本申请实施例提供的确定信道状态信息的方法、接入网设备和终端设备。该方法包括:终端设备从接入网设备接收预编码矩阵指示信息;该终端设备根据第一指示字段,从N个第一矩阵中确定M个第一矩阵;该终端设备根据第二指示字段,确定K个第二矩阵;该终端设备确定M×K个第一预编码矩阵;该终端设备根据该M×K个第一预编码矩阵,确定预编码矩阵集合;该终端设备从该接入网设备接收信道状态信息参考信号;该终端设备根据该信道状态信息参考信号和该预编码矩阵集合,确定信道状态信息;该终端设备向该接入网设备发送该信道状态信息。上述技术方案能够减少在确定信道状态信息的过程中对于占用的无线资源。
