Abstract

本发明提供一种动力机气门装卸用夹钳,通过铰轴活动连接构成手钳式的拆卸钳,在前端分设有两个可卡入轴杆的叉头,后端连为一体的柄把,其中一根尾端连接有定位条,该定位条内面均匀分布有多个锯齿形卡槽,另一柄把尾端设有与弹性条对应的三角形凸起卡齿。由此构成的夹钳可通过前端的开口叉分别卡持气门弹簧的两端,在柄把压力下收缩弹簧并通过锯齿形弹卡固定而方便快捷的装卸气门弹簧。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装卸动力机气门弹簧的工具,具体的说是一种动力机气门装卸用夹钳。
背景技术
动力机的缸体都设有进排气阀门,现有的气门阀门都是在凸轮轴的轴杆上套装弹簧,通过弹簧的弹性使气门相互循环伸缩进排气,在动力机的使用中,不可避免的会出现磨损和弹簧老化现象,维护装卸气门时,要将弹簧压缩到一定位置才能拆装气门,这种简单的拆装,由于弹簧的压力作用,很难手动压缩弹簧进行操作,造成维护装卸麻烦,直接影响工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述气门弹簧装卸存在的麻烦,提供一种动力机气门装卸用夹钳,可很方便快速的将气门弹簧压缩进行装卸操作。
本发明包括铰轴,所采用的技术方案在于:通过铰轴活动连接构成手钳式的拆卸钳,在前端分设有两个可卡入轴杆的叉头,后端连为一体的柄把,其中一根尾端连接有定位条,该定位条内面均匀分布有多个锯齿形卡槽,另一柄把尾端设有与弹性条对应的三角形凸起卡齿。
本发明具有如下优势效果:通过上述技术方案,由于采用一种夹钳方式设置可夹持压缩弹簧的整体设置,使用时,可通过夹体前端的两个开口叉分别插入轴杆后夹持弹簧的两端,手推柄把收拢即产生铰合杠杆压力,在手动合拢的压力作用下,使弹簧收缩到一定长度,再通过尾端定位条的卡槽和卡齿相卡固定,即可很方便快速的拆装气门,由此解决了现在依靠手工装卸气门弹簧不方便和影响工作效率的问题,设计简单科学,有利动力机气门弹簧拆卸省事省力,操作方便,可大大节省装卸时间。

具体实施方式
图1所示:通过铰轴2活动连接构成手钳式的拆卸钳,在前端分设有两个可卡入轴杆7的叉头1,后端连为一体的柄把3,其中一根尾端连接有定位条4,该定位条4内面均匀分布有多个锯齿形卡槽5,另一柄把3尾端设有与弹性条对应的三角形凸起卡齿6。
图2所示:通过铰轴2活动连接的拆卸钳前端的两个叉头1,其叉口卡入轴杆7,尾部两个柄把3通过人力合拢产生铰合杠杆压力促使轴杆7所套的弹簧8收缩,柄把3尾端的定位条4通过卡齿6定位,由此即可很方便的拆卸柴油机的轴杆7。

1.一种动力机气门装卸用夹钳,包括铰轴(2),其特征在于:通过铰轴(2)活动连接构成手钳式的拆卸钳,在前端分设有两个可卡入轴杆(7)的叉头(1),后端连为一体的柄把(3),其中一根尾端连接有定位条(4),该定位条(4)内面均匀分布有多个锯齿形卡槽(5),另一柄把(3)尾端设有与弹性条对应的三角形凸起卡齿(6)。
