4. The owner information authentication method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting authentication invitation information to the corresponding second terminal includes:
and sending an authentication invitation short message and/or an authentication invitation two-dimensional code to the second terminal.
5. The owner information authentication method of claim 1, further comprising, after said entering said owner authentication information into said preset building number set:
sending a mail-taking code short message to a mobile terminal corresponding to a receiver phone in the mail information; and/or
And sending a code taking message to a preset communication software account corresponding to the recipient phone in the mail message.
6. An owner information authentication apparatus, comprising:
the room number inquiry request acquisition module is used for acquiring a room number inquiry request sent by the first terminal; wherein the room number inquiry request comprises a target building room number;
the owner information state determining module is used for determining the owner information state corresponding to the room number query request according to the target building room number and a preset building room number set and sending the owner information state to the first terminal; so that the first terminal displays the owner information state to a user and prompts the user to perform corresponding operation according to the owner information state; the preset building number set comprises preset building numbers, preset owner information and owner authentication information;
the authentication invitation information sending module is used for sending authentication invitation information to the corresponding second terminal if receiving the invitation owner authentication request sent by the first terminal;
the owner authentication information matching module is used for receiving the owner authentication information fed back by the third terminal aiming at the authentication invitation information and matching the owner authentication information with mail information corresponding to the target building number;
the owner authentication information input module is used for inputting the owner authentication information into the preset building number set if the matching is successful;
the owner authentication information matching module is specifically configured to:
receiving a preset certificate photo fed back by the third terminal aiming at the authentication invitation information; the preset certificate photo is a certificate photo capable of reflecting the identity of an owner;
extracting name information and address information from the preset certificate photo;
matching the name information with the name of the addressee in the mail information; and/or matching the address information with a destination address in the mail information.
7. The owner information authentication apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the preset mail information acquisition module is used for acquiring preset mail information before acquiring the room number query request sent by the first terminal;
the information extraction module is used for extracting the preset building room number and at least one piece of preset owner information from the preset mail information;
the preset building number set building module is used for building the preset building number set according to the preset building number, at least one piece of preset owner information and the preset owner authentication information which are acquired in advance.
8. A server, the server comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the owner information authentication method of any of claims 1-5.
9. A storage medium containing computer executable instructions which, when executed by a computer processor, are for performing the owner information authentication method of any of claims 1-5.
