一种电炉出钢口填料及其制备方法。本发明涉及一种电炉出钢口填料,其组分按重量份包括5‑3mm的橄榄砂20‑30份,1‑3mm的橄榄砂20‑30份,0‑1mm的橄榄砂20‑30份,200目的橄榄砂20‑30份,结合剂膨润土1‑10份。本发明填料的自然开浇率可达到98‑100%。本发明产品代替镁质及硅质填料,解决传统耐火材料的环保和成本问题具有现实意义。由于主要采用低成本的橄榄石为主要原料,因此对推动循环经济发展、降低耐火企业和冶金企业生产成本具有非常重要的意义。

Description

一种电炉出钢口填料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料,特别涉及一种电炉出钢口填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢包口填料是用于填充炼钢车间饮包滑动水口,使钢水与水口滑板隔离。它是由一定粒度比例组成的颗粒状耐火材料,要求在钢水浇注前当滑板打开后钢水上破填料实现自动开浇。现代电炉钢厂由于采用电炉--精烧--连铸“三位一体”的短流程生产线,电弧炉开始普遍采用偏心炉底出钢技术(简称EBT)以实现无渣出钢。与钢包水口一样,EBT出钢口在冶炼过程中也需要用耐火材料填充,在出钢时打开出钢品托板,通过电炉倾斜钢水静压力作用下使钢水自然流出。而目前国内所用EBT填料的自然开浇率只有80%左右
现在我国钢铁冶金的连铸比已达95%以上,中包和钢包做为冶金工业的重要环节,越来越引起人们的重视,而中包和钢包水口座砖所用的填料,直到目前为止仍然采用镁铬质(主原料是镁砂和铬矿)捣打料,或刚玉质浇注料。镁铬质捣打料成本较高,刚玉质浇注料成本更高,对烘烤要求也更苛刻;少数发达国家也有使用矾土质捣打料的,进口后使用效果良好,但价格依然很高,且供应不及时。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电炉出钢口填料,自然开浇率高,环保,降低成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案实现:
一种电炉出钢口填料,其组分按重量份包括5-3mm(指大于3mm小于等于5mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,1-3mm(指大于1mm小于等于3mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,0-1mm(指大于0mm小于等于1mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,200目(小于0.074mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,结合剂膨润土1-10份。
一种电炉出钢口填料技术性能指标:化学成分质量百分含量MgO:40~45%;SiO2:40~45%;Al2O3:2~4%;200℃抗折强度2~4MPa;1100℃抗折强度6~8MPa;1500℃抗折强度15~20Mpa;1100℃线变化率0~0.1%;1500℃线变化率0~0.3%;开浇率≥98%。
一种电炉出钢口填料制备方法,包括原料破碎,筛分,配料,加入结合剂,混合搅拌,装袋,出成品。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明填料的自然开浇率可达到98-100%。本发明产品代替镁质及硅质填料,解决传统耐火材料的环保和成本问题具有现实意义。由于主要采用低成本的橄榄石为主要原料,因此对推动循环经济发展、降低耐火企业和冶金企业生产成本具有非常重要的意义。

一种电炉出钢口填料,其组分按重量份包括5-3mm(指大于3mm小于等于5mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,1-3mm(指大于1mm小于等于3mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,0-1mm(指大于0mm小于等于1mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,200目(小于0.074mm)的橄榄砂20-30份,结合剂膨润土1-10份。

本发明填料的自然开浇率可达到98-100%。产品性能指标均满足要求。本发明产品代替镁质及硅质填料,解决传统耐火材料的环保和成本问题具有现实意义。由于主要采用低成本的橄榄石为主要原料,因此对推动循环经济发展、降低耐火企业和冶金企业生产成本具有非常重要的意义。

1.一种电炉出钢口填料,其特征在于,其组分按重量份包括5-3mm的橄榄砂20-30份,1-3mm的橄榄砂20-30份,0-1mm的橄榄砂20-30份,200目的橄榄砂20-30份,结合剂膨润土1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电炉出钢口填料:其特征在于,技术性能指标化学成分质量百分含量MgO:40~45%;SiO2:40~45%;Al2O3:2~4%;200℃抗折强度2~4MPa;1100℃抗折强度6~8MPa;1500℃抗折强度15~20Mpa;1100℃线变化率0~0.1%;1500℃线变化率0~0.3%;开浇率≥98%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电炉出钢口填料制备方法,其特征在于,包括原料破碎,筛分,配料,加入结合剂,混合搅拌,装袋,出成品。
