Abstract

本发明公开了一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油及其制备方法,其特征在于,该驱蚊精油具有以下配方及工艺步骤:首先将30~60%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil)、20~30%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives)、15~20%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata)、6~13%薰衣草油和2~10%香茅油,按比例和顺序加入反应器中搅拌混匀;然后将混匀的植物精油,同5~20%的柠檬烯,3~10%的正丁醇、聚乙二醇400或乙醇,以及0.2~2%的吐温‑80,室温下100rpm缓慢搅拌直至溶液澄清,放置24小时后,分装入容器中,即可得到液滴直径接近纳米的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油。本发明提供的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,安全无毒,在自然环境中存留率高达24±0.4小时,有效驱蚊时间更长达72小时。

Description

一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及驱蚊制剂,具体涉及以天然尤加利植物精油为原料,利用微乳技术,制备的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油;本发明还涉及这种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法。
背景技术
蚊虫吸食人血、传播疾病,严重危害人类健康。虽然人各类化学杀虫剂对蚊虫的防治效果较好且持续时间较长,如避蚊胺(DEET)、驱蚊油(DMP)或香茅醛等。但是,有机合成杀虫剂在高效杀虫的同时也遗留了许多问题。实践证明,随着化学杀虫剂大量长期的使用,蚊虫的抗药性越来越强,而且扩散迅速,污染环境,影响生态平衡。
近年来将植物提取物精油作为人体用蚊虫驱避剂成为趋势,如利用香叶油、金银花油、青蒿油、荆芥油、山苍油、松香油、冬青油、柠檬草油、柠檬桉油、香茅油、薰衣草油、丁香油等,但是这些以植物挥发油为主要成分的蚊虫驱避剂的作用时间很短,一般在不超过12小时。而蚊虫随着气候变暖,逐年增多。因此,长效的、天然的驱蚊制剂需求日益增加。
微乳(micro emulsion,ME)是水、油、表面活性剂和助表面活性剂按适当的比例混合,自发形成的各向同性、透明、热力学稳定的分散体系。微乳实际上是纳米级别的小液滴。目前,微乳在日用化工领域的应用主要体现在皮肤护理产品方面,一些祛痘、祛斑、美白产品领先性的使用了微乳技术,增加了产品有效成分的渗透性和持久性。但是,微乳技术在驱蚊产品中的应用非常少见。
尤加利这个名称源自希腊文,尤意指完善,加利表示覆盖。全球尤加利树约有六百种左右,几乎都原产于澳洲。尤加利被澳洲居民称为“抗热树”,其树叶很早就被用来治疗“发热”症状,树叶捣碎后对于伤口及发炎也有良好的治疗效果。澳洲本地土著很早就知道焚烧尤加利树可以驱赶蚊虫、清洁四周环境。近年来的研究也表明,尤加利油可以有效驱赶蚊虫,因此,尤加利油是很好的驱蚊制剂原料。
本发明选用柠檬尤加利油、薄荷尤加利和澳洲尤加利精油三种尤加利精油为主要组分,配合薰衣草油和香茅油,组成复合尤加利植物精油。并采用微乳技术,延长这种复合精油的挥发时间,形成一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油。本发明提供的长效复合尤加利驱蚊精油,气味清新,驱蚊效果好,发挥时效长,且制备方法简单。
发明内容
本发明提供的一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油。
其特征在于,包括复合天然尤加利驱蚊精油、助剂、助表面活性剂,和表面活性剂;所述天然植物精油、助剂、助表面活性剂、和表面活性剂的质量比为(60~90)∶(5~20)∶(3~10)∶(0.2~2)。
本发明还包括长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法。
本发明涉及的复合尤加利精油包括:30~60%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptusoil);20~30%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),15~20%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptusradiata),6~13%薰衣草油,2~10%香茅油,。
本发明中所述助剂为柠檬烯,助剂用于辅助微乳的形成。
本发明中,助表面活性剂选自正丁醇、聚乙二醇400(PEG 400)或乙醇。助表面活性剂能改变表面活性剂的表面活性及亲水亲油平衡性,参与形成胶束,调整水和油的极性,从而影响体系的相态和相性质的微乳成分。
本发明中,表面活性剂为吐温-80。其作用是使其溶液体系的界面状态发生明显变化,进而形成微乳。
本发明一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法,工艺步骤如下:
(1)在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度和顺序加入:30~60%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil);20~30%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),15~20%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),6~13%薰衣草油,2~10%香茅油,搅拌混匀;
(2)长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油制备:在反应器中,将混合均匀的植物精油,同5~20%的柠檬烯,3~10%的正丁醇、聚乙二醇400或乙醇,以及0.2~2%的吐温-80,室温下100rpm缓慢搅拌直至溶液澄清,即可得到液滴直径接近纳米的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,放置24小时,分装入容器中。
本发明提供的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油中,复合天然植物驱蚊精油的含量较高。且粘度0.06N,pH7.22。物镜40倍的光学显微镜下进行观察,微乳体系的颗粒小且均匀。且复合天然植物驱蚊精油3000r/min的转速下离心20min,均未发生分层现象;另外,不管是50℃恒温加热12h,4℃冷藏12h,还是先4℃冷藏1h后50℃恒温加热1h,颗粒始终保持小且均匀,未发现不稳定现象。
