技术领域
本发明属于环保领域,具体涉及一种防静电涤纶布袋。
背景技术
涤纶布袋选用优质细旦大化纤维丝,以先进设备生产涤纶(聚酯)纤维针刺过滤毡,可将多种纤维均匀定量混合,再用多台混开棉机组及梳理机组利于纤网之间不同纤维间层装复合、梯度变换。涤纶布袋具有普通毡类滤布特有的空隙度高、透气性好、集尘效率高、使用寿命长等优点外,因其耐温等级适中,瞬间可达150℃,耐酸、耐碱适中的特点外而且具有非常好的耐磨性,故它是毡类滤材中使用量大的一个品种。石油化工企业生产过程中,工业气体除尘如空气、氮气等往往是其不可缺少的环节之一,为了除掉空气中的杂物,如生产介质粉尘,达到合格的循环利用或排放标准,避免滤袋过滤时因表面堆积电荷产生静电放电,造成闪燃等事故,一直以来,防静电涤纶布袋的使用是绝大多数石油化工企业气体除尘的关键步骤。现有的防静电涤纶布袋通常在安装和使用时稳定性较差,底部易发生位置移动,影响过滤效果。
因此急需提供一种防静电效果好,稳定性强的防静电涤纶布袋。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有防静电涤纶布袋的不足,提供一种防静电涤纶布袋。
本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种防静电涤纶布袋,包括袋体,所述袋体包括基布层,所述基布层的底部设有耐腐蚀层,所述基布层的顶部设有第一防静电层,所述第一防静电层的上方设有第二防静电层,所述第一防静电层与所述第二防静电层之间设有亚麻纤维层,所述袋体为空心圆柱状,所述袋体的顶部设有固定环,所述袋体的底部设有支撑部,所述支撑部的顶部与所述袋体的底部相连,所述支撑部的内侧壁设有第一通孔,所述支撑部内部设有支撑环,所述支撑环的一端设有连接壳,另一端设有连接块,所述连接块插入所述连接壳中与所述连接壳卡合连接,所述支撑环的内侧壁设有向所述支撑环内部凹陷的第二通孔,所述第二通孔的内部设有拉块,所述拉块包括拉板,所述拉板的一端侧壁的底部连接卡板的一端,所述卡板的另一端连接挡板的一端,所述挡板与所述支撑环的内侧壁的内部卡合连接。
优选的,所述第一防静电层为经纬交织的涤纶纤维和棉纱构成,所述第二防静电层为经纬交织的涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维构成。
优选的,所述支撑部为两层布袋结构,每层所述布袋的材质与所述袋体的材质相同,外层所述布袋与所述袋体连接,所述支撑环设于两层所述布袋之间。
优选的,所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔和所述拉块的数量均为四个,相邻所述第一通孔之间的距离相等,相邻所述第二通孔之间的距离相等,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔的位置一一对应。
优选的,所述连接壳的顶部在竖直方向设有第一螺纹槽,所述连接块的顶部在竖直方向向所述连接块内部设有第二螺纹槽,所述第一螺纹槽与所述第二螺纹槽的内螺纹相同,所述连接壳与所述连接块卡合连接时所述第一螺纹槽与所述第二螺纹槽的中轴线在同一竖直线上,螺栓将所述连接壳与所述连接块螺纹连接,所述螺栓的外螺纹与所述第一螺纹槽和所述第二螺纹槽的内螺纹均相匹配。
本发明的有益效果是:袋体的基布层的一侧为耐腐蚀层,可增加基布的结构稳定性,基布层的另一侧设有第一防静电层和第二防静电层,可加强防静电的作用,第一防静电层和第二防静电层之间设有亚麻纤维层,亚麻纤维又可增加防静电的作用;袋体底部设有支撑部,支撑部为两层布袋结构,每层布袋结构均与袋体的结构相同,两层布袋结构之间设有支撑环,支撑环从内部布袋上的一个第一通孔伸入支撑部中,将整个支撑环置于支撑部后,将支撑环的连接块插入连接壳中,使得第一螺纹槽和第二螺纹槽的位置对应,螺栓将二者螺纹连接固定,便于安装和拆卸;将拉块的位置与第一通孔的位置一一对应,将拉板和卡板从第二通孔中拉出,使得挡板与支撑环的内侧壁的内部卡合连接,对袋体进行固定时,向内部置入固定框,固定框下端的固定圈与四个卡板卡合,可充分固定固定框的位置,增加使用过程中的稳定性。

