Because the shielding of the cover body 402 and the action of the air inlet pipe prolong the advancing path of the gas, the gas at the bottom of the shaft can be replaced, the exhaust fan 30 is opened and then exhausted outwards, the gas can only be introduced from the blind window 40 in the shaft, the external gas flows through the blind window 40, the screen window 401, the cover body 402, the air inlet pipe 70 and the shaft in sequence, and finally the exhaust fan 30 is exhausted to finish the gas replacement, so that the temperature in the shaft is reduced; the rain shielding baffle is provided with a wind direction anemoscope 20, the wind direction anemoscope 20 is used for determining which side exhaust fan 30 is started, and the exhaust effect towards the wind direction position is poor, so that the exhaust fan 30 on the corresponding side does not need to be started; air outlets 701 are formed in the air inlet pipe 70 at equal intervals; according to the temperature in the temperature measuring unit 21 measurement elevator well with confirm whether exhaust fan 30 starts, through temperature measuring unit 21 with heat sink's cooperation, exhaust fan 30 operation can more evenly reduce the temperature of whole well like this.
