于产生低音,两边的激励器用于产生高音。提高了面板振动在低频下的效果,实现了屏幕振动的立体发声,提升声音的方向性,保障客户隐私。

本申请属于终端领域,尤其涉及一种液晶显示模组以及移动终端。
背景技术
随着技术的不断发展,人们对电子产品的要求也越来越高。现在全面屏已经成为一个热门的趋势,而阻碍手机屏占比发展的两大问题来自于传统的Home键和顶部的听筒摄像头传感器等必要组件。其中Home键的问题在如今已经被手势操作取代,指纹也可以放到屏幕下面或者是机身背面为了取消顶部的听筒,屏幕发声技术应运而生。
由于压电陶瓷单元激励器的结构简单,易于制造,精度高,能耗低等优势,吸引了广泛的关注和研究。但是现在的压电陶瓷发声技术还不够成熟,存在很多问题。比如,现在的压电陶瓷发声的低频效果很差,并且声音方向性不好,容易泄露,从而隐私无法得到有效地保障。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种液晶显示模组以及移动终端,可以提高屏占比,提高面板振动在低频下的效果,实现屏幕振动的立体发声,还能提升声音的方向性和用户的私密性。
一种液晶显示模组,包括:阵列基板;压电层,设置于所述阵列基板的一侧,且包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间;以及彩膜基板,设置于所述压电层背离所述阵列基板的一侧。
进一步地,液晶显示模组还包括:玻璃,设置于所述彩膜基板背离所述压电层的一侧;上偏光板,设置于所述玻璃背离所述彩膜基板的一侧;触控层,设置于所述上偏光板背离所述玻璃的一侧;以及保护玻璃,设置于所述触控层背离所述上偏光板的一侧。
进一步地,液晶显示模组还包括:背光源;以及偏光板,设置于所述背光源与所述阵列基板之间。
进一步地,所述压电层最左边和最右边分别设有第一隔音部和第二隔音部。
进一步地,包括第一激励器、第二激励器及第三激励器分别位于所述压电层左中右的位置。
进一步地,所述第一激励器与所述第二激励器之间设有第三隔音部,所述第二激励器与所述第三激励器设有第四隔音部,所述第一激励器下边设有第五隔音部,所述第二激励器下边设有第六隔音部,所述第三激励器下边设有第七隔音部。
一种移动终端,包括液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组包括:阵列基板;压电层,设置于所述阵列基板的一侧,且包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间;以及彩膜基板,设置于所述压电层背离所述阵列基板的一侧。
进一步地,移动终端还包括:中框,设有第一容置槽和第二容置槽;泡棉,覆盖于所述第一容置槽底部,与设于所述第一容置槽上的所述液晶显示模组存在第一间隙;盖板玻璃,设置在所述液晶显示模组上;电池,设置在所述第二容置槽顶部;以及后盖,设置在所述第二容置槽底部。
进一步地,所述第二容置槽设有第一柔性印制电路。
进一步地,所述后盖上设有石墨,且所述石墨与所述电池之间存在第二间隙。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种移动终端,包括:液晶显示模组1、粘合剂2、盖板玻璃3、泡棉4、中框5、粘合部6、电池7、石墨8以及后盖9。
中框5设有第一容置槽50和第二容置槽52,第一容置槽50和第二容置槽52用于放置移动终端内部器件,第二容置槽52设有第一柔性印制电路521,第一柔性印制电路521与电池7电性连接并用于控制电池7。
泡棉4覆盖于第一容置槽50底部,泡棉4用于保护液晶显示模组1,防止液晶显示模组1在振动过程中与中框5振动撞击而被破坏。
液晶显示模组1设置于第一容置槽50中,液晶显示模组1与泡棉4之间存在第一间隙,这使得液晶显示模组1的压电层14(图2)在振动过程中不会带动中框5一起振动,从而减少能量损失,提升音量输出。并且中框5不振动也可以改善触摸移动终端时的不舒适感,提升用户体验。
盖板玻璃3通过粘合剂2设置在液晶显示模组1上,其中粘合剂2可以是但不限于一种光学透明胶(Optically Clear Adhesive,OCA)。盖板玻璃3用于提供对移动终端的保护。
电池7通过粘合部6设置在第二容置槽52顶部,进而加强固定性。其中粘合部6可以是但不限于双面胶,电池7用于提供移动终端所需的电力。
后盖9设置在第二容置槽52底部,后盖9上设有石墨8,石墨8用于提供移动终端的散热。此外,石墨8与电池7之间存在第二间隙,进而能增加散热效果。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供一种液晶显示模组1,包括:背光源11、下偏光板12、阵列基板13、压电层14、彩膜基板15、玻璃16、上偏光板17、触控层18以及保护玻璃19。
