Abstract

本发明的目的是针对于现有技术中生物柴油调合燃料存在的问题,提供了一种生物柴油调合燃料及其制备方法,属于柴油调合技术领域。本发明的生物柴油调合燃料,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:生物柴油70~75%,航空煤油10~11.8%,单环芳烃混合物6~11%,稀土环烷酸盐1.4~1.7%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.3~0.5%,烷基硝酸酯1~1.3%,钛酸异丙酯3~4%,司盘1~2%。本发明生物柴油调合燃料与石油柴油混合后,能够提高混合燃料的动力性,降低残炭和灰分。

一种生物柴油调合燃料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于柴油调合技术领域,特别涉及一种生物柴油调合燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
我国的柴油车及农用机械尾气不达标现象普遍,特别是城市周边的农用车和中、大型运输车,围绕城市周边造成的尾气排放污染一直没有得到有效的控制,而且沿海渔船的超标排放污染更严重。
发展生物柴油调合燃料产业,对于改善大气质量和生态环境提高绿色清洁燃料应用比例,控制地沟油回流餐桌,保障食品安全具有重大意义。
但是,目前,我国的生物柴油调合燃料标准比较低,亟待对产品的性能做进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对于现有技术中生物柴油调合燃料存在的问题,提供了一种生物柴油调合燃料及其制备方法。本发明生物柴油调合燃料与石油柴油混合后,能够提高混合燃料的动力性,降低残炭和灰分。
本发明的技术方案之一为,一种生物柴油调合燃料,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:生物柴油70~75%,航空煤油10~11.8%,单环芳烃混合物6~11%,稀土环烷酸盐1.4~1.7%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.3~0.5%,烷基硝酸酯1~1.3%,钛酸异丙酯3~4%,司盘1~2%。
进一步的,上述的生物柴油调合燃料,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:生物柴油70%,航空煤油11.8%,单环芳烃混合物11%,稀土环烷酸盐1.7%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.5%,烷基硝酸酯1%,钛酸异丙酯3%,司盘1%。
进一步的,上述的生物柴油调合燃料,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:生物柴油75%,航空煤油10%,单环芳烃混合物6%,稀土环烷酸盐1.4%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.3%,烷基硝酸酯1.3%,钛酸异丙酯4%,司盘2%。
进一步的,上述的生物柴油调合燃料,所述稀土环烷酸盐包括镧系环烷酸盐中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的生物柴油调合燃料,所述烷基硝酸酯包括硝酸戊酯、硝酸辛酯、硝酸异辛酯、硝酸环己酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述的生物柴油调合燃料,所述司盘包括司盘20、司盘40、司盘60、司盘80中的一种或多种。
本发明的技术方案之二为,上述生物柴油调合燃料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按比例取生物柴油调合燃料的各组分,在常温下将生物柴油、航空煤油和单环芳烃混合物混合,再加入稀土环烷酸盐,搅拌均匀后再与聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、烷基硝酸酯、钛酸异丙酯和司盘混合;
2)将初混的原料经脉冲震荡,再经超声处理,最后经磁化得到生物柴油调合燃料;较好的,采用中国专利ZL2015201354338中提供的生物柴油调合燃料生产设备进行混合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优势在于:
本发明的生物柴油调合燃料与石油柴油按体积比20∶80混合得到的生物柴油调合燃料(B20)各项性能优于美国、德国、日本的车用柴油标准,同时也超过了世界燃油组织制定的生物柴油调合燃料(B20)标准。

以下实施例中的生物柴油调合燃料由中国专利ZL2015201354338中提供的生物柴油调合燃料生产设备生产。

生物柴油混合燃料的制备方法。
1)按比例取实施例1中生物柴油调合燃料的各组分,在常温下将生物柴油、航空煤油和单环芳烃混合物混合,再加入稀土环烷酸盐,搅拌均匀后再与聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、烷基硝酸酯、钛酸异丙酯和司盘混合;
2)将初混的原料经脉冲震荡,再经超声处理,最后经磁化得到生物柴油调合燃料。
取生物柴油和对比例1~14的生物柴油调合燃料,分别同实施例4的制备方法制备。
分别将实施例1生物柴油调合燃料和生物柴油(对照组)及对比例1~14的生物柴油调合燃料分别与石油柴油按照20∶80的体积比混合,经检测,性能指标如下表:

1)按比例取实施例2中生物柴油调合燃料的各组分,在常温下将生物柴油、航空煤油和单环芳烃混合物混合,再加入稀土环烷酸盐,搅拌均匀后再与聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、烷基硝酸酯、钛酸异丙酯和司盘混合;
2)将初混的原料经脉冲震荡,再经超声处理,最后经磁化得到生物柴油调合燃料。
实施例6
1)按比例取实施例3中生物柴油调合燃料的各组分,在常温下将生物柴油、航空煤油和单环芳烃混合物混合,再加入稀土环烷酸盐,搅拌均匀后再与聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、烷基硝酸酯、钛酸异丙酯和司盘混合;
2)将初混的原料经脉冲震荡,再经超声处理,最后经磁化得到生物柴油调合燃料。
将实施例1~3的生物柴油调合燃料与石油柴油按照20:80体积比混合,得到的调合燃料性能指标如表3:

实施例1~3得到的调合燃料与石油柴油按照20∶80体积比混合得到的燃料燃烧后无黑烟,动力性好,各项性能指标优于现有的B20标准。

1.一种生物柴油调合燃料,其特征在于,由以下质量百分含量的组分组成:生物柴油70~75%,航空煤油10~11.8%,单环芳烃混合物6~11%,稀土环烷酸盐1.4~1.7%,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.3~0.5%,烷基硝酸酯1~1.3%,钛酸异丙酯3~4%,司盘1~2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物柴油调合燃料,其特征在于,所述稀土环烷酸盐包括镧系环烷酸盐中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的生物柴油调合燃料,其特征在于,所述烷基硝酸酯包括硝酸戊酯、硝酸辛酯、硝酸异辛酯、硝酸环己酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生物柴油调合燃料,其特征在于,所述司盘包括司盘20、司盘40、司盘60、司盘80中的一种或多种。
5.权利要求1~4任意一项所述的生物柴油调合燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)按比例取生物柴油调合燃料的各组分,在常温下将生物柴油、航空煤油和单环芳烃混合物混合,再加入稀土环烷酸盐,搅拌均匀后再与聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、烷基硝酸酯、钛酸异丙酯和司盘混合;
2)将初混的原料经脉冲震荡,再经超声处理,最后经磁化得到生物柴油调合燃料。
