the system obtains the parameter information such as the wheel movement gesture, the tire pressure, the temperature rise rate, the wheel safety performance change trend and the like based on the combined sensor, is more comprehensive and scientific than the prior art, and can truly and dynamically reflect the wheel safety operation state.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the motor vehicle is provided with a wheel 1, and the wheel is provided with a tire 11 and a hub 12;
the self-generating device 3 is arranged at the center of the automobile hub 12, and the self-generating device 3 comprises a permanent magnet magnetic shaft 31, a three-phase armature winding 32, a self-generating device shell 35 and a connecting piece 36; magnetic shaft eccentric iron blocks 33 are arranged at two ends of the permanent magnet magnetic shaft 31; the permanent magnet magnetic shaft 31 adopts an eccentric structure, naturally faces downwards under the action of gravity, and does not do circular motion along with the wheels.
As shown in fig. 5, the self-generating device housing 35 is fixedly connected with the center of the hub 12 through a connecting piece 36; two ball bearing bearings 34 are fixedly connected to the self-generating device housing 35; the two ball bearing bearings 34 are respectively connected with two ends of the permanent magnet shaft 31; the three-phase armature winding 32 is fixed on the housing 35 of the self-generating device, the three-phase armature winding 32 adopts a nine-pole three-phase structure, the three-phase armature winding 32 moves circumferentially along with the hub 12, when the three-phase armature winding 32 rotates along with the hub 12, the three-phase armature winding 32 cuts a permanent magnet magnetic induction line to generate three-phase alternating current, the three-phase alternating current is rectified by the three-phase full-bridge rectifying module and then is input into the first DC/DC module for filtering and voltage stabilization, and a working power supply is provided for the tire temperature monitoring module, the tire pressure monitoring module, the wheel sensing module, the wheel MCU and the wireless radio frequency transmitter.
The system solves the power supply problem of each monitoring module on the wheel rotator through the self-generating device, adopts the self-generating technology to replace the traditional dry battery or lithium battery for power supply, and can ensure the normal work of each monitoring module and the normal monitoring of the motion state of the wheel when the automobile moves (the running speed is greater than 25 km/h).
The wheel is the only part contacted with the ground in the running process of the automobile, is the first defense line of the safe running of the automobile, and can truly and dynamically reflect the safe running state of the wheel in the running process by comprehensively monitoring the motion state parameters of the wheel.
As shown in fig. 3, the central control unit comprises a vehicle-mounted power supply, a second DC/DC module, a wireless radio frequency receiver, an in-vehicle signal display alarm module 9, a central control MCU7 and a 4G wireless remote module 8; the vehicle-mounted power supply is connected with the second DC/DC module; the second DC/DC module is connected with the wireless radio frequency receiver, the in-vehicle signal display alarm module 9, the central control MCU7 and the 4G wireless remote module 8; the central control MCU7 is connected with the wireless radio frequency receiver and the in-vehicle signal display alarm module 9; the wireless radio frequency receiver is connected with the wireless radio frequency transmitter; the central control MCU7 is in bidirectional communication with the 4G wireless remote module 8 through a serial port; the vehicle-mounted power supply provides a working power supply for the wireless radio frequency receiver, the in-vehicle signal display alarm module 9, the central control MCU7 and the 4G wireless remote module 8;
as shown in fig. 3, the remote monitoring unit comprises a data transmission cloud platform and a remote monitoring center; the data transparent cloud platform is in bidirectional communication with the remote monitoring center through a virtual serial port;
and a remote interconnection platform of the vehicle and a remote monitoring center is established, a complete wheel state monitoring system is established, a standard data interface is provided, and related measurement data can be used for reference application of related supervision departments.
The data transparent transmission cloud platform is communicated with the 4G wireless remote module 8 through the Internet; the maximum data transmission rate of the 4G wireless communication mode adopted by the system exceeds 100Mbps, and the rate is 1 ten thousand times of the data transmission rate of the mobile phone and 50 times of the data transmission rate of the 3G mobile phone, so that the real-time performance of the data transmission is greatly improved.
The visual data such as the tire temperature, the tire pressure and the like of the system adopts a direct display mode, an alarm signal is sent when the visual data deviate from a normal value, other state data are analyzed in a remote background, MCU resources of a wheel state monitoring system are not occupied, MCU efficiency can be improved, an analysis result is returned to a central control MCU in the vehicle through a remote wireless communication module and the Internet, and an early warning signal is sent to a driver.
