Abstract

本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,本发明是这样实现的,包括如下重量百分比的原料组成:工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%‑15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%‑15%、硬脂酸盐55%‑85%、辅助剂2.2%‑12.5%,该香皂的制备简单,易于操作,不添加任何化学的抑菌杀菌成分,故温和对皮肤无刺激,但却有明显的杀菌效果,且由于天然植物提取物的特点,易被皮肤吸收,从而达到长效抑菌效果,受伤的皮肤使用本发明的香皂还有明显的消炎止痛效果,且保湿护肤效果明显。

技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种香皂。
背景技术
香皂是日常洗手用品,但长期使用尤其是公共场合的使用易沾染他人使用后留下的细菌而形成二次污染等问题。普通香皂只有清洁功能,而没有杀菌功效。特定的杀菌功能型香皂,有的利用了银的消毒抗菌特性,取得了广谱、强效的抗菌效果,有的则使用了一些常规的杀菌试剂,但因原料主要为化学成分,因此对于皮肤的刺激较大。如何在保持良好杀菌效果的同时减少其对皮肤的刺激性则成为了香皂市场的巨大增长点。
大麻虽由于其活性成分大麻素的重要药理和生理活性而越来越被世人重视,迄今已经分离多于100种植物源性大麻素。而大麻素中含量较多的大麻二酚由于其独特的抗菌、消炎和止痛作用越来越受到人们的重视。
紫茎泽兰是多年生草本或成半灌木状植物。主要分布于中国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等地。是一种重要的检疫性有害生物,是中国遭受外来物种入侵的典型例子。原产于墨西哥,自19世纪作为一种观赏植物在世界各地引种后,因其繁殖力强,已成为全球性的入侵物种。在2003年由中国国家环保总局和中国科学院发布的《中国第一批外来入侵物种名单》中名列第一位。但据报道紫茎泽兰有一种特殊的气味,用它染出的布料有特别的驱除蚊虫及消炎功效,且其汁液对伤口有止痛和促进愈合之用。如何变废为宝,充分利用其独有功效成为一个行业难题。所以紫茎泽兰提取物的合理使用具有超高的经济价值和生态价值。
发明内容
针对存在的上述行业问题,结合工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物独特的生理功效,本发明提供了一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,用以提高杀菌效果,且由于天然植物提取物的特点,易被皮肤吸收,从而达到长效抑菌效果,受伤的皮肤使用本发明的香皂还有明显的消炎止痛效果,且保湿护肤效果明显。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种香皂,包括如下重量百分比的原料组成: 工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%-15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%-15%、硬脂酸盐55%-85%、辅助剂2.2%-12.5%。
其中所述香皂的制备方法包括:S1、将硬脂酸盐、辅助剂、水和醇的混合溶剂依次加入混合釜内,加热搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的混合物中,加热抽真空搅拌,得粘稠固液混合物;S3、倒模,真空状态下冷却、干燥、成型。
其中所述工业大麻花叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量为30wt%以上。
其中所述2.2%-10%的辅助剂包括0.5%-2%的增稠剂、0.5%-2%的护理润肤剂、0.5%-2%的发泡剂、0.5%-5%的硬化剂、0.1%-1%的香精、0.1%-0.5%的色素。
其中所述紫茎泽兰提取物的提取方法为浸渍法、渗漉法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、超声波提取法中的一种。
其中所述硬脂酸盐包括钾盐、钠盐、铵盐中的一种或集中的混合物。
其中所述制备方法S1和S2中加热温度为30℃-85℃。
其中所述制备方法S3中冷却温度为15℃-25℃。
其中所述水和醇的缓和溶剂用量与硬脂酸盐的用量为(3-10):1。
其中所述提取方法溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、正己烷、石油醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或几种的混合物。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种香皂,按质量百分比计,由10%高纯度的大麻二酚油、8%的紫茎泽兰提取物、75%的硬质酸钠、1%的羟丙基甲基纤维素、1.5%的卵磷脂、0.8%的甜菜碱、3.1%的聚酰胺、0.4%的玫瑰精油、0.2%的柠檬黄组成。
制备方法:S1、将硬脂酸钠、羟丙基甲基纤维素、卵磷脂、甜菜碱、聚酰胺、玫瑰精油、柠檬黄、水和醇的混合溶剂依次加入混合釜内,50℃加热搅拌20分钟;S2、将工大麻二酚油和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的混合物中,60℃加热抽真空搅拌30分钟,得粘稠固液混合物;S3、倒模,真空状态20℃下冷却、干燥,3小时后成型。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种香皂,按质量百分比计,由12%高纯度的大麻二酚油、12%的紫茎泽兰提取物、71%的硬质酸钾、0.8%的阿拉伯树胶、1.1%的乳木果油、0.8%的甜菜碱、1.9%的聚酰胺、0.3%的芦荟精油、0.1%的叶绿素组成。
制备方法:S1、将硬质酸钾、羟丙基甲基纤维素、阿拉伯树胶、乳木果油、甜菜碱、聚酰胺、芦荟精油、叶绿素、水和醇的混合溶剂依次加入混合釜内,40℃加热搅拌25分钟;S2、将工大麻二酚油和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的混合物中,65℃加热抽真空搅拌40分钟,得粘稠固液混合物;S3、倒模,真空状态18℃下冷却、干燥,4小时后成型。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的原料组成: 工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%-15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%-15%、硬脂酸盐55%-85%、辅助剂2.2%-12.5%。
2.一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂制备方法,包括:S1、将硬脂酸盐、辅助剂、水和醇的混合溶剂依次加入混合釜内,加热搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的混合物中,加热抽真空搅拌,得粘稠固液混合物;S3、倒模,真空状态下冷却、干燥、成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,其特征在于:所述工业大麻花叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量为30wt%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,其特征在于:所述2.2%-12.5%的辅助剂包括0.5%-2%的增稠剂、0.5%-2%的护理润肤剂、0.5%-2%的发泡剂、0.5%-5%的硬化剂、0.1%-1%的香精、0.1%-0.5%的色素。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,其特征在于:所述紫茎泽兰提取物的提取方法为浸渍法、渗漉法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、超声波提取法中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂,其特征在于:所述硬脂酸盐包括钾盐、钠盐、铵盐中的一种或几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1和S2中加热温度为30℃-85℃。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂制备方法,其特征在于:所述水和醇的缓和溶剂用量与硬脂酸盐的用量为3-10:1。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法S3中冷却温度为15-25℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的香皂制备方法,其特征在于:所述提取方法溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、正己烷、石油醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或几种的混合物。
