Abstract
已公开一种细菌指示纱线、面料及服装。细菌指示纱线中,除纱线本体外还包括附着于纱线本体上的细菌指示微胶囊。面料和服装采用该细菌指示纱线。穿着这样的服装,能够提醒使用者何时需要对织物进行洗涤。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及一种细菌指示纱线、面料和服装。
背景技术
近年来,随着纺织品行业技术的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,人们更崇尚健康的生活方式,对运动的参与和投入也越来越多,对运动服装的要求不再仅仅限于款式、颜色等,而是对舒适性和功能性和安全性提出了更高的要求。
在生活中,人类每天都是和细菌相伴而生,在人体免疫系统正常时,构成生态平衡。但在接近人体的纺织品上,由于纺织材料的多孔性和用高分子聚合物而形成的化学结构,成为适合微生物生存的良好载体,而人体分泌的皮脂等为微生物提供了丰富的营养,如果这些正常菌群得不到很好的抑制,就会导致菌落生态失衡,细菌加剧生长,应发各种疾病,危害人体健康。众所周知,通过洗涤对织物进行清洁,可以除去织物上的大部分细菌;因此需要一种功能性的纺织品可以提示消费者何时需要对织物进行洗涤,已达到除去细菌的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服背景技术中存在的上述缺陷或问题,提供一种细菌指示纱线、面料和服装,以达到能够提醒使用者何时需要对织物进行洗涤的目的。
为达成上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种细菌指示纱线,包括纱线本体和细菌指示微胶囊,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体上;所述的细菌指示微胶囊包括包覆物和由包覆物包覆的被包覆物;所述的被包覆物按重量百分比包括以下组份:第一组份:美蓝30-40%;第二组份:苯酚红、伊红或中性红30-40%;和第三组份:对硝基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷或邻硝基酚β-D葡萄糖苷酸30-40%。
进一步地,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体的方式为将纱线浸泡至由细菌指示微胶囊和交联剂配置成的乳液中一段时间然后烘干。
另一种实施方式中,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体的方式为将细菌指示微胶囊加入纺丝液再进行纺丝。
进一步地,所述的细菌指示微胶囊占所述纱线的质量百分比为0.01-1%。
进一步地,所述的纱线本体材质为涤纶、尼龙、丙纶、腈纶或粘胶。
进一步地,所述的包覆物材质为β-环糊精。
进一步地,所述的细菌指示微胶囊通过将被包覆物添加至包覆物水溶液中再进行乳化、喷雾和干燥后制得。
一种面料,所述面料所用纱线至少部分为上述的细菌指示纱线。
一种服装,所述服装所用面料至少部分为上述的面料。
相对于现有技术,上述方案具有的如下有益效果:
通过将细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体,能够达到在细菌大量生长时,提醒使用者何时需要对织物进行洗涤的目的。
细菌指示微胶囊中被包覆物包括对硝基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷、邻硝基酚β-D葡萄糖苷酸中的一种,能够与细菌代谢物反应。当反应后生成物质为酸性时,可以由美蓝指示出,当反应后生成物质为碱性时,可以由苯酚红、伊红或中性红的一种指示出。
以β-环糊精作为包覆物,可以起到缓释的效果,提高了细菌指示功能反复使用的次数。
具体实施方式

实施例一:
S1:制备细菌指示微胶囊,具体方法是:
S1.1:配置质量百分比为40%的β-环糊精水溶液;
S1.2:按第一组份比第二组份比第三组份1:1:1的比例配置细菌指示剂:
其中,第一组份为美蓝;第二组份为苯酚红;第三组份为对硝基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷;
S1.3:按质量百分比占65%的比例将细菌指示剂加入配置好的β-环糊精水溶液;
S1.4:搅拌乳化;
S1.5:喷雾成液滴;
S1.6:以150-160℃热风干燥,制得细菌指示微胶囊;
S2:制备细菌指示纱线,具体方法是:
S2.1:将细菌指示微胶囊和PU交联剂分别以5g/L和4g/L的浓度加入水中配置成乳液;
S2.2:将以粘胶为材质的纱线本体浸泡至乳液中5分钟;
S2.3:以120-140℃烘干制得细菌指示纱线;
S3:以细菌指示纱线占10%,白棉纱线占90%的比例织成白色单面汗布面料;
S4:室温下使用滴管取1ml菌液(菌种浓度为4×108CFU/ml)滴在面料试样上,1分钟后观察并记录试样表面颜色如下:

由此可以知道,本实施例的面料可以指示细菌。
采用本实施例的面料制得的衣服,可以反复水洗20次仍有细菌指示功能。
实施例二:
S1:制备细菌指示微胶囊,具体方法是:
S1.1:配置质量百分比为40%的β-环糊精水溶液;
S1.2:按第一组份比第二组份比第三组份1:1:1的比例配置细菌指示剂:
其中,第一组份为美蓝;第二组份为伊红;第三组份为邻硝基酚β-D葡萄糖苷酸;
S1.3:按质量百分比占60%的比例将细菌指示剂加入配置好的β-环糊精水溶液;
S1.4:搅拌乳化;
S1.5:喷雾成液滴;
S1.6:以150-160℃热风干燥,制得细菌指示微胶囊;
S2:制备细菌指示纱线,具体方法是:直接将细菌指示微胶囊加入皮层涤纶纺丝液,并与芯层涤纶纺丝液一起,制成皮芯结构纤维并进而制得细菌指示纱线,其中,细菌指示微胶囊占细菌指示纱线质量百分比为0.5%;
S3:以细菌指示纱线占10%,普通涤纶纱线占90%的比例织成双面蜂巢布面料;
S4:室温下使用滴管取1ml菌液(菌种浓度为5×108CFU/ml)滴在面料试样上,1分钟后观察并记录试样表面颜色如下:

由此可以知道,本实施例的面料可以指示细菌。
采用本实施例的面料制得的衣服,可以反复水洗20次仍有细菌指示功能。
除上述两实施例中,采用中性红作为第二组份,以及采用尼龙、丙纶或腈纶作为纱线本体制作细菌指示纱线,都能达到相同的效果。

Claims (9)
1.一种细菌指示纱线,包括纱线本体,其特征是,还包括细菌指示微胶囊,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体上;所述的细菌指示微胶囊包括包覆物和由包覆物包覆的被包覆物;所述的被包覆物按重量百分比包括以下组份:
第一组份:美蓝30-40%;
第二组份:苯酚红、伊红或中性红30-40%;和
第三组份:对硝基苯基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷或邻硝基酚β-D葡萄糖苷酸30-40%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体的方式为将纱线浸泡至由细菌指示微胶囊和交联剂配置成的乳液中一段时间然后烘干。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的细菌指示微胶囊附着于纱线本体的方式为将细菌指示微胶囊加入纺丝液再进行纺丝。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的细菌指示微胶囊占所述纱线的质量百分比为0.01-1%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的纱线本体材质为涤纶、尼龙、丙纶、腈纶或粘胶。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的包覆物材质为β-环糊精。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种细菌指示纱线,其特征是,所述的细菌指示微胶囊通过将被包覆物添加至包覆物水溶液中再进行乳化、喷雾和干燥后制得。
8.一种面料,其特征是,所述面料所用纱线至少部分为如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的细菌指示纱线。
9.一种服装,其特征是,所述服装所用面料至少部分为如权利要求8所述的面料。
