For example, when the product information provided by the product supplier corresponding to the product identifier includes that the product identifier needs to provide a voucher short message for entering a park, the supplier system does not have the capability of providing the voucher short message, and the product of the product identifier does not have the mobile phone number for purchase limitation, the generation of the collection mobile phone number for the mobile phone number ordering the product can be determined according to the product identifier and the preset collection mobile phone number generation rule. Then, the receiving code service sub-module 1302 sends a number binding request to the customer service sub-module 1303, where the number binding request includes a mobile phone number carried in the first order request.
The customer service sub-module 1303 is configured to store the collection-substituted mobile phone number allocated by the virtual operator from the virtual number segment. In some embodiments of the present application, the virtual carrier assigns a number pool to the ticketing system, for example, a plurality of mobile phone numbers in the 170 th paragraph as the receiving-substituting mobile phone numbers. The customer service sub-module 1303 of the ticketing system constructs a collection mobile phone number queue, and recycles the collection mobile phone numbers distributed by the virtual operator for the ticketing system. After the agent receiving code service sub-module 1302 receives the agent receiving mobile phone number sent by the customer service sub-module 1303, the agent receiving code service sub-module 1302 feeds back the agent receiving mobile phone number obtained by the customer service sub-module 1303 to the e-commerce platform and provider interface module 120, and establishes a binding relationship between the agent receiving mobile phone number and the order identifier, the mobile phone number and the product identifier carried in the first order taking request, so that the agent receiving mobile phone number can be managed according to the order state.
The customer service sub-module 1303 is further configured to receive an order voucher short message sent by the supplier order management system, and forward the order voucher short message to the receiving code service sub-module 1302. After the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 receives a collection mobile phone number, the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 updates the mobile phone number carried in the first order placing request through the collection mobile phone number to generate a second order placing request, and sends the second order placing request to a supplier order management system, and then the supplier order management system responds to the second order placing request to execute a ticketing operation, and sends an order voucher short message to the collection mobile phone number in the second order placing request after the ticketing operation is executed successfully.
The agent code receiving service sub-module 1302 is further configured to, after receiving the order voucher short message sent by the supplier order management system to the agent mobile phone number, parse the received order voucher short message according to a preset order voucher short message parsing template to obtain order voucher information, and then send the order voucher information to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120. In some embodiments of the present application, after the order voucher short message of the supplier order management system is sent to the proxy receiving mobile phone number (i.e., a virtual mobile phone number), the customer service sub-module 1303 may obtain the short message sent to the virtual mobile phone number, and then send the short message content to the proxy receiving code service sub-module 1302 in an MQ (message queue) message manner, where the MQ message body carries information such as an order number, short message content, and sending time. The receiving code service sub-module 1302 monitors the MQ message sent by the customer service sub-module 1303, and analyzes the message content. If the product to which the order belongs is not configured with the short message parsing template, the customer service sub-module 1303 cannot successfully parse the MQ message (including the short message content), and the customer service sub-module 1303 directly forwards the short message to the user. If the product to which the order belongs is configured with the short message analysis template, the customer service sub-module 1303 extracts the electronic code content and/or the two-dimensional code link in the short message through a regular expression according to the short message analysis template to obtain order voucher information.
In some embodiments of the application, an order voucher short message analysis template can be configured for a corresponding product in advance according to a generation rule of a collection mobile phone number. The order voucher short message analysis template provides a basis for the analysis of the order voucher short message.
In some embodiments of the present application, the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 is further configured to obtain an order status of an order corresponding to the first order placing request, and send the order status to the collecting code service sub-module 1302; the collecting code service sub-module 1302 is further configured to release the binding relationship between the mobile phone number carried in the first order taking request corresponding to the order state and the collecting mobile phone number according to the order state. Generally, the number of virtual mobile phone numbers allocated by the virtual operator to the ticketing system is limited, so that after a certain order is completed, the substitute receiving mobile phone number bound with the mobile phone number of the user in the order needs to be unbound in time to release the virtual mobile phone number. For example, when the order status of the order is determined to belong to the following situations, the unbinding operation of the mobile phone number to be received needs to be performed: when the user fails to place an order, namely the order cannot be drawn continuously, the order management system of the supplier cannot send order voucher short messages to the mobile phone number of the agent; when the order fails to be drawn (if the surplus ticket is insufficient), the order management system of the supplier cannot send order voucher short messages to the mobile phone number for collection; the order is successfully drawn, and the supplier order management system has sent the order voucher short message, and the code collecting service sub-module 1302 has obtained the order voucher short message. When the receiving agent service sub-module 1302 determines that the order state of the order corresponding to a certain order identifier belongs to any one of the above situations, the binding relationship between the mobile phone number in the order and the receiving agent mobile phone number is released.
