Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,采用有色的杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后在双面提花机上以提花工艺织得阻燃型高强抗切割面料,并在织得的阻燃型高强抗切割面料上单面贴合纳米银含量15‑40%的纳米银离子膜制得成品。该方法工艺简单,通过应用有色杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,在电脑提花机上织造,再将阻燃型高强面料和纳米银离子膜进行贴合,即可制得这种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射性能优异的迷彩面料,满足工业化生产条件。

Description

一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及功能性织物生产技术领域,特别是一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法。
背景技术
2019年4月1日四川凉山发生了森林大火,造成30名消防战士因公壮烈牺牲,事故发生时火灾现场达到几百上千度高温,除了火焰的直接烧伤,还有高温带来的穿透性热辐射更是给人体带来巨大的伤害。事故原因足够凸显出我们在专业防护装备功能上的缺失。一般消防员日常穿着的消防服,只有一定的阻燃性,不具备防热辐射的性能,更没有抗切割良好的耐用性。
结合2019总后军需装备的部分预研要求,目前军队普遍缺少一种复合性能强大的帐篷布,用于单兵作战作训、指挥部掩体、精密设备防护等综合保障功能。要求中明确必须具备基本的防风防水、作战伪装、良好的阻燃性、隔热性、一定的抗穿刺和抗切割性以及电磁屏蔽性能。传统材料应用观念的守旧、功能设计方面的单一,跨体系整合能力的欠缺,造成目前市场上一直缺少类似的复合面料。
发明内容
本发明的技术方案是:一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,采用有色的杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后在双面提花机上以提花工艺织得阻燃型高强抗切割面料,并在织得的阻燃型高强抗切割面料上单面贴合纳米银含量15-40%的纳米银离子膜制得成品。
优选的是,有色的杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后在双面提花机上通过提花编织工艺,将绿、褐、黑、黄四色的杂环芳香族纤维做面纱按迷彩的色块织成面,再将有色超高分子量聚乙烯纤维做底纱织成底。
优选的是,所述阻燃型高强抗切割面料在经过表面整理后通过粘合剂将所述纳米银离子薄膜均匀的贴合在其表面。
优选的是,所述有色的杂环芳香族纤维和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维在双面大圆机上进行混纺。
优选的是,所述成品的面料幅宽为100cm~220cm,面密度为150~1500g/㎡。
本发明的优点是:
1、采用有色杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维在电脑双面提花机上以提花工艺织得阻燃型高强抗切割面料,并在织得阻燃型高强抗切割所面料上贴合纳米银含量15-40%的纳米银离子膜。这种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料,具有良好的阻燃效果和抗切割效果,防风防水,隔绝电磁信号、反射热辐射,同时还具备更好的迷彩隐身反侦察性能,具有广阔的军民两用市场需求。
2、该方法工艺简单,通过应用有色杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,在电脑提花机上织造,再将阻燃型高强面料和纳米银离子膜进行贴合,即可制得这种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射性能优异的迷彩面料,满足工业化生产条件。
具体实施方式
实施例:
本实施例织造方法采用的设备为:
机 型 RSDT-S三功位电脑双面提花机
机 号 3- 36针/25.4mm
筒 径 30-34英寸
路 数 20-96F
一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
(1)首先,将有色的杂环芳香族纤维和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维在双面大圆机上进行混纺。
(2)在电脑双面提花机上,通过扫描仪,将所需生产的迷彩花型,录入工艺程序包,电脑会自动分配排针工艺。然后把对应迷彩花型的颜色、色块循环区间值输入工艺程序包,织机按设定数据自动调整工艺模块。
(3)把混纺后的有色杂环芳香族纤维和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维,根据对应颜色按工艺程序包最终确认的排针工艺交错放置在相应路数的纱架上。经送纱装置、储纱器、张力调节器等,接入织机。正常启动织机后,即可连续织得该迷彩提花阻燃性高强抗切割面料;
(4)将所述织得的阻燃型迷彩高强抗切割面料进行表面整理,并通过贴膜设备,单面贴合纳米银含量37%的纳米银离子膜,并确保贴合牢度和效果均匀。
(5)按上述流程,在贴合纳米银离子膜后,即可织得成幅宽为150cm,面密度为350g/㎡左右的特种功能性面料。

1.一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于:采用有色的杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后在双面提花机上以提花工艺织得阻燃型高强抗切割面料,并在织得的阻燃型高强抗切割面料上单面贴合纳米银含量15-40%的纳米银离子膜制得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于:有色的杂环芳香族纤维混纺超高分子量聚乙烯纤维后在双面提花机上通过提花编织工艺,将绿、褐、黑、黄四色的杂环芳香族纤维做面纱按迷彩的色块织成面,再将有色超高分子量聚乙烯纤维做底纱织成底。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃型高强抗切割面料在经过表面整理后通过粘合剂将所述纳米银离子薄膜均匀的贴合在其表面。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有色的杂环芳香族纤维和超高分子量聚乙烯纤维在双面大圆机上进行混纺。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种抗切割、阻燃、防热辐射迷彩面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述成品的面料幅宽为100cm~220cm,面密度为150~1500g/㎡。
