Abstract

Technical Field

Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a device for preventing a shield machine from planting heads and a use method thereof, wherein a supporting piece is fixedly installed on the inner wall of a tunnel portal, corresponding to the bottom position of the shield machine, of an embedded steel ring, and then a water stop piece is arranged on an inclined surface of the supporting piece, so that the part of the shield machine extending into the tunnel portal can be erected on the supporting piece to prevent the shield machine from planting heads, in addition, the water stop piece can prevent water in the tunnel portal from flowing outwards, thereby playing a waterproof role, solving the problem that the shield machine is easy to plant heads in an initial stage, preventing the shield machine from planting heads, enabling the shield machine to be always positioned on a design axis, ensuring construction quality.
