the first steam device (31) and the second steam device (51) are consistent in structure and comprise water tanks (32), the water tanks (32) are connected with high-pressure pipes (34) through water pumps (33), the high-pressure pipes (34) are connected with steam generators (35), the steam generators (35) are connected with main pipes (36) through pipe fittings, the main pipes (36) are inserted into a heat-resistant plate (30) at the bottom of a cavity, a plurality of auxiliary pipes (37) are arranged on the main pipes (36), the auxiliary pipes (37) are fixed on the heat-resistant plate (30) through supports (38), and the auxiliary pipes (37) are connected with an atomizing assembly (40) through pressurizing cavities (39);
the conveying mechanism (4) comprises a connecting port (41), the connecting port (41) is matched with the feed hopper (2), the connecting buckle (41) is positioned at the top of a first pipe section (42), the first pipe section (42) and the horizontal plane form 10-15 degrees, the lower end of the first pipe section (42) is connected with a second pipe section (43) inside the disinfection chamber (5), the second pipe section (43) and the horizontal plane form 20-25 degrees, the second pipe section (43) is connected with an arc section (44) with the radian of 150 degrees, the arc section (44) is fixed on the inner wall of the disinfection chamber (5) through a connecting piece (45), the arc section (44) is connected with a third pipe section (46), the third pipe section (46) extends into the drying chamber (6) and is fixedly connected through a buffer rod (47), the third pipe section (46) and the horizontal plane form 30-35 degrees, the first pipe section (42), the second pipe section (43), the arc-shaped section (44) and the third pipe section (46) are all semicircular pipelines, a plurality of small holes with the diameter of 1-1.5cm are formed in the small holes, the structure is consistent, the pipeline comprises a base layer (48), a heat-resistant layer (49) is arranged on the base layer (48), an anti-corrosion layer (50) is plated on the heat-resistant layer (49), the base layer (48) is made of high manganese steel, the heat-resistant layer (49) is made of titanium alloy, and the anti-corrosion layer (50) is made of inorganic zinc silicate paint;
the sterilizing device (52) comprises a sterilizing tank (53), a liquid level meter is arranged on the sterilizing tank (53), the sterilizing tank (53) is connected with a first pipe (55) through a booster pump (54), a one-way valve and a flow meter are arranged on the first pipe (55), the first pipe (55) penetrates through a reinforcing rib (56) at the top of a sterilizing cavity (5), the reinforcing rib (56) is connected with a second pipe (58) through a fixing piece (57), the second pipe (58) is vertical to the first pipe (55), and the second pipe (58) is connected with a plurality of rotary nozzles (59);
transport mechanism (7) include conveyer belt (71), conveyer belt (71) both ends are passed through gyro wheel (72) and are connected, be equipped with the limiting plate on gyro wheel (72), gyro wheel (72) are fixed through supporting seat (73), be equipped with driving motor (74) on supporting seat (73), be equipped with speed regulator (75) on driving motor (74), gyro wheel (72) are connected in speed regulator (75).

(1) starting a motor, starting a first steam device and a second steam device, conveying liquid in a precipitation tank of the first steam device and the second steam device into a steam generator through a water pump, generating steam, supplying steam to a steam cavity and a disinfection cavity respectively, and opening a valve under the action of a controller to exhaust when the internal pressure is too high;

(3) the second pipe section is sterilized by steam of the second steam device, and meanwhile disinfectant in the sterilizing tank is sprayed out through the rotary spray head, and the materials slide down to the arc-shaped section from the second pipe section under the action of gravity and slide down to the third pipeline from the arc-shaped section;
(4) the material slides down to the conveyer belt on the transport mechanism from the third pipeline, makes it rotate at the uniform velocity under the effect of speed regulator to open the desicator and carry out drying process, get rid of surface moisture, flow out from the export with it after the drying is accomplished and carry out next process.
