Abstract
The invention discloses a windproof billboard, which relates to the technical field of billboard equipment and comprises a main rod, a turntable bearing arranged at the bottom of the main rod, a billboard lifting device and a control device. The billboard comprises a certain number of billboard units, and the billboard units are detachably connected with the main rod through the rotating bracket. A first rotating shaft is arranged between the two advertisement units, and an electric hinge is arranged on the first rotating shaft. The control device is electrically connected with the turntable bearing and the electric hinge. The billboard unit is rotatably connected with the rotating bracket through a second rotating shaft and is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft; the relative position between each billboard unit and the second rotating shaft is different, and a gap is reserved between the folded billboard units. The invention adopts different control modes under different wind powers to reduce the stress of the billboard and prevent the billboard from being damaged.

Background
Large billboards beside highways, as well as in cities, scenic spots, etc., have become a very popular infrastructure in modern society. However, when strong convection weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds is encountered or the billboard is blown down by strong wind of accumulated snow in winter. Not only can cause the loss of the billboard, but also generates considerable potential safety hazard to the passing vehicles and personnel.

Preferably, the lifting device comprises a longitudinal rail arranged on the main rod along the vertical direction, a pulley matched with the rail and a traction rope.
Preferably, the lifting device further comprises a transverse rail and a motor, wherein the transverse rail and the motor are horizontally arranged at the top of the main rod.

The invention is suitable for the technical field of billboard equipment, and the structure of the specific embodiment is shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and comprises a main rod 1, wherein the bottom of the main rod 1 is provided with a turntable bearing 16, and the turntable bearing 16 can drive the main rod 1 to rotate. Vertical track 7 is provided with along the vertical direction on the mobile jib 1, and 1 top level of mobile jib is provided with horizontal track 6, is provided with haulage rope 8 on the track. The first rotating shaft 4 is connected with the rotating bracket 2 to form a frame structure, and the billboard unit is of a hollow structure or a flat plate shape and is completely matched with the rotating bracket 2 and the first rotating shaft 4. When the billboard is in an unfolded state, one billboard unit in the middle of each side protrudes, and the other two billboard units can cover the first rotating shaft 4 and are matched with the billboard unit in the middle to be spliced to form a complete billboard surface. The billboard unit 13 is fixedly connected with the second rotating shaft 5, and the second rotating shaft 5 is connected with the rotating bracket 2. The billboard unit 13 is driven by a small motor provided in the second rotation shaft 5, and can rotate around the second rotation shaft 5 in any direction and angle, and the angle is preferably 90 degrees. The second rotation shaft 5 is arranged in parallel with the first rotation shaft 4.
In the embodiment of the invention, the connecting part of the rotating bracket 2 and the main rod 1 is provided with the fixing bolt 11, and the rotating bracket 2 is correspondingly provided with the screw hole 12, so that the billboard and the main rod 1 can be conveniently detached. An anemorumbometer 14 is further arranged on the rotating support, so that wind speed and wind direction can be conveniently obtained.
The embedded system 15 is disposed outside the main pole 1. The main controller of the embedded system 15 is connected by an RS485 bus, controls the electric hinge 3, the motor 10, the turntable bearing 16 and the second rotating shaft medium and small motor, and can be connected with the Internet to form intelligent operation management at a mobile phone end.
The factors of strength, load bearing, corrosion resistance and the like are comprehensively considered, the main rod 1 is made of a stainless steel pipe, the pulley 9 is made of a metal nylon double-in-one material, and the traction rope 8 is made of a Dyneema (Dyneema) rope. The rotating bracket 2, the electric hinge 3, the transverse track 6 and the longitudinal track 7 are made of high-strength aluminum alloy.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: when strong wind weather comes, the anemometry 14 determines the wind speed and the wind direction. When the wind speed v reaches 10.8< v ≤ 17.2m/s, the data is transmitted to the embedded system 15 for processing, and the system controls the turntable bearing 16 to drive the main rod 1 to rotate for a certain angle, so that the whole brand is parallel to the wind direction.
When the wind speed is 17.2< v ≤ 20.8m/s, the system controls the turntable bearing 16 to drive the main rod 1 to rotate for a certain angle, and each billboard unit 13 rotates 90 degrees around the second rotating shaft 5 and is perpendicular to the rotating bracket 2. The rotating bracket 2 is retracted around the first rotating shaft 4 by the electric hinge 3. Due to the fact that the positions of the second rotating shafts 5 arranged on each billboard unit are different, the billboard units which are folded together can be placed in a staggered mode, and gaps are formed among the billboard units. Wind passes through the gap, so that the phenomenon that the billboard is blown down due to large-area stress is avoided. The structure of the folded billboard is shown in figure 3.
If the billboard is in a typhoon area or in worse rainy and snowy weather, v is more than 20.8m/s, the billboard is manually controlled by a worker in a remote mode, or an upper limit wind speed value is set for the system in advance. When the wind speed exceeds the threshold value, the billboard units rotate 90 degrees, after being packed up around the first rotating shaft 4, the fixing bolts 11 at the top of the main rod 1 are lifted, the motor 10 drives the traction rope 8, the rotating support 2 with the 6 billboard units 13 and the anemorumbometer 14 slides to the rail opening of the longitudinal rail 7 along the transverse rail 6 through the pulley 9, and then the gravity is buffered by the electric power of the motor 10 to descend to the bottom along the longitudinal rail 7, so that the damage of the equipment caused by the severe weather of rain, snow and wind can be reduced to the maximum extent. After the weather of rain and snow passes, or when the billboard needs to be replaced, the worker remotely controls the motor 10 to rotate reversely to pull the motor to ascend and unfold. When the advertisement board ascends to reach the tail part of the transverse rail 6, the fixing bolt 11 hidden in the groove falls down and is inserted into the screw hole 12, the advertisement board is fixed and stressed by the fixing bolt, and the loss of the pulley is reduced. After the billboard is fixed, all billboard units are unfolded in sequence to form a complete billboard.
