Abstract
The invention discloses creep type epoxy asphalt, which comprises epoxy asphalt resin, epoxy resin, filler and curing agent, wherein the epoxy asphalt resin comprises asphalt, an active agent and an epoxy diluent, the epoxy asphalt can be constructed under the condition of normal temperature without high-temperature heating, and still has extremely strong creep property, self-healing, water channeling prevention and cracking prevention after curing, and can repair damaged waterproof layers or fill cracks, repair concrete cracks and well seal capillary holes and cracks of base layers due to the viscosity of a creep material so as to solve the problem of water channeling of the waterproof layers; the heat resistance of the invention reaches no sliding, no running water and no dripping at 90 ℃, and other physical performance indexes and construction application performance are completely qualified.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of asphalt, in particular to creep type epoxy asphalt and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproof paint is a novel waterproof material product introduced from abroad in the beginning of the century and is mainly prepared from raw and auxiliary materials such as rubber powder, asphalt, additives and the like. There are two main types: one is a product with high solid content, which can reach 99 percent and mainly adopts a hot-melt spraying construction mode; one is a product containing a high-boiling-point solvent, and the solid content of the product is more than 80 percent and can be coated by blade coating at normal temperature. Through market expansion application and construction verification for many years, the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is more and more accepted and depended by waterproof engineering design, engineering construction parties and broad users due to the specific technical performance and waterproof application characteristics of the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating.
However, the construction temperature of the existing asphalt exceeds 150 ℃, and the existing asphalt can only be applied by a hot coating construction method, thereby causing damage and pollution to construction workers and the atmospheric environment. And the non-cured asphalt waterproof coating has certain extensibility but limited extensibility, so that the creep type epoxy asphalt which can be constructed at normal temperature without high-temperature heating and still has extremely high creep performance after curing is invented, which is particularly important.

The creep type epoxy asphalt of the invention has the characteristics that: the product is a fluid liquid at normal temperature and has excellent coating usability, and the product and a curing agent form a semisolid substance which does not flow but can creep under the action of external force after being mixed and reacted. The creep material can flow to a damaged part, fills the damaged part, gaps and the like, has the application advantage of creep type epoxy asphalt as waterproof paint, solves the technical problem of the existing hot-melt type non-cured rubber modified asphalt, is common waterproof paint, and has coating construction performance through heating when in use, construction potential safety hazard and environmental protection problem.
The creep type epoxy asphalt can be constructed under the condition of normal temperature through reasonable compatibility, does not need high-temperature heating, still has strong creep property, self-healing, water channeling prevention and cracking prevention performance after curing, can repair a damaged waterproof layer or fill cracks, can ensure that dispersed particles of the asphalt are uniformly dispersed under the high-speed rotation of 200-; the heat resistance of the invention reaches no sliding, no running water and no dripping at 90 ℃, and other physical performance indexes and construction application performance are completely qualified.

Example 1

Comparative example 2 is different from example 2 only in that the epoxy asphalt resin is 90 parts and other preparation methods and preparation conditions are the same as those of example 2.
Comparative example 3 is different from example 1 only in that 10 parts of epoxy resin was used and other preparation methods and preparation conditions were the same as those of example 2.
Comparative example 4 is different from example 2 only in that 60 parts of epoxy resin is used and other preparation methods and preparation conditions are the same as those of example 2.
The epoxy asphalt resin is the epoxy asphalt resin with the models of EP-306, EP-307 and EP-308 produced by Nippon (Guangzhou) New Material Co.
The waterproof coiled material is paved on the surfaces of the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 and the commercially available creep type epoxy asphalt respectively, after 2 hours, the creep type epoxy asphalt is cured initially, and then the maintenance is carried out for 1-2 hours. Then, creep properties at normal temperature (30 ℃) were measured, and the results are shown in Table 1 below, and the elongation and tensile strength are shown in Table 2 below.

The lower the creep stiffness and the higher the creep rate, the creep-type epoxy asphalt disclosed by the invention can be constructed at normal temperature without high-temperature heating, still has extremely strong creep property after curing, and has the properties of self-healing, water channeling prevention and cracking prevention, a damaged waterproof layer or a filled crack can be repaired, a concrete crack can be repaired, the strong creep property of the creep-type epoxy asphalt can eliminate or reduce the tensile stress of various adverse factors on a base layer material, the problems of cracking and fatigue damage of the waterproof layer or early aging under a high stress state caused by dislocation displacement of the base layer can be avoided, and the capillary holes and cracks of the base layer can be well sealed by the viscosity of the creep-type epoxy asphalt, so that the problem of water channeling of the waterproof layer is solved; the heat resistance of the invention reaches no sliding, no running water and no dripping at 90 ℃, and other physical performance indexes and construction application performance are completely qualified.
Claims (6)
1. The creep type epoxy asphalt is characterized by comprising 50-80 parts of epoxy asphalt resin, epoxy resin: 20-50 parts of filler and curing agent, wherein the epoxy asphalt resin comprises asphalt, an active agent and an epoxy diluent, the weight ratio of the epoxy asphalt resin to the epoxy resin to the curing agent is (2-5): 1; the epoxy asphalt resin is the epoxy asphalt resin which is produced by New Material Co., Ltd, from Zhengbang (Guangzhou) and has the model number of EP-306 or EP-307 or EP-308.

A process for preparing a creep-type epoxy asphalt as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, which comprises the steps of (1) mixing and stirring uniformly an epoxy asphalt resin, an epoxy resin, a filler and a curing agent in a vessel; the preparation method of the epoxy asphalt resin, the epoxy resin and the filler comprises the following steps: heating the reaction kettle to 100-150 ℃, sequentially adding the epoxy asphalt resin, the epoxy resin and the filler, and dispersing and stirring at a high speed until the mixture is uniformly mixed, wherein the rotating speed is 200 plus 400 r/min.