The remote monitoring center calculates and obtains a wheel movement attitude parameter by utilizing a wheel three-dimensional acceleration parameter, a wheel three-dimensional angular velocity parameter and a wheel three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter; the wheel motion attitude parameters include: wheel roll angle, wheel rotation angle, wheel heading angle, wheel vertical acceleration, wheel three-dimensional acceleration and wheel three-dimensional angular velocity; the three-dimensional acceleration parameters of the wheel include: tangential acceleration, lateral acceleration and centripetal acceleration of the wheel. The three-dimensional angular velocity parameters of the wheel include: wheel side inclination speed, rotation angular speed, and heading angular speed.
The remote monitoring center obtains wheel braking parameters through signal processing by utilizing wheel acceleration signals; the wheel braking parameters include: the degree of inequality in the balance of the wheel braking deceleration and the left and right wheel braking decelerations.
The remote monitoring center performs data fusion analysis by utilizing the wheel movement attitude parameters, the wheel braking parameters, the tire pressure, the temperature and the temperature rise rate parameters to obtain the variation trend of the safety performance of the wheels;
when the variation trend of the wheel movement posture parameter, the wheel braking parameter and the wheel safety performance deviates from the set value, an early warning signal is returned to the central control MCU in the vehicle through the 4G internet and the wireless remote communication module, and then the early warning signal is transmitted to the signal display alarm module in the vehicle, so that early warning is sent to a driver.
The working principle of the system is described in detail below:
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the tire temperature monitoring module transmits the monitored tire temperature and the temperature rise rate to the wheel MCU, the tire pressure monitoring module 5 transmits the monitored tire pressure to the wheel MCU, and the wheel sensing module 2 transmits the monitored wheel three-dimensional acceleration parameter, the wheel three-dimensional angular velocity parameter and the wheel three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter to the wheel MCU; the vehicle wheel MCU transmits the received temperature, temperature rise rate, tire pressure, three-dimensional acceleration parameters of the vehicle wheel, three-dimensional angular velocity parameters of the vehicle wheel and three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter signals of the vehicle wheel to the central control MCU7 sequentially through the wireless radio frequency transmitter and the wireless radio frequency receiver, visual signal data such as tire pressure, tire temperature and the like are processed by the central control MCU7 and then transmitted to the in-vehicle signal display alarm module 9, the central control MCU7 uploads the received signal data to the Internet through the serial port and the 4G wireless remote module 8, the data transmission cloud platform communicates with the Internet, receives the signal data transmitted by the Internet in real time, then transmits the received signal data to the remote monitoring center through the virtual serial port for fusion analysis, if an analysis result deviates from a set value, an early warning signal is generated, and the early warning signal sequentially passes through the virtual serial port, the data transmission cloud platform, the Internet, the 4G wireless remote module and the serial port to the central control MCU7 and finally transmits the signal display alarm module 9 to a driver to send early warning;

the tire temperature monitoring module is used for monitoring the tire temperature and the temperature rise rate; the tire pressure monitoring module is used for monitoring tire pressure; the wheel sensing module comprises a triaxial accelerometer, a triaxial gyroscope and a triaxial magnetic induction instrument; the triaxial accelerometer is used for sensing three-dimensional acceleration of the wheel; the three-axis gyroscope is used for sensing the three-dimensional angular velocity of the wheel; the triaxial magnetic induction instrument is used for sensing the three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity of the wheel;
the self-generating device generates three-phase alternating current, the three-phase alternating current is rectified by the three-phase full-bridge rectification module and then is input into the first DC/DC module to be filtered and stabilized, and a working power supply is provided for the tire temperature monitoring module, the tire pressure monitoring module, the wheel sensing module, the wheel MCU and the wireless radio frequency transmitter;
the central control unit comprises a vehicle-mounted power supply, a second DC/DC module, a wireless radio frequency receiver, an in-vehicle signal display alarm module, a central control MCU and a 4G wireless remote module; the vehicle-mounted power supply is connected with the second DC/DC module; the second DC/DC module is connected with the wireless radio frequency receiver, the in-vehicle signal display alarm module, the central control MCU and the 4G wireless remote module; the central control MCU is connected with the wireless radio frequency receiver and the in-vehicle signal display alarm module; the wireless radio frequency receiver is connected with the wireless radio frequency transmitter; the central control MCU is in bidirectional communication with the 4G wireless remote module through a serial port; the vehicle-mounted power supply provides a working power supply for the wireless radio frequency receiver, the in-vehicle signal display alarm module, the central control MCU and the 4G wireless remote module;