In other embodiments of the present application, the customer service sub-module 1303 forwards the order voucher sms signed by a preset provider to the code receiving service sub-module 1302 through a message queue. After the order is drawn, all levels of distribution channels send order voucher short messages to the collection mobile phone number, so the customer service sub-module 1303 receives a plurality of order voucher short messages for a certain order. In order to improve the reliability of the information and improve the data processing efficiency, the customer service sub-module 1303 determines the source of the short message according to the short message signature, and only identifies the order voucher short message issued by the source provider (e.g., scenic spot). Therefore, the problem that the user cannot receive order voucher information due to the fact that some distribution chains cannot send order voucher short messages when the distribution chains are long can be solved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the code receiving sub-module 1302 is communicatively connected to the customer service task allocation module 140, and the code receiving sub-module 1302 is further configured to time a delay of receiving the order voucher short message, and when the delay meets a preset condition, the code receiving sub-module 1302 sends a code urging request of the corresponding order voucher information in the first order taking request to the customer service task allocation module 140. In the prior art, when the e-commerce platform and provider interface module 120 interfaces with a provider order management system and requires a user to draw a ticket, at this time, the provider order management system may feed back "successful ticket drawing", but does not provide a park certificate, and if the user does not complain to the ticket drawing system about receiving the park certificate, the ticket drawing system distributes a task to manual customer service through the customer service task distribution module 140 to contact the merchant to obtain an order certificate short message. In this embodiment, the code receiving service sub-module 1302 starts the time delay of the order voucher short message corresponding to the order after determining that the order status of a certain order identifier is in the payment completion state. When the delay time reaches a preset time length (for example, 10 minutes), the code collecting service submodule 1302 still does not receive the MQ message which is sent by the customer service submodule 1303 and carries the order voucher short message corresponding to the order, the code collecting service submodule 1302 automatically generates a code urging request, the code urging request includes the order information corresponding to the order identifier, and triggers the customer service task allocation module 140 to allocate a task to the manual customer service, so as to contact the merchant to obtain the order voucher short message.
After the user finishes payment, the code receiving service submodule 1302 times and urges the code for the time delay of sending the order voucher short message by the supplier order management system, so that the problem that the user cannot receive the order voucher short message on time due to communication problems can be avoided, and the user experience is further improved.
Example two
The method for drawing a ticket disclosed in this embodiment is applicable to the system for drawing a ticket described in the first embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the method includes: step 410 to step 450.
Step 410, receiving a first order request generated by an order placing operation of a user.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user completes the basic information filling of the order, selects the date, quantity, submits the order, and completes the order payment through the client software (i.e., user interface module 110) of the ticketing system. After the user selects a product to be ordered through the user interface module 110 and submits an order, the user interface module 110 generates a first order request and sends the first order request to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120. The first order taking request at least carries the mobile phone number of the user, the ordered product identification and the order identification of the preset order.
Step 420, obtaining the collection mobile phone number bound with the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request.
In some embodiments of the application, the step of obtaining the pickup phone number bound to the phone number carried in the first order-ordering request includes: determining whether to acquire a collection mobile phone number for the first ordering request according to the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request, the product identification and a preset generation rule of the collection mobile phone number, and acquiring a collection mobile phone number after determining that the collection mobile phone number is acquired for the first ordering request; and establishing a binding relationship between the collection mobile phone number and the order identification, the mobile phone number and the product identification carried in the first order taking request.

The collecting agent management module 130 determines whether to generate a collecting agent mobile phone number (i.e., a virtual mobile phone number) for the mobile phone number of the user in the first ordering request according to the mobile phone number of the user in the first ordering request, the ordered product identifier, and a preset generating rule of the collecting agent mobile phone number, acquires the collecting agent mobile phone number for the mobile phone number after determining to generate the collecting agent mobile phone number for the mobile phone number of the user in the first ordering request, establishes a binding relationship between the mobile phone number, the order identifier, and the acquired collecting agent mobile phone number, and then feeds back the collecting agent mobile phone number to the e-commerce platform and provider interface module 120.
For a specific technical solution of the code receiving management module 130 generating a mobile phone number to be received according to the first order request, refer to a description of a specific structure, a function, and an implementation technical solution of the code receiving management module 130 in this embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Further, the collecting agent management module 130 establishes a binding relationship between the collecting mobile phone number and the order identifier, the mobile phone number, and the product identifier carried in the first order taking request, and manages the collecting mobile phone number with the order state of the order corresponding to the order identifier.