下偏光板12设置于背光源11和阵列基板13之间,亦即如图2所示下偏光板12设于背光源11上方。
阵列基板13设置于下偏光板12背离背光源11的一侧,亦即如图2所示阵列基板13设置于下偏光板12上方。阵列基板13邦定有第二柔性印制电路131,且控制芯片132邦定在第二柔性印制电路131上。第二柔性印制电路131及控制芯片132用于控制阵列基板13上的元件动作。
压电层14设置于阵列基板13的一侧,亦即如图2所示压电层14设置于阵列基板13上方。压电层14包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间(将于图3详述)。由于本申請的压电层14是设置于液晶显示模组1之内,从而无需像传统的屏幕发声结构,额外留出压电层的位置和空间,这样可以明显降低整个移动终端的厚度。
彩膜基板15设置于压电层14背离阵列基板13的一侧,亦即如图2所示彩膜基板15设置于压电层14上方。彩膜基板15用于液晶显示模组1颜色的显示。
玻璃16设置于彩膜基板15背离压电层14的一侧,亦即如图2所示玻璃16设置于彩膜基板15上方。玻璃16用于保护彩膜基板15及其下方的元件。
上偏光板17设置于玻璃16背离彩膜基板15的一侧,亦即如图2所示上偏光板17设置于玻璃16上方。上偏光板17及下偏光板12用于将进入液晶显示模组1的光线转变成偏振光。
触控层18设置于上偏光板17背离玻璃16的一侧,亦即如图2所示触控层18设置于上偏光板17上方。触控层18用于感测液晶显示模组1上的触摸或手势。
保护玻璃19设置于触控层18背离上偏光板17的一侧,亦即如图2所示保护玻璃19设置于触控层18上方。保护玻璃19用于保护触控层18及其下方元件。
具体的,液晶显示模组1包括显示面板,其中显示面板可以为有机发光二极管(Organic Light Emitting Diode,OLED)显示装置或液晶显示装置(Liquid CrystalDisplay,LCD),而LCD又可以包括一体化触控(One Glass Solution,OGS)、外嵌式(OnCell)结构和内嵌式(In Cell)结构。其中OGS是将触控层18设在上偏光板17和保护玻璃19之间(如图2所示),On Cell结构是将触控层18设置在玻璃16与上偏光板17之间(如图7所示),而In Cell结构是将触控层18设置在彩膜基板15和玻璃16之间(如图8所示)。
如上所述,本申请实施例提供的压电层14包括多个激励器,其结构如图3所示,于图3的实施例中,压电层14包括三个激励器148、149及140,分别位于左中右的位置,其中左右两颗激励器148及140用于产生高音,而中间的激励器149用于产生低音,从而改善了单科传统激励器的低频效果差的问题。激励器148、149及140为压电驱动激励器,使用压电材料如锆钛酸铅(Piezoelectric Ceramic Transducer,PZT)、氮化铝AlN或聚偏氟乙烯(Polyvinylidene Fluoride,PVDF)。或者,压电材料可以为共聚物,例如但不限于聚偏氟乙烯-三氟乙烯共聚物P(VDF-TrFE)等。
当施加交变电压至激励器148、149及140时,激励器148、149及140的压电材料会发生高频振动。压电材料会带动液晶显示模组1的显示面板发生振动,从而发出声波,传到人耳当中。由于激励器148、149及140位于阵列基板的上方,从而可以更加明显地带动整个液晶显示模组1振动发声。
压电层14最左边和最右边分别设有第一隔音部141和第二隔音部142,这样可以防止产生的声波从侧边传出,从而发生声音的泄露,并且可以减少音量的损失,提高输出的音量;相邻激励器之间亦设有隔音部,即第一激励器148与第二激励器149之间设有第三隔音部143,第二激励器149与第三激励器140设有第四隔音部144,从而消除了相互之间的声音干扰,实现了立体声,提高了音质和用户体验。
各激励器148、149及140下边分别设有隔音部,即第一激励器148下边设有第五隔音部145,第二激励器149下边设有第六隔音部146,第三激励器140下边设有第七隔音部147,使得声音无法从下方泄露传出,减少音量的损失,提高输出的音量。
如图4所示,本申请实施例提供的激励器采用多层压电陶瓷晶片,其中压电材料层21与电极层22间隔排列。它可以起到良好的振动效果,并且振动的比较均匀,也就是位移最大处是一样的,这利于发出较好音质的声音。然而本申请并不限于图4的激励器,可以包括具有其他结构的激励器。
