The film covering device 100 can be applied to a film covering scene of a cylindrical battery and is used for covering the cylindrical battery with a film. Of course, the film covering device 100 may also be applied in other scenarios, and the application is not limited to the specific application scenario.
For convenience of description, in the following embodiments, the structure and function of the sheathing apparatus 100 will be described in detail by taking the sheathing scenario where the sheathing apparatus 100 is applied to a cylindrical battery as an example.
The film covering device 100 comprises a fixed shaft 10, a turntable assembly 20 and a clamping assembly 30, wherein the turntable assembly 20 is rotatably arranged on the fixed shaft 10, the clamping assembly 30 is connected to the turntable assembly 20, and the clamping assembly 30 can rotate along with the turntable assembly 20 relative to the fixed shaft 10.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the fixing shaft 10 has a first pipe 12, and one end of the fixing shaft 10 is used for connecting with an air pressure device, and the air pressure device is communicated with the first pipe 12.
The turntable assembly 20 is rotatably disposed on the fixed shaft 10 and has a second duct 22, and the second duct 22 is communicated with the first duct 12.
Optionally, the turntable assembly 20 is a split structure, and includes a vacuum plate and a turntable plate, the vacuum plate and the turntable plate are relatively fixed, and both the vacuum plate and the turntable plate are rotatably disposed on the fixing shaft 10, and the second pipe 22 is disposed on the vacuum plate and the turntable plate. The first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 are both connected with a vacuum suction cup 33, and the vacuum suction cups 33 on the first clamping piece 31 and the second clamping piece 32 are used for sucking the covering film from two sides of the covering film.
The first clamping member 31 has a third pipe 310, the second clamping member 32 has a fourth pipe 320, the third pipe 310 and the fourth pipe 320 are respectively communicated with the corresponding vacuum chuck 33 and the second pipe 22, namely, the third pipe 310 is communicated with the vacuum chuck 33 connected with the first clamping member 31 and the second pipe 22, and the fourth pipe 320 is communicated with the vacuum chuck 33 connected with the second clamping member 32 and the second pipe 22.
As shown in fig. 3, the two vacuum suction cups 33 are opened and closed with the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32, that is, the two vacuum suction cups 33 are opened relatively with the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 opened, and the two vacuum suction cups 33 are closed relatively with the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 closed.
Optionally, the number of clamping assemblies 30 is one.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the turntable assembly 20 has a rotation groove 24, the plurality of second conduits 22 are communicated with the rotation groove 24, and after the turntable assembly 20 is matched with the fixed shaft 10, the rotation groove 24 is communicated with the first conduit 12. Or, a revolving groove is arranged on the fixed shaft 10, the revolving groove is communicated with the first pipeline 12, and after the turntable assembly 20 is matched with the fixed shaft 10, the plurality of second pipelines 22 are communicated with the revolving groove.
The clamping assembly 30 further includes a hollow shaft 34, and the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 are rotatably disposed on the turntable assembly 20 through the hollow shaft 34.

Alternatively, the hollow shaft 34 is a three-way pipe structure, that is, the hollow shaft 34 includes three pipes connected to the same end, wherein one pipe is communicated with the second pipeline 22, and the other two pipes are communicated with the third pipeline 310 and the fourth pipeline 320, respectively.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the film covering device 100 further includes a cam assembly 40, the cam assembly 40 is fixedly connected to the fixed shaft 10, and the first holding member 31 is in rolling contact with the cam assembly 40.
For example, a cam follower bearing is connected to the first clamp 31, and the first clamp 31 is in rolling contact with the cam assembly 40 via the cam follower bearing.
When the first clamping member 31 rotates around the cam assembly 40 along with the turntable assembly 20, the first clamping member 31 swings around the hollow shaft 34, the first clamping member 31 is further engaged with the second clamping member 32, and the first clamping member 31 drives the second clamping member 32 to swing when swinging, and the swinging directions of the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 are opposite, so that the first clamping member 31 and the second clamping member 32 are changed between the open state and the closed state.

the clamping assembly comprises a first clamping piece, a second clamping piece and a vacuum chuck, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are both rotatably arranged on the turntable assembly, the vacuum chuck is connected to the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece, the first clamping piece is provided with a third pipeline, the second clamping piece is provided with a fourth pipeline, the third pipeline and the fourth pipeline are respectively communicated with the corresponding vacuum chuck and the second pipeline, and the first clamping piece is further in meshed connection with the second clamping piece;
and the two vacuum suction cups are opened and closed along with the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece.

A film covering device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the film covering device comprises a plurality of said clamping assemblies, each of the plurality of said clamping assemblies is disposed on the turntable assembly, and the first conduit communicates with the plurality of said clamping assemblies through the turntable assembly.
3. A film covering device as recited in claim 1, wherein the turntable assembly has a rotary slot, a plurality of the second conduits communicate with the rotary slot, and the rotary slot communicates with the first conduit.

The film covering device according to claim 1, wherein the clamping assembly further comprises a hollow shaft, the hollow shaft is connected to the turntable assembly, the first clamping member and the second clamping member are rotatably disposed on the hollow shaft, the hollow shaft communicates the second pipeline and the third pipeline, and the hollow shaft communicates the second pipeline and the fourth pipeline.
5. A film covering device as claimed in claim 4, further comprising a cam assembly fixedly attached to the fixed shaft, the first holding member being in rolling contact with the cam assembly;
when the first clamping piece rotates around the cam assembly along with the rotary disc assembly, the first clamping piece swings around the hollow shaft, so that the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are changed between an open state and a closed state.

A filming device as recited in claim 5, wherein the clamping assembly further includes a resilient member coupled between the first clamping member and the second clamping member, the resilient member being configured to transition the first clamping member and the second clamping member from the open condition to the closed condition.
8. A film covering device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the cam assembly comprises an unfolding cam and an opening-closing cam member, the opening-closing cam member being connected to the unfolding cam;
when the first clamping piece is in rolling contact with the unfolding cam, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are in an opening state, and when the first clamping piece is in rolling contact with the opening cam piece, the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are changed between the opening state and the closing state.
9. A filming apparatus as set forth in claim 8, wherein the cam assembly further comprises a closure cam member coupled to the deployment cam;
wherein during the rolling contact of the first clamping member with the closure cam member, the first clamping member and the second clamping member gradually transition from an open state to a closed state.
10. A film-coating system comprising a film-coating device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
