本发明属于日用卫生制品领域,具体涉及一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,本发明是这样实现的,包括如下重量百分比的原料组成:工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%‑15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%‑15%、表面活性剂5%‑25%、辅助剂3%‑9%,余量为水,该洗洁精的制备简单,易于操作,不添加任何化学的抑菌杀菌成分,仅使用天然植物提取物,故不仅温和对皮肤无刺激,也无需担心冲洗不净入口造成的人体伤害,拥有明显的杀菌和长效抑菌效果。

技术领域
本发明属于日用卫生制品领域,具体涉及一种洗洁精。
背景技术
洗洁精是日常洗手用品,可有效清洁水果、蔬菜及日用厨房用品,尤其是去污能力卓越。普通洗洁精只有清洁功能,而没有杀菌功效。特定的杀菌功能型洗洁精,添加了一些化学杀菌试剂,取得了广谱、强效的抗菌效果,但因原料主要为化学成分,因此对于人体的刺激较大。如何在保持良好杀菌效果的同时减少其刺激性是洗洁精市场的巨大增长点。
大麻由于其活性成分大麻素的重要药理和生理活性而越来越被世人重视,迄今已经分离多于100种植物源性大麻素。而大麻素中含量较多的大麻二酚由于其独特的抗菌、消炎和止痛作用越来越受到人们的重视。
紫茎泽兰是多年生草本或成半灌木状植物。主要分布于中国、美国、澳大利亚、新西兰等地。是一种重要的检疫性有害生物,是中国遭受外来物种入侵的典型例子。原产于墨西哥,自19世纪作为一种观赏植物在世界各地引种后,因其繁殖力强,已成为全球性的入侵物种。在2003年由中国国家环保总局和中国科学院发布的《中国第一批外来入侵物种名单》中名列第一位。但据报道紫茎泽兰有一种特殊的气味,用它染出的布料有特别的驱除蚊虫及消炎功效,且其汁液对伤口有止痛和促进愈合之用。如何变废为宝,充分利用其独有功效成为一个行业难题。所以紫茎泽兰提取物的合理使用具有超高的经济价值和生态价值。
发明内容
针对存在的上述行业问题,结合工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物独特的生理功效,本发明提供了一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,仅使用天然植物提取物,故不仅温和对皮肤无刺激,也无需担心冲洗不净入口造成的人体伤害,拥有明显的杀菌和长效抑菌效果。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种洗洁精,包括如下重量百分比的原料组成: 工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%-15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%-15%、表面活性剂5%-25%、辅助剂3%-9%,余量为水。
其中所述洗洁精的制备方法包括:S1、将水、表面活性剂、辅助剂依次加入混合釜内,搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的液体中,搅拌,得澄明粘稠液体;S3、灌装。
其中所述工业大麻花叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量为30wt%以上。
其中所述的辅助剂包括2%-5%的助溶剂、0.5%-2%的泡沫剂、0.2%-1%的PH调节剂、0.1%-0.5%的香精、0.1%-0.5%的色素。
其中,使用溶剂对紫茎泽兰进行提取,所述紫茎泽兰提取物的提取方法为浸渍法、渗漉法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、超声波提取法中的一种。
其中所述表面活性剂优选阴离子表面活性剂。
其中所述提取方法溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、正己烷、石油醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或几种的混合物。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步的说明,但不以任何方式对本发明加以限制,基于本发明所作的任何变换或替换,均属于本发明的保护范围。
且实施例中提到的大麻二酚油或者大麻二酚晶体皆为工业大麻花叶提取物。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种洗洁精,按质量百分比计,由10%高纯度的大麻二酚油、5%的紫茎泽兰提取物、10%的十二烷基磺酸钠、3%的乙醇、1%的甲基硅油、0.3%的柠檬酸、0.2%的玫瑰精油、0.1%的柠檬黄、71.4%的去离子水组成。
制备方法:S1、将去离子水、十二烷基磺酸钠、乙醇、甲基硅油、柠檬酸、玫瑰精油、柠檬黄依次加入混合釜内,搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的液体中,搅拌,得澄明粘稠液体;S3、灌装。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种洗洁精,按质量百分比计,由8%高纯度的大麻二酚晶体、6%的紫茎泽兰提取物、12%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、1.2%的丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物、3%的乙醇、0.2%的维C、0.3%的芦荟精油、0.1%的叶绿素、69.2%的去离子水组成。
制备方法:S1、将去离子水、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、丙烯酸酪与醚共聚物、乙醇、维C、芦荟精油、叶绿素依次加入混合釜内,搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的液体中,搅拌,得澄明粘稠液体;S3、灌装。
Claims (7)
1.一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:包括如下重量百分比的原料组成:工业大麻花叶提取物0.5%-15%、紫茎泽兰提取物0.5%-15%、表面活性剂5%-25%、辅助剂3%-9%,余量为水。
2.一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:S1、将水、表面活性剂、辅助剂依次加入混合釜内,搅拌;S2、将工业大麻花叶提取物和紫茎泽兰提取物加入步骤S1所得到的液体中,搅拌,得澄明粘稠液体;S3、灌装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述工业大麻花叶提取物中大麻二酚的含量为30wt%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述辅助剂包括2%-5%的助溶剂、0.5%-2%的泡沫剂、0.2%-1%的PH调节剂、0.1%-0.5%的香精、0.1%-0.5%的色素。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:使用溶剂对紫茎泽兰进行提取,所述紫茎泽兰提取物的提取方法为浸渍法、渗漉法、水蒸气蒸馏法、超临界CO2萃取法、超声波提取法中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有杀菌抑菌功效的洗洁精,其特征在于:所述提取方法溶剂为甲醇、乙醇、水、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、正己烷、石油醚、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基亚砜中的一种或几种的混合物。