如图5所示,为本申请实施例提供的隔音部的侧视图。本申请可以通过调节隔音部的高度H和宽度W来调节隔音的效果,以及输出的音量。首先,隔音部在未压缩状态下的高度H是大于激励器与彩膜基板之间的间距,从而实现了良好的密封效果。当隔音部高度H越高时,那么被压缩的程度越大,从而实现了更好的密封效果。但是,当高度H太大,会影响声音的输出,输出的音量较小。
另外,宽度W也是类似的原理。当宽度W越大,可供振动的范围越小,从而隔音效果就更好,但是输出的音量就更小。通常高度H为1~100mm,宽度为1~50mm。可以根据所需要的音质和音量选择最佳的H和W的参数,高度H优选5mm、15mm、25mm、35mm、45mm、55mm、65mm、75mm、85mm和95mm,宽度W优选5mm、15mm、25mm、35mm和45mm。
如图6所示,为本申请实施例提供的阵列基板与激励器的结构示意图。压电层14位于低温多晶硅(Low Temperature Poly-silicon,LTPS)阵列基板130的上方。要说明的是低温多晶硅阵列基板130的内部结构为本领域的技术人员所熟知,于此不多加赘述。
本申请实施例提供的一种液晶显示模组以及移动终端可以提高屏占比,提高面板振动在低频下的效果,实现屏幕振动的立体发声,还能提升声音的方向性和用户的私密性。
以上对本申请实施例所提供的一种液晶显示模组以及移动终端进行了详细介绍,本文中应用了具体个例对本申请的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本申请的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的技术人员,依据本申请的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处,综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本申请的限制。
Claims (10)
1.一种液晶显示模组,其特征在于,包括:
阵列基板;
压电层,设置于所述阵列基板的一侧,且包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间;以及
彩膜基板,设置于所述压电层背离所述阵列基板的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,还包括:
玻璃,设置于所述彩膜基板背离所述压电层的一侧;
上偏光板,设置于所述玻璃背离所述彩膜基板的一侧;
触控层,设置于所述上偏光板背离所述玻璃的一侧;以及
保护玻璃,设置于所述触控层背离所述上偏光板的一侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,还包括:
背光源;以及
下偏光板,设置于所述背光源与所述阵列基板之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述压电层最左边和最右边分别设有第一隔音部和第二隔音部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,包括第一激励器、第二激励器及第三激励器分别位于所述压电层左中右的位置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的液晶显示模组,其特征在于,所述第一激励器与所述第二激励器之间设有第三隔音部,所述第二激励器与所述第三激励器设有第四隔音部,所述第一激励器下边设有第五隔音部,所述第二激励器下边设有第六隔音部,所述第三激励器下边设有第七隔音部。
7.一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组包括:
阵列基板;
压电层,设置于所述阵列基板的一侧,且包括多个激励器和至少一隔音部,所述至少一隔音部设置于所述多个激励器之间;以及
彩膜基板,设置于所述压电层背离所述阵列基板的一侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括:
中框,设有第一容置槽和第二容置槽;
泡棉,覆盖于所述第一容置槽底部,与设于所述第一容置槽上的所述液晶显示模组存在第一间隙;
盖板玻璃,设置在所述液晶显示模组上;
电池,设置在所述第二容置槽顶部;以及
后盖,设置在所述第二容置槽底部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二容置槽设有第一柔性印制电路。
10.根据权利要求8所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述后盖上设有石墨,且所述石墨与所述电池之间存在第二间隙。
