Description

本发明涉及一种三相电弧炉设备,尤其是用于处理钢的具有串联在公共电网与炉变压器之间的扼流圈及与该扼流圈并联的一个跨接断路器的三相电弧炉设备。
由“国际电加热”杂志(“Elektrowaerme  International”,Nr.37(1979)第315-319页)公开了具有串联扼流圈的电弧炉。为对电弧炉本身的电抗作补充,采用了稳定电弧用的扼充线圈并考虑它的扼流圈阻抗用于稳定电弧或限制短路电流。
与由该文件公开的稳弧扼流圈相并联地设置了一个跨接断路器,利用它将扼流圈接入电路,这是指跨接断路器打开时;及关掉扼流圈,即跨接断路器合闸时。
由DE-OS3508323公开了一种电加热炉的供电装置,其中在主变压器的中间回路绕组上串联了晶闸管调节器并对主变压器的原边绕组设置了一个附加变压器。该晶闸管调节器在其中经由一个控制脉冲发送器与一个微处理机控制的调节器相连接。
从该文献中可以看到对扼流圈的控制,该扼流圈既作为一个稳弧扼流圈又作为一个限流扼流圈。
本发明的目的则在于创造一种三相电弧炉设备,它能避免特别快速的负反馈作用,尤其是对弱电网而言。
本发明的这个目的将通过独立权利要求特征部分的特征来实现。
替代具有“开及关”的有级开关性能的简单跨接开关的是设置了一个交流晶闸管桥路。该晶闸管桥可以实现对扼流圈非常快速的无级开关操作。由于它实现了几乎无延时的电弧炉设备阻抗变化,就尽可能地避免了对电网所不希望有的反作用,尤其是电网电压的波动。
该晶闸管桥与一个控制单元相连接,该控制单元不但能作电的开与关,而且可以进行无级的动态控制。其中由于无磨损就获得了与开关操作次数的无关性。
该控制单元与一个测量及调节装置相连接。由此可以得到供电的及炉设备的测量数据,及在需要时将这些数据用限制数据及给定数据作处理并作为控制信号传送给控制单元。这些数据涉及:电流变化数据,电压变化数据,高次谐波分量,修正数据,一个或多个炉运行信息及过程数据,例如使用的是废铁或海绵全铁。所述这些数据可作为单一的控制量或作为各种不同值的组合使用。
在使用计算机的情况下对此可提供这样的可能性:根据当前测量值与给定值的比较自动地调节控制单元或是作出决定及显示,以便使操作人员能对过程进行操作。
本发明的一个例子表示在图1中。其中概要地描绘出电设备10及发电机11和电导线12(还简要地表示出炉体13及熔化物14),以及一个总的电感40,它分为电网电感41、扼充圈电感42、变压器电感43及电弧炉电感44,还有总电阻50,它分为电网电阻51、扼流圈电阻52、变压器电阻53及炉电阻54。与扼流圈42、52并联着一个晶闸管桥21形式的跨接开关20。
该晶闸管桥21与控制单元31及一个测量及调节装置30的测量单元32及调节单元33相连接。

Claims (3)

1、三相电弧炉设备,尤其是用于钢处理的,它设有串联在公共电网与炉变压器之间的扼流圈并在该扼流圈上并联有一个跨接开关,其特征在于:该跨接开关(20)是一个与控制单元(31)相连接的交流晶闸管桥(21)。
2、根据权利要求1的三相电弧炉设备,其特征在于:控制单元(31)与测量单元(32)及调节单元(33)相连接,该控制单元对电流的、电压的、高次谐波分量的变化及修正值作单独或组合的考虑。
3、根据权利要求2的三相电弧炉设备,其特征在于:该测量及调节单元(32,33)与一个电子数据处理设备(35)相连接,利用它可对测量的实际值及可任意选择的给定值作出评价并可对控制单元(31)提供信号。
