Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses a knitting method and a device for cotton-containing yarns on an electronic jacquard warp knitting machine, wherein the knitting method for the cotton-containing yarns on the electronic jacquard warp knitting machine comprises the following steps of: step one, selecting cotton-containing yarns, and sizing the cotton-containing yarns for later use; secondly, smoothening the pulped cotton-containing yarn, and enabling hairiness on the cotton-containing yarn to incline to one direction; and thirdly, doubling the cotton-containing yarn smoothed in the second step through a twisting machine, and then feeding the yarn into an electronic jacquard warp knitting machine. The fabric prepared by the weaving method has the advantages of rich patterns, soft and fine hand feeling, no pilling, good antistatic property, good hygroscopicity and air permeability and the like. Further, the jacquard warp knitting machine comprises a yarn dividing device, a yarn passing device, an eccentric weft swinging device and a yarn guiding device, wherein the step three comprises the step of feeding the cotton-containing yarn smoothed in the step two into the yarn guiding device after passing through the yarn dividing device and the yarn passing device and passing through the eccentric weft swinging device.

The fabric prepared by the weaving method provided by the embodiment 1-2 has the advantages of rich patterns, soft and fine hand feeling, no pilling, good antistatic property, good hygroscopicity and air permeability and the like.

secondly, smoothening the pulped cotton-containing yarn, and enabling hairiness on the cotton-containing yarn to incline to one direction;
step three, doubling the cotton-containing yarn smoothed in the step two by a twisting machine, and then feeding the yarn into an electronic jacquard warp knitting machine;
the electronic jacquard warp knitting machine comprises a yarn dividing device, a yarn passing device, an eccentric weft arranging device and a yarn guiding device, wherein the step three comprises the step of passing the cotton-containing yarn smoothed in the step two through the yarn dividing device and the yarn passing device, then passing through the eccentric weft arranging device and then feeding the cotton-containing yarn into the yarn guiding device.
2. The method of knitting a cotton-containing yarn on an jacquard warp knitting machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step three includes:
(1) the cotton-containing yarn smoothed in the second step passes through a first yarn dividing device and bypasses four yarn passing devices;
(2) passing the cotton-containing yarn through a second yarn dividing device and bypassing a yarn passing device,
(3) the cotton yarn passes through the eccentric weft swinging device, then passes through the third yarn dividing device and then is fed into the yarn guiding device.
