Abstract

一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法,将阀座Ⅱ组件装入支撑座内,将球体装入支撑座内,将阀座Ⅰ组件装入支撑座内;并将卡圈装入阀座Ⅰ和支撑座形成的卡槽内使其组合成一体,再将两块连接块装入球体上的导向槽内形成阀门组件;将连接套组件分别装入与阀体通道垂直的上下两个轴孔内;将阀门组件装入阀体通道孔内;将四开环装入阀体上的凹槽内,将卡环装到四开环内,将双层孔用挡圈装入四开环内的挡圈槽内;将阀杆装入连接套上的轴孔内。本发明的有益效果是,阀门主体零部件均在阀体外完成装配,然后一体装入阀体内,能够有效降低阀门的装配难度,提高阀门的装配效率。

一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,尤其是一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法。
背景技术
球阀作为一种主要的、成熟的阀类,它在航空航天、石油化工、长输管线、轻工食品、建筑等许多方面都得到了广泛的应用。
现有技术采用了整体侧装式浮动球结构,球体安装在阀体内,在通道进口以及通道出口处分别设置有上游阀座和下游阀座,上游阀座和下游阀座与球体配合形成密封副,上游阀座设置有O形圈与阀体形成密封,上游阀座背后设置有弹簧提供预紧力,下游阀座前设置有限位环Ⅰ,下游阀座后设置有限位环Ⅱ,限位环Ⅱ内设置有垫块和双层孔用挡圈。
采用上述结构的小口径球阀(DN≤50),阀门的装配难度将大大增加,因人的手臂宽度一般都要大于50mm,所以装配人员无法将手伸进阀体进行装配和调整,装配效率较低。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法。
本发明的技术方案是,一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法,它包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅲ(17)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤2,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅱ(10)和挡圈(11)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤3,将O形圈Ⅰ(7)装入连接套(6)的O形圈槽内,并将滚针轴承(8)装到连接套(6)上;
步骤4,将O形圈Ⅳ(20)嵌入支撑座(15)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤5,将波形弹簧(19)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤6,将第一步装配好的阀座Ⅱ组件(16、17、18)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤7,将球体(14)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤8,将第二步装配好的阀座Ⅰ组件(9、10、11、16)装入支撑座(15)内;并将卡圈(12)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)和支撑座(15)形成的卡槽内使其组合成一体,再将两块连接块(13)装入球体(14)上的导向槽内形成阀门组件;
步骤9,将第三步装配好的连接套组件(6、7、8)分别装入与阀体(1)通道垂直的上下两个轴孔内;
步骤10,将第八步装配好的阀门组件装入阀体(1)通道孔内;
步骤11,将四开环(3)装入阀体(1)上的凹槽内,将卡环(4)装到四开环(3)内,并将双层孔用挡圈(2)装入四开环(3)内的挡圈槽内;
步骤12,将阀杆(5)装入连接套(6)上的轴孔内,至此阀门装配完毕。
进一步地,所述步骤1~步骤5的步骤顺序不固定。
本发明的有益效果是,阀门主体零部件均在阀体外完成装配,然后一体装入阀体内,能够有效降低阀门的装配难度,提高阀门的装配效率。

如图1、2、3所示,一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法,它包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅲ(17)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤2,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅱ(10)和挡圈(11)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤3,将O形圈Ⅰ(7)装入连接套(6)的O形圈槽内,并将滚针轴承(8)装到连接套(6)上;
步骤4,将O形圈Ⅳ(20)嵌入支撑座(15)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤5,将波形弹簧(19)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤6,将第一步装配好的阀座Ⅱ组件(16、17、18)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤7,将球体(14)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤8,将第二步装配好的阀座Ⅰ组件(9、10、11、16)装入支撑座(15)内;并将卡圈(12)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)和支撑座(15)形成的卡槽内使其组合成一体,再将两块连接块(13)装入球体(14)上的导向槽内形成阀门组件;
步骤9,将第三步装配好的连接套组件(6、7、8)分别装入与阀体(1)通道垂直的上下两个轴孔内;
步骤10,将第八步装配好的阀门组件装入阀体(1)通道孔内;
步骤11,将四开环(3)装入阀体(1)上的凹槽内,将卡环(4)装到四开环(3)内,并将双层孔用挡圈(2)装入四开环(3)内的挡圈槽内;
步骤12,将阀杆(5)装入连接套(6)上的轴孔内,至此阀门装配完毕。

1.一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
步骤1,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅲ(17)装入阀座Ⅱ(18)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤2,将密封圈(16)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的密封圈槽内,将O形圈Ⅱ(10)和挡圈(11)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤3,将O形圈Ⅰ(7)装入连接套(6)的O形圈槽内,并将滚针轴承(8)装到连接套(6)上;
步骤4,将O形圈Ⅳ(20)嵌入支撑座(15)上的O形圈槽内;
步骤5,将波形弹簧(19)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤6,将第一步装配好的阀座Ⅱ组件(16、17、18)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤7,将球体(14)装入支撑座(15)内;
步骤8,将第二步装配好的阀座Ⅰ组件(9、10、11、16)装入支撑座(15)内;并将卡圈(12)装入阀座Ⅰ(9)和支撑座(15)形成的卡槽内使其组合成一体,再将两块连接块(13)装入球体(14)上的导向槽内形成阀门组件;
步骤9,将第三步装配好的连接套组件(6、7、8)分别装入与阀体(1)通道垂直的上下两个轴孔内;
步骤10,将第八步装配好的阀门组件装入阀体(1)通道孔内;
步骤11,将四开环(3)装入阀体(1)上的凹槽内,将卡环(4)装到四开环(3)内,并将双层孔用挡圈(2)装入四开环(3)内的挡圈槽内;
步骤12,将阀杆(5)装入连接套(6)上的轴孔内,至此阀门装配完毕。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种整体侧装式球阀的装配方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1~步骤5的步骤顺序不固定。
