A gear box structure of a coal mining machine comprises a box body (1), an input shaft (2) and an output shaft (3) respectively extend out of two sides in the box body (1), and a plurality of transmission gears (4) are connected between the input shaft (2) and the output shaft (3), and is characterized in that an overhaul box (5) is arranged in the box body (1), a plurality of oil injection pipes (6) are arranged in the overhaul box (5), an oil delivery pipe (7) movably connected with the oil injection pipes (6) is arranged in the box body (1), when the oil delivery pipe (7) is connected with the oil injection pipes (6), the overhaul box (5) is fixed in the box body (1), when the oil delivery pipe (7) is disconnected with the oil injection pipes (6), the overhaul box (5) is separated from the box body (1), a cover plate (8) is detachably arranged on the overhaul box (5), a lock hole (9) positioned on one side of the overhaul box (5) is arranged on the box body (1), a first lock cylinder (10) and a second lock cylinder (11) which are coaxial with the lock hole (9) are arranged in the box body (1), the first lock cylinder (10) controls the opening of the cover plate (8), a first gear (12) is coaxially fixed on the second lock cylinder (11), a first rack (13) and a second rack (14) are respectively meshed with the two sides of the first gear (12), and the first rack (13) and the second rack (14) respectively control the connection of an oil conveying pipe (7) and an oil filling pipe (6) on the two sides of the maintenance box (5); the automatic oil injection lock further comprises an oil injection key (15) and an overhaul key (16), wherein the oil injection key (15) is inserted into the lock hole (9) to drive the first lock cylinder (10) to rotate, and the second key is inserted into the lock hole (9) to drive the first lock cylinder (10) and the second lock cylinder (11) to rotate simultaneously;
lockhole (9) in be provided with locking lever (36), be equipped with first cavity (37) and second cavity (38) in oiling key (15) and maintenance key (16) respectively, be equipped with first handle hole (39) and second handle hole (40) that are located the homonymy on first lock core (10) and second lock core (11) respectively, oiling key (15) and maintenance key (16) outside all are equipped with operation piece (41), operation piece (41) and first handle hole (39) cooperation in oiling key (15) insert lockhole (9), maintenance key (16) insert lockhole (9) interior operation piece (41) and first handle hole (39) and then second handle hole (40) all produce the cooperation.
2. The gear box structure of the coal mining machine according to claim 1, characterized in that an air bag (17) is arranged at the end part of the oil filling pipe (6), and an oil filling opening (18) is arranged on the oil filling pipe (6).