本发明提供的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,其在自然环境中存留率高达24±0.4小时,有效驱蚊时间更长达72小时。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油及其制备方法,本领域技术人员可以借鉴本文内容,适当改进工艺参数实现。特别需要指出的是,所有类似的替换和改动对本领域技术人员来说是显而易见的,它们都被视为包括在本发明。本发明的方法及应用已经通过较佳实施例进行了描述,相关人员明显能在不脱离本发明内容、精神和范围内对本文的方法和应用进行改动或适当变更与组合,来实现和应用本发明技术。
本发明采用的仪器和原料皆为普通市售品,皆可于市场购得。
下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明:
实施例1:
(1)本发明的一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油配方组成包括:40%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil);20%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),15%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),6%薰衣草油,9%香茅油,5.8%柠檬烯,4%PEG400,0.2%吐温-80。
实施例2:
(1)本发明的一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油配方组成包括:30%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil);30%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),20%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),7%薰衣草油,3%香茅油,5%柠檬烯,3%PEG400,2%吐温-80。
实施例3;
(1)本发明的一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油配方组成包括:42%柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil);21%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),18.3%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),12%薰衣草油,8%香茅油,6%柠檬烯,3.5%PEG400,0.2%吐温-80。
本发明的一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油制备需在室温下,先将柠檬尤加利油、薄荷尤加利、澳洲尤加利精油、薰衣草油、香茅油,100rpm搅拌,至完全融合后,取助剂、助表面活性剂和表面活性剂,在100rpm搅拌条件下缓慢分别加入,室温下100rpm搅拌直至溶液澄清,即得到微乳体系。
本发明实施例1~3制得的的微乳在3000r/min的转速下离心20min,均未发生分层现象;另外,不管是50℃恒温加热12h,4℃冷藏12h,还是先4℃冷藏1h后50℃恒温加热1h,颗粒始终保持小且均匀,未发现不稳定现象。
另外,对实施例1制得长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油进行评价,结果表明,其粘度粘度0.06N,pH7.22。物镜40倍的光学显微镜下进行观察,微乳体系的颗粒小且均匀。其它实施例制得的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的效果与此相似。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,其特征在于,包括复合天然驱蚊精油、助剂、助表面活性剂和表面/*活性剂;所述天然植物精油、助剂、助表面活性剂、表面活性剂的质量比为(60~90)∶(5~20)∶(3~10)∶(0.2~2)。
2.一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法具有以下工艺步骤:
(1)在反应器中,按如下组成体积百分浓度和顺序加入:30~60%柠檬尤加利油(Lemoneucalyptus oil);20~30%薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),15~20%澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),6~13%薰衣草油,2~10%香茅油,搅拌混匀;
(2)长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油制备:在反应器中,将混合均匀的植物精油,同5~20%的柠檬烯,3~10%的正丁醇、聚乙二醇400或乙醇,以及0.2~2%的吐温-80,室温下100rpm缓慢搅拌直至溶液澄清,即可得到液滴直径接近纳米的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,放置24小时,分装入容器中。
3.根据权利要求1~2中所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法,其特征在于,利用微乳技术将精油微乳化,形成一种长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油。
4.根据权利要求1~2中所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的复合尤加利精油组成为:柠檬尤加利油(Lemon eucalyptus oil);薄荷尤加利(Eucalyptus dives),澳洲尤加利精油(Eucalyptus radiata),薰衣草油,和香茅油。
5.根据权利要求1~2所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,其特征在于,所述助剂为柠檬烯。
6.根据权利要求1~2所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,其特征在于,所述助表面活性剂为正丁醇、聚乙二醇400或乙醇。
7.根据权利要求1~2所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为吐温-80。
8.权利要求1~7任一项所述的长效复合尤加利驱蚊微乳精油可应用在可挥发驱蚊液的制备。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可挥发驱蚊液,其特征在于,所述可挥发驱蚊液可用于驱蚊手环、驱蚊贴或驱蚊片。
