本发明公开了一种碳纤维医疗线,包括有碳纤维复合芯线,所述碳纤维复合芯线外包覆有绝缘外套;所述碳纤维复合芯线包括有碳纤维内芯,所述碳纤维内芯外表面上螺旋盘绕有多股镀锡铜线。本发明采用碳纤维内芯和镀锡铜线的复合设计,碳纤维内芯使得线缆具备较高的除颤电阻来耐压,且碳纤维内芯重量轻、强度高且柔软;镀锡铜线螺旋盘绕在碳纤维内芯外,可利用电流的集肤效应,保证良好的导电性能。

技术领域
本发明属于电力电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种碳纤维医疗线。
背景技术
除颤仪是利用较强的脉冲电流通过心脏来消除心律失常,使之恢复窦性心律的一种医疗器械,是手术室必备的急救设备。对于进行心肺复苏,除颤是很重要的步骤之一。
现有技术中,用于除颤仪的线缆除颤电阻并不理想,线缆要具有较高的除颤电阻来耐压,同时还要具有良好的导电性能。并且,由于是用于病房环境,就要求线缆更加具有亲和力,如较轻的重量,柔软,抗拉,生物兼容性和抗过敏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种碳纤维医疗线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种碳纤维医疗线,包括有碳纤维复合芯线,所述碳纤维复合芯线外包覆有绝缘外套;
所述碳纤维复合芯线包括有碳纤维内芯,所述碳纤维内芯外表面上螺旋盘绕有多股镀锡铜线。
优选的,所述碳纤维内芯为若干根碳纤维单线绞制而成。
优选的,所述镀锡铜线的数量为四股。
优选的,所述绝缘外套由内向外依次包括有绝缘层和外护套,所述绝缘层包覆碳纤维复合芯线,所述外护套包覆绝缘层。
优选的,所述绝缘层外表面上周向均匀间隔设置有多个凹槽,所述凹槽内均填充有碳纤维绳。
优选的,所述绝缘层的材料为PVC。
优选的,所述外护套的材料为医用PVC。
有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种碳纤维医疗线,采用碳纤维内芯和镀锡铜线的复合设计,碳纤维内芯使得线缆具备较高的除颤电阻来耐压,且碳纤维内芯重量轻、强度高且柔软;镀锡铜线螺旋盘绕在碳纤维内芯外,可利用电流的集肤效应,保证良好的导电性能。
(2)本发明的一种碳纤维医疗线,外护套的材料为医用PVC,可与病人的皮肤进行良好接触,防止皮肤过敏。
(3)本发明的一种碳纤维医疗线,绝缘层外表面上凹槽及凹槽内填充碳纤维绳的设计,与碳纤维内芯配合,可进一步提高该碳纤维医疗线的韧性和抗拉强度,产品使用寿命长。

下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。
如图1所示,一种碳纤维医疗线,包括有碳纤维复合芯线1,所述碳纤维复合芯线1外包覆有绝缘外套2;
所述碳纤维复合芯线1包括有碳纤维内芯11,所述碳纤维内芯11外表面上螺旋盘绕有多股镀锡铜线12。
所述碳纤维内芯11为若干根碳纤维单线绞制而成,抗拉强度高,韧性好。
所述镀锡铜线12的数量为四股。
所述绝缘外套2由内向外依次包括有绝缘层21和外护套22,所述绝缘层21包覆碳纤维复合芯线1,所述外护套22包覆绝缘层21。
所述绝缘层21外表面上周向均匀间隔设置有多个凹槽23,所述凹槽23内均填充有碳纤维绳24。
所述绝缘层21的材料为PVC,绝缘层21使碳纤维复合芯线1与周围环境或相邻导体间相互绝缘。
所述外护套22的材料为医用PVC,外护套22可对整个线缆起到保护作用,并能与病人皮肤进行良好接触。
本实施例的一种碳纤维医疗线,采用碳纤维内芯11和镀锡铜线12的复合设计,碳纤维内芯11使得线缆具备较高的除颤电阻来耐压,且碳纤维内芯11重量轻、强度高且柔软;镀锡铜线12螺旋盘绕在碳纤维内芯11外,可利用电流的集肤效应,保证良好的导电性能。
本实施的一种碳纤维医疗线,外护套22的材料为医用PVC,可与病人的皮肤进行良好接触,防止皮肤过敏。

包括有碳纤维复合芯线(1),所述碳纤维复合芯线(1)外包覆有绝缘外套(2);
所述碳纤维复合芯线(1)包括有碳纤维内芯(11),所述碳纤维内芯(11)外表面上螺旋盘绕有多股镀锡铜线(12)。

所述碳纤维内芯(11)为若干根碳纤维单线绞制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维医疗线,其特征在于:
所述镀锡铜线(12)的数量为四股。

所述绝缘外套(2)由内向外依次包括有绝缘层(21)和外护套(22),所述绝缘层(21)包覆碳纤维复合芯线(1),所述外护套(22)包覆绝缘层(21)。