如图1至图5所示,一种防静电涤纶布袋,包括袋体1,袋体1包括基布层2,基布层2的底部设有耐腐蚀层3,基布层2的顶部设有第一防静电层4,第一防静电层4的上方设有第二防静电层5,第一防静电层4与第二防静电层5之间设有亚麻纤维层6,袋体1为空心圆柱状,袋体1的顶部设有固定环7,袋体1的底部设有支撑部8,支撑部8的顶部与袋体1的底部相连,支撑部8的内侧壁设有第一通孔9,支撑部8内部设有支撑环10,支撑环10的一端设有连接壳11,另一端设有连接块12,连接块12插入连接壳11中与连接壳11卡合连接,支撑环10的内侧壁设有向支撑环10内部凹陷的第二通孔13,第二通孔13的内部设有拉块14,拉块14包括拉板15,拉板15的一端侧壁的底部连接卡板16的一端,卡板16的另一端连接挡板17的一端,挡板17与支撑环10的内侧壁的内部卡合连接。
第一防静电层4为经纬交织的涤纶纤维和棉纱构成,第二防静电层5为经纬交织的涤纶纤维和玻璃纤维构成。支撑部8为两层布袋结构,每层布袋的材质与袋体1的材质相同,外层布袋与袋体1连接,支撑环10设于两层布袋之间。第一通孔9、第二通孔13和拉块14的数量均为四个,相邻第一通孔9之间的距离相等,相邻第二通孔13之间的距离相等,第一通孔9与第二通孔13的位置一一对应。连接壳11的顶部在竖直方向设有第一螺纹槽18,连接块12的顶部在竖直方向向连接块12内部设有第二螺纹槽19,第一螺纹槽18与第二螺纹槽19的内螺纹相同,连接壳11与连接块12卡合连接时第一螺纹槽18与第二螺纹槽19的中轴线在同一竖直线上,螺栓20将连接壳11与连接块12螺纹连接,螺栓20的外螺纹与第一螺纹槽18和第二螺纹槽19的内螺纹均相匹配。
本发明的使用方式为:袋体1底部设有支撑部8,支撑部8为两层布袋结构,每层布袋结构均与袋体1的结构相同,两层布袋结构之间设有支撑环10,支撑环10从内部布袋上的一个第一通孔9伸入支撑部8中,将整个支撑环10置于支撑部8后,将支撑环10的连接块12插入连接壳11中,使得第一螺纹槽18和第二螺纹槽19的位置对应,螺栓20将二者螺纹连接固定;将拉块14的位置与第一通孔9的位置一一对应,将拉板15和卡板16从第二通孔13中拉出,使得挡板17与支撑环10的内侧壁的内部卡合连接,对袋体1进行固定时,向内部置入固定框,固定框下端的固定圈与四个卡板16卡合,可充分固定固定框的位置,增加使用过程中的稳定性。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电涤纶布袋,其特征在于,所述第一通孔、所述第二通孔和所述拉块的数量均为四个,相邻所述第一通孔之间的距离相等,相邻所述第二通孔之间的距离相等,所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔的位置一一对应。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电涤纶布袋,其特征在于,所述连接壳的顶部在竖直方向设有第一螺纹槽,所述连接块的顶部在竖直方向向所述连接块内部设有第二螺纹槽,所述第一螺纹槽与所述第二螺纹槽的内螺纹相同,所述连接壳与所述连接块卡合连接时所述第一螺纹槽与所述第二螺纹槽的中轴线在同一竖直线上,螺栓将所述连接壳与所述连接块螺纹连接,所述螺栓的外螺纹与所述第一螺纹槽和所述第二螺纹槽的内螺纹均相匹配。