Step 430, updating the mobile phone number carried in the first order placing request by the collecting mobile phone number, generating a second order placing request, and sending the second order placing request to a supplier order management system, so that the supplier order management system executes a ticket issuing operation in response to the second order placing request, and sends an order voucher short message to the collecting mobile phone number carried in the second order placing request after the ticket issuing operation is successfully executed.
The e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 generates a second order request based on the first order request and the collection mobile phone number, and sends the second order request to a supplier order management system, and the supplier order management system completes subsequent ticketing operations based on the second order request.
The interaction and data processing process between the e-commerce platform, the supplier interface module 120 and the supplier order management system refer to the related description in the first embodiment, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.
Step 440, receiving the order voucher short message sent to the collection-substituted mobile phone number, and analyzing the order voucher short message to obtain order voucher information.
After the order form drawing operation is completed, the supplier order form management system sends an order form short message to the mobile phone number (i.e., the proxy receiving mobile phone number) in the second order placing request, and the proxy receiving code management module 130 receives the order form short message sent by the supplier order form management system to the proxy receiving mobile phone number through the virtual operator, analyzes the received order form short message, and determines the order form information.
In some embodiments of the application, the parsed order voucher short message is an order voucher short message signed by a preset provider. In the process of determining an order and performing an invoice drawing operation by the supplier order management system, a plurality of suppliers or merchants in a product distribution chain send order voucher short messages to mobile phone numbers (i.e., collection-substituted mobile phone numbers) in the order, and in order to improve the reliability of information and improve the data processing efficiency, the collection-substituted code management module 130 only identifies the order voucher short messages issued by the source suppliers (such as scenic spots). Therefore, the problem that the user cannot receive order voucher information due to the fact that some distribution chains cannot send order voucher short messages when the distribution chains are long can be solved.
In some embodiments of the application, the step of analyzing the order voucher short message to obtain the order voucher information includes: and analyzing the received order voucher short message according to a preset order voucher short message analysis template to obtain order voucher information. For example, an order voucher short message analysis template can be configured for a corresponding product in advance according to a generation rule of a collection mobile phone number, and the order voucher short message analysis template can be represented by a regular expression. The order voucher short message analysis template provides a basis for the analysis of the order voucher short message.
The technical solution for the receiving code management module 130 to receive and analyze the order voucher short message refers to the description of the receiving code management module 130 in the first embodiment, which is not described in detail in this embodiment.
Step 450, outputting the order voucher information.
The receiving code management module 130 outputs the order voucher information after successfully parsing out the order voucher information in the order voucher short message.
In some embodiments of the present application, the outputting the order credential information includes: and responding to the first order taking request, and sending the order voucher information to the user interface module for displaying. For example, the order voucher information is sent to the client software of the ticketing system for displaying, so that the user can determine the order state and the initial order voucher information conveniently.
In other embodiments of the present application, the outputting the order credential information includes: and sending a short message carrying the order voucher information to the mobile phone number carried in the first order taking request through the ticket drawing system. For example, after the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 backfills the order voucher information (e.g., two-dimensional code, electronic code) into the order data of the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module 120 and stores the order data in the database, the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module will still send the order voucher information to the mobile phone of the user through the ticketing system in the manner in the prior art.
The ticket issuing method disclosed in this embodiment is executed by the ticket issuing system according to the embodiment, each step of the ticket issuing method is executed by a corresponding module of the ticket issuing system, a specific implementation manner of each step is the same as a specific implementation manner of the corresponding module, and a specific implementation manner of each step refers to a specific implementation manner of the corresponding module, which is not described again in this embodiment.

The ticket drawing method introduces a technology of obtaining a ticket drawing short message by using a virtual number to replace a real mobile phone number of a user through a proxy receiving code management module, and in the ticket drawing process, the proxy receiving code management module can perform text analysis on the ticket drawing voucher short message, extract a park-entering voucher in the ticket drawing voucher short message, display the park-entering voucher on a client side of a ticket drawing system, and inform the user of successful ticket drawing. The client of the ticket issuing system can store the ticket for entering the garden in the ticket issuing voucher short message into a picture, so that the problem that the two-dimensional code cannot be opened due to weak network signals of a scenic spot when the user enters the garden is solved, and the user can smoothly enter the garden.
Further, referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments of the application, after the step of obtaining the collected cell phone number bound to the cell phone number carried in the first order-ordering request, the method further includes:

When the order state of the order corresponding to a certain order identifier is determined to belong to any one of the above situations, the proxy receiving code management module 130 will release the binding relationship between the mobile phone number in the order and the proxy receiving mobile phone number, and release the proxy receiving mobile phone number, that is, release the occupied virtual mobile phone number.

