Abstract

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: compared with the prior art, the auxiliary channel with the convex structure and the buffer spring can slow down the impact of slag discharging fluid on the inner wall of the rod body, and play a role in protecting the drill rod; the movable valve body and the supporting ribs are arranged, so that the slag discharging process is not influenced, and slag discharging is prevented from being continuously filled in the pressure relief channel downwards when the drilled holes collapse, and blockage is prevented; the whole structure is reasonable in design and strong in adaptability.

When the drill rod is used, slag discharging fluid enters the bottom of a drill hole through the air inlet channel 4, coal slag is carried to be discharged out of the drill hole through the pressure relief channel 5 and the auxiliary channel 6, the slag discharging capacity of the drill rod is improved through the auxiliary channel 6, the impact of the slag discharging fluid on the inner wall of the rod body 1 is effectively relieved, meanwhile, the buffer spring 7 is further arranged in the auxiliary channel 6, the impact of the slag discharging fluid on the inner wall of the rod body 1 is further relieved, the drill rod 1 is protected, when the drill hole collapses, the coal slag around the rod body 1 enters the pressure relief channel 5 and the auxiliary channel 6 through the first pressure relief hole 8, the buffer spring 7 in the auxiliary channel 6 plays a certain buffering and limiting role when the coal slag enters the auxiliary channel 6, when the drill hole collapses, the slag discharging can enter the pressure relief channel 5 and the auxiliary channel 6, the acting force of the coal slag on the drill rod is released, the inner wall of the rod body 1 is not damaged, the pressure relief channel 5 and the auxiliary channel 6 are prevented from being filled with slag instantaneously, and a blocking phenomenon is caused.
