本发明涉及超低容量液剂技术领域,具体涉及一种含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述超低容量液剂以双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠复配为活性成分,辅以表面活性剂和溶剂制成,其中双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的质量比为20‑1:1‑9。本发明的超低容量液剂用药量少,可以有效降低农药残留,减少环境污染,同时在叶面上的粘着性强,耐雨水冲刷,农药利用率高;两种有效成分复配后相互作用,表现出显著的协同增效作用,可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生,提高对靶标生物的防除效果,与单剂相比,可以减少单位面积的施用量,减少防治成本;使用时不需要使用水勾兑,使用方便,节约水资源。

背景技术
广西是我国甘蔗种植重要基地,种植面积占全国50%以上。甘蔗蓟马(Fulmekiolaserratus)是广西蔗区主要害虫之一,其属缨翅目蓟马科,主要危害甘蔗心叶和甘蔗叶尾部,被害叶片未展开时呈水渍状黄点,展开后呈黄色或淡黄色小斑块;危害严重的地块,蔗叶卷缩萎黄,或出现梢头腐烂,侧芽增生,影响甘蔗产量和糖分的提高。
化学防治一直是害虫防治的主要手段,但长期频繁使用单一农药会使害虫产生抗药性,为了提高防治效果普遍常用加大单位面积的施用剂量,这样很容易增加农产品中农药的残留量,加重环境污染。超低容量液剂是适用于超低容量喷雾使用的农药制剂,超低容量喷雾是伴随超低容量喷雾器械的出现而产生的一项先进的农药施用新技术,可以减少液剂的挥发与漂移,提高液剂的利用率,是一种比较理想的新型药剂。
双丙环虫酯是巴斯夫旗下的一种新型杀虫剂,其通过干扰昆虫香草酸瞬时受体通道复合物的调控而发挥作用,从而干扰昆虫的取食和其他行为,最终导致昆虫饥饿而死,可以有效防治刺吸式和吮吸式害虫,同时对环境友好,对昆虫天敌毒性小,适用于害虫抗性管理和有害生物的综合治理。发明人发现双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠以一定质量比进行混配后制成超低容量液剂对甘蔗田蓟马具有较强的增效作用,目前还没有相关的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其具有明显的协同增效作用,可以减少药剂的使用量,减少环境污染,减低农药残留。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,所述超低容量液剂以双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠复配为活性成分,辅以表面活性剂和溶剂制成,其中双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的质量比为20-1:1-9。
作为优选,所述双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的质量为1:5。
作为优选,所述超低容量液剂中各组分的重量百分比为:双丙环虫酯1%-25%,松脂酸钠5%-15%,表面活性剂2%-20%,余量为溶剂。
作为优选,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、二丁基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种的组合。
作为优选,所述溶剂为环氧大豆油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、油酸甲酯、甲苯、甲基萘、正己醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和二甲亚砜中的一种或多种的组合。
另外,本发明还提供了所述含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂的在防除甘蔗田蓟马中的应用。所述的甘蔗田蓟马为甘蔗蓟马Fulmekiola serratus。
施用本发明的超低容量液剂时采用现有超低容量喷雾器械,比如手持式超低容量喷雾、背负式超低容量喷雾或飞机超低容量喷雾。施药量根据防治对象及其发生情况做变化,一般施药量为55-120g a.i./hm2。
本发明超低容量液剂的制备方法为:在常温常压条件下,先将活性成分投入反应器,然后边搅拌边加入溶剂,待活性成分溶解后,加入表面活性剂,充分搅拌使混合均匀,即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的超低容量液剂用药量少,可以有效降低农药残留,减少环境污染,同时在叶面上的粘着性强,耐雨水冲刷,农药利用率高。
(2)本发明的超低容量液剂中双丙环虫酯通过干扰昆虫香草酸瞬时受体通道复合物的调控而发挥作用,从而干扰昆虫的取食和其他行为,最终导致昆虫饥饿而死;松脂酸钠通过在昆虫表皮形成薄膜,堵塞毛孔,使害虫封闭窒息而死;两种有效成分杀虫机理不同,复配后相互作用,表现出显著的协同增效作用,可以延缓害虫抗药性的产生,提高对靶标生物的防除效果,与单剂相比,可以减少单位面积的施用量,减少防治成本。
(3)本发明的超低容量液剂在使用时不需要使用水勾兑,使用方便,节约水资源。