the collection code management module is used for responding to the collection mobile phone number acquisition request, determining a collection mobile phone number and feeding back the collection mobile phone number to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module;
the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module is further used for updating the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request through the collection mobile phone number to generate a second ordering request, and sending the second ordering request to a supplier order management system, so that the supplier order management system responds to the second ordering request to execute a ticketing operation, and sends an order voucher short message to the collection mobile phone number in the second ordering request after the ticketing operation is successfully executed;
the agent code management module is also used for receiving the order voucher short message sent to the agent mobile phone number, analyzing the order voucher short message to obtain order voucher information, and sending the order voucher information to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module;
the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module is also used for outputting the order voucher information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein said outputting said order voucher information comprises:
the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module responds to a first order placing request sent by the user interface module and sends the order voucher information to the user interface module for displaying so as to prompt the user that the order placing is successful; or,
and the E-commerce platform and supplier interface module sends a short message carrying the order voucher information to the mobile phone number carried in the first order taking request through a customer service task distribution module of the ticketing system.
3. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the collecting code management module further comprises: a code receiving configuration sub-module, a code receiving service sub-module and a customer service sub-module, wherein,
the collection code configuration submodule is used for configuring a generation rule of a collection mobile phone number and the order voucher short message analysis template;
the agent code receiving service submodule is used for responding to a request for obtaining an agent mobile phone number sent by the e-commerce platform and the supplier interface module, determining whether the agent mobile phone number is obtained for the first ordering request according to the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request, the product identification and a generation rule of the agent mobile phone number, and obtaining an agent mobile phone number through the customer service submodule after determining that the agent mobile phone number is obtained for the first ordering request; and the number of the first and second groups,
feeding back the collection mobile phone number acquired by the customer service sub-module to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module, and establishing a binding relationship between the collection mobile phone number and the order identification, the mobile phone number and the product identification carried in the first order taking request;
the customer service sub-module is used for storing the collection-substituted mobile phone number distributed by the virtual operator from the virtual number segment, receiving the order voucher short message sent by the supplier order management system and forwarding the order voucher short message to the collection-substituted code service sub-module;
and the code receiving service submodule is also used for analyzing the received order voucher short message according to the order voucher short message analysis template to obtain order voucher information, and then sending the order voucher information to the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module.
4. The system of claim 3,
the e-commerce platform and supplier interface module is further used for acquiring an order state of an order corresponding to the first order taking request and sending the order state to the code collecting service submodule;
and the code collecting service sub-module is also used for removing the binding relationship between the mobile phone number carried in the first order taking request corresponding to the order state and the code collecting service sub-module according to the order state.
5. The system of claim 3 wherein said customer service sub-module forwards said order voucher short message signed by a predetermined supplier to said agent code service sub-module via a message queue.
6. A ticketing method applied to the ticketing system of claims 1-5, characterized in that the ticketing method comprises:
receiving a first ordering request generated by ordering operation of a user;
acquiring a collection mobile phone number bound with the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request;
updating the mobile phone number carried in the first order placing request through the collection mobile phone number, generating a second order placing request, sending the second order placing request to a supplier order management system, enabling the supplier order management system to respond to the second order placing request to execute a ticket issuing operation, and sending an order voucher short message to the collection mobile phone number carried in the second order placing request after the ticket issuing operation is successfully executed;
receiving the order voucher short message sent to the collection-substituted mobile phone number, and analyzing the order voucher short message to obtain order voucher information;
and outputting the order voucher information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said outputting said order voucher information comprises:
responding to the first order taking request, and sending the order voucher information to the user interface module for displaying; or,
and sending a short message carrying the order voucher information to the mobile phone number carried in the first order taking request through the ticket drawing system.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the step of obtaining the pickup phone number bound to the phone number carried in the first order-asking request comprises:
determining whether to acquire a collection mobile phone number for the first ordering request according to the mobile phone number carried in the first ordering request, the product identification and a preset generation rule of the collection mobile phone number, and acquiring a collection mobile phone number after determining that the collection mobile phone number is acquired for the first ordering request;
and establishing a binding relationship between the collection mobile phone number and the order identification, the mobile phone number and the product identification carried in the first order taking request.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the parsed order voucher text message is a pre-vendor signed order voucher text message.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the step of parsing the order voucher short message to obtain order voucher information comprises:
and analyzing the received order voucher short message according to a preset order voucher short message analysis template to obtain order voucher information.
11. The method of claim 8, wherein after the step of obtaining the pickup phone number bound to the phone number carried in the first ordering request, further comprising:
obtaining the order state of the order corresponding to the first order taking request;