the remote monitoring unit comprises a data transmission cloud platform and a remote monitoring center; the data transparent cloud platform is in bidirectional communication with the remote monitoring center through a virtual serial port;
the tire temperature monitoring module transmits the monitored tire temperature and the temperature rise rate to the wheel MCU, the tire pressure monitoring module transmits the monitored tire pressure to the wheel MCU, and the wheel sensing module transmits the monitored three-dimensional acceleration parameter, the three-dimensional angular velocity parameter and the three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter to the wheel MCU; the wheel MCU transmits the received temperature, temperature rise rate, tire pressure, three-dimensional acceleration parameters of the wheel, three-dimensional angular velocity parameters of the wheel and three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter signals of the wheel to the central control MCU sequentially through the wireless radio frequency transmitter and the wireless radio frequency receiver, the central control MCU uploads the received signal data to the Internet through the serial port and the 4G wireless remote module, the data transmission cloud platform is communicated with the Internet, the signal data transmitted by the Internet is received in real time, then the received signal data is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through the virtual serial port for fusion analysis, if the analysis result deviates from a set value, an early warning signal is generated, and the early warning signal is transmitted back to the central control MCU sequentially through the virtual serial port, the data transmission cloud platform, the Internet, the 4G wireless remote module and the serial port and finally transmitted to the in-vehicle signal display alarm module to send early warning to a driver;
the self-generating device is arranged at the center of the automobile hub and comprises a permanent magnet magnetic shaft, a three-phase armature winding, a self-generating device shell and a connecting piece; magnetic shaft eccentric iron blocks are arranged at two ends of the permanent magnet magnetic shaft; the shell of the self-generating device is fixedly connected with the center of the hub through a connecting piece; two ball bearing bearings are fixedly connected to the shell of the self-generating device; the two ball bearing bearings are respectively connected with two ends of the permanent magnet magnetic shaft; the three-phase armature winding is fixed on the shell of the self-generating device, the three-phase armature winding adopts a nine-pole three-phase structure, the three-phase armature winding moves along with the hub in a circular way, and when the three-phase armature winding rotates along with the hub, the three-phase armature winding cuts a permanent magnet magnetic induction wire to generate three-phase alternating current;
the tire temperature monitoring module comprises a plurality of temperature sensors, wherein the temperature sensors are circumferentially arranged along the tire, and the interval between every two temperature sensors is 60 degrees.

A self-generating motor vehicle wheel condition monitoring system as defined in claim 1, wherein: the remote monitoring center calculates and obtains a wheel movement attitude parameter by utilizing a wheel three-dimensional acceleration parameter, a wheel three-dimensional angular velocity parameter and a wheel three-dimensional geomagnetic intensity parameter; the remote monitoring center obtains wheel braking parameters through signal processing by utilizing wheel acceleration signals;
the remote monitoring center performs data fusion analysis by utilizing the wheel movement attitude parameters, the wheel braking parameters, the tire pressure, the temperature and the temperature rise rate parameters to obtain the variation trend of the safety performance of the wheels;
when the change trend of the wheel movement posture parameter, the wheel braking parameter and the wheel safety performance deviates from the set value, the remote monitoring unit returns an early warning signal to the central control MCU in the vehicle through the Internet and the 4G wireless remote communication module, and then transmits the early warning signal to the signal display alarm module in the vehicle to send early warning to a driver.

A self-generating motor vehicle wheel condition monitoring system as defined in claim 2, wherein: the wheel motion attitude parameters include: wheel roll angle, wheel rotation angle, wheel heading angle, wheel vertical acceleration, wheel three-dimensional acceleration, and wheel three-dimensional angular velocity.
6. A self-generating motor vehicle wheel condition monitoring system as defined in claim 2, wherein: the wheel braking parameters include: the degree of inequality in the balance of the wheel braking deceleration and the left and right wheel braking decelerations.