下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1:2%双丙环虫酯·松脂酸钠超低容量液剂
实施例2:4%双丙环虫酯·松脂酸钠超低容量液剂

实施例15:双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠复配后室内生物活性试验
试虫:甘蔗蓟马(Fulmekiola serratus),采自广西农科院甘蔗所实验地,带回实验室以干净的甘蔗叶片饲养,繁殖多代。
试验方法:采用浸虫法(参考《NT/T 1154.6-2006浸虫法》)
将双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠原药用丙酮溶解并用0.1%吐温-80的水溶液稀释配制成单剂母液,设置两者质量比为20:1、15:1、10:1、5:1、3:1、1:1、1:3、1:5、1:7、1:9等10个配比混剂,各单剂及每组配比混剂均设置个0.2mg/L、0.4mg/L、0.8mg/L、1.6mg/L、3.2mg/L、6.4mg/L、12.8mg/L等7个系列质量浓度,每个质量浓度药液60mL;选取甘蔗蓟马的1龄若虫浸入药液10s,用滤纸吸取多余药液后转移至原饲料条件下进行饲养。每处理4次重复,每重复浸虫20头,并设0.1%吐温-80的水溶液作空白对照;24h调查死亡情况,记录总虫数和死虫数,并计算各处理的校正死亡率。
若对照死亡率<5%,无需校正;对照死亡率在5-20%之间的,需进行校正;对照死亡率>20%,试验需重做。
用DPS软件进行分析,计算各单剂和混剂的EC50,并根据孙运沛法计算混剂的共毒系数(CTC值)。
实测毒力指数(ATI)=(标准药剂EC50/供试药剂EC50)×100。
理论毒力指数(TTI)=A药剂毒力指数×混剂中A的百分含量+B药剂毒力指数×混剂中B的百分含量。
共毒系数(CTC)=[混剂实测毒力指数(ATI)/混剂理论毒力指数(TTI)]×100。
按照联合作用划分标准:共毒系数(CTC)≥120表现为增效作用;共毒系数(CTC)≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<共毒系数(CTC)<120表现为相加作用。实验结果见表1。

从表1可以看出,本发明双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠复配后,在质量比为20-1:1-9范围内对甘蔗蓟马的共毒系数均大于120,表现为增效作用,尤其是质量比为1:5时,共毒系数到了442.42,增效作用更为明显。
实施例16:本发明超低容量液剂田间药效试验
试验对象:甘蔗蓟马(Fulmekiola serratus);
试验地点:广西农科院甘蔗所实验地,甘蔗品种新台糖22号;
药剂:试验药剂为实施例4、实施例5、实施例6、实施例9、实施例9、实施例10制备的6种药剂;对照药剂为5%双丙环虫酯可分散液剂和45%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂;
试验方法:参考GB/T 17980.77-2004
每4行甘蔗为一个小区,小区形状为正方形,面积25㎡,每种药剂设置4个重复,并设置清水为为空白对照。采用背负式超低容量喷雾器械进行喷施,使药剂均匀分布到整个小区内,分别在药剂处理前调查虫口基数,药剂处理后3d、7d、14d调查结果,并计算防治效果,试验结果见下表2;其中调查时采用5点取样,每点调查1㎡。
虫口减退率=[(施药前虫数-施药后虫数)÷施药前虫数]×100;
防治效果(%)=[(施药区虫口减退率-空白对照区虫口减退率)÷(100-空白对照区虫口减退率)]×100。

由表2可以看出,施药后3d、7d、14d后对甘蔗蓟马(Fulmekiola serratus)的防治效果,本发明的超低容量液剂的防治效果明显高于对比药剂的防治效果,且持效时间长。

Claims (6)
1.一种含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述超低容量液剂以双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠复配为活性成分,辅以表面活性剂和溶剂制成,其中双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的质量比为20-1:1-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的质量为1:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述超低容量液剂中各组分的重量百分比为:双丙环虫酯1%-25%,松脂酸钠1%-15%,表面活性剂2%-20%,余量为溶剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基硫酸钠、二丁基萘磺酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、苄基二甲基酚聚氧乙烯醚、油酸聚氧乙烯酯和失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯中的一种或多种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为环氧大豆油、蓖麻油、棕榈油、油酸甲酯、甲苯、甲基萘、正己醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮和二甲亚砜中的一种或多种的组合。
6.一种根据上述任一项权利要求所述的含有双丙环虫酯和松脂酸钠的超低容量液剂的应用,其特征在于,在防除甘蔗田蓟马中的应用。
