Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal medicinal preparations, and particularly relates to a compound propolis composition for treating dysentery of livestock and poultry, and further discloses a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Dysentery of livestock and poultry is an intestinal disease caused by virus or bacterial infection, is a general term mainly including diarrhea symptoms caused by various factors such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and the like, and is mainly caused by environmental factors, diet sanitation and the like. The long-term severe diarrhea can cause the animal body to lose a large amount of water, salts, alkaline substances and the like, generate dehydration, salt deficiency and acidosis with different degrees, cause blood to become concentrated, influence the normal circulation of body fluid and finally cause heart failure and death. The smaller the day-old of the livestock and poultry, the higher the morbidity and the higher the mortality, and the mortality is generally between 10 and 30 percent. Dysentery of livestock and poultry can occur all the year round, and is one of the main diseases damaging livestock and poultry breeding. The main clinical symptoms of livestock and poultry dysentery are frequent defecation with frequent diarrhea, thin excrement or purulent blood; or the animal feed contains indigestible feed or other pathological contents, and the animal feed has a small quantity of excrement and symptoms of tenesmus each time, thereby seriously affecting the health condition of the animal body. At present, the disease almost spreads all livestock and poultry breeding countries in the world, and is widely distributed, so that serious economic loss is caused.
At present, a plurality of medicines for treating dysentery diseases exist, and western medicine treatment mainly comprises sterilization, inflammation diminishing and body fluid supplementing, but the problems of unsatisfactory curative effect or medicine residue and the like generally exist. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the dysentery of livestock and poultry is mainly caused by heat-toxin accumulated in the stomach and intestine, belongs to the interior excess heat syndrome, and the principle of clearing heat and removing toxicity, drying dampness and astringing is adopted for treatment. Therefore, the research and development of a specific medicine for treating dysentery of livestock and poultry without toxic and side effects, drug residues and drug resistance is one of the new problems to be solved by scientific research technicians in the field.

Examples of the experiments
Experimental example 1
The clinical experimental animal adopts pullorum disease as a representative to carry out the test of livestock and poultry dysentery, and the sick broiler chicken with 20 days old and weight of 0.9kg-1.0kg and confirmed pullorum disease in a laboratory is selected.
The sick chickens are separately fed, fed with complete feed and randomly divided into 3 groups, each group comprises 100 chickens, the feeding environment of the 3 groups is completely the same, and the experimental time is 5 days; the blank control group is not treated, and the drug control group uses diarrhea and dysentery recovery powder according to the instruction; the Chinese medicinal composition of the invention is prepared by feeding the product (the composition prepared in the example 2 of the invention) to sick poultry and the like.
The daily dose is as follows: feeding or drinking 460kg of the propolis composition according to 100g of the propolis composition and 250kg of the mixed materials for 2-3 times every day for 5 days; can be absorbed by gastrointestinal tract after oral administration to treat diseases.
The calculation method comprises the following steps:
mortality rate ═ number of dead animals/number of test animals × 100%;
the cure rate is the number of cured animals/the number of experimental animals multiplied by 100 percent;
the symptom rate at the end was ═ number of symptomatic animals/number of test animals × 100%.
The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:
and (3) curing: the clinical symptoms of pullorum disease such as normal spirit, normal drinking water, normal respiration, normal feces, normal body temperature and the like disappear, and pathogenic microorganism salmonella and the like are not found through laboratory detection.
Symptoms at the end: clinical symptoms did not improve or even worsen.
The results of each experimental group are recorded at the end of the experiment as shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 comparison of the present composition with other drugs for pullorum disease
The results of the clinical experiments are analyzed by group statistics, and the composition group has extremely obvious difference (P is less than 0.01) compared with the diarrhea curing powder group in the aspect of cure rate.
Experimental example 2
Clinical experimental animals adopt piglet white diarrhea as a representative to carry out the test of livestock and poultry dysentery, and sick piglets which are 20-25 days old and have the weight of 6.5-8.5 kg and are diagnosed as piglet white diarrhea in a laboratory are selected.
The sick piglets are separately fed, fed with complete feed and randomly divided into 3 groups, wherein each group has 30 piglets, the feeding environments of the 3 groups are completely the same, and the experiment is carried out for 5 days; the blank control group is not treated, and the drug control group uses the piglet white diarrhea powder according to the instruction; the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be used for feeding sick piglets and the like with the product (the composition prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention).
The daily dose is as follows: the weight of the pig is 0.2-0.45g per kilogram of body weight, and the pig is fed with the feed for 3 times a day for 5 days continuously; can be absorbed by gastrointestinal tract after oral administration to treat diseases.

mortality rate ═ number of dead animals/number of test animals × 100%;
the cure rate is the number of cured animals/the number of experimental animals multiplied by 100 percent;
the symptom rate at the end was ═ number of symptomatic animals/number of test animals × 100%.
The evaluation standard of curative effect is as follows:
and (3) curing: normal spirit, normal drinking and eating, normal breathing, normal feces, normal body temperature and other clinical symptoms of white scour of piglets disappear, and pathogenic microorganism escherichia coli and the like are not found in the feces of sick pigs through laboratory experiments.
Symptoms at the end: clinical symptoms did not improve or even worsen.
The results of each experimental group are recorded at the end of the experiment as shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2 comparison of the present composition with other drugs for treating white scour of piglets
Numbering | Group of | The mortality rate is% | The cure rate is% | The rate of symptoms at the end% |
Ⅰ | Blank control group | 20 | 0 | 80 |
Ⅱ | Powder for treating white scour of piglets | 10 | 73.3 | 16.3 |
Ⅲ | The Chinese medicinal composition of the invention | 3.3 | 83.3 | 13.4 |
According to the results of the clinical experiments, compared with the piglet white diarrhea powder group, the composition group has very obvious difference in the aspect of cure rate (P is less than 0.01).
Safety test
60 healthy AA broiler chickens of 20 days old are selected, and the feed or water is mixed for 5 days according to the amount 5 times of the recommended dose of the composition prepared according to the embodiment 2 of the invention, during the administration period, the healthy broiler chickens have no any adverse or abnormal behavior, the drinking water is normally taken, and the weight gain is not obviously different from that of a blank control group (namely, the healthy non-administration medicine).
10 healthy pigs of 70 days old are selected and fed with 5 times of the recommended dose of the composition prepared according to the example 2 for 10 days, during the administration period, the healthy pigs have no adverse or abnormal behavior, the drinking water and the eating are normal, and the weight gain is not different from that of a blank control group (namely, the healthy pigs do not contain the medicine).
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
