Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for producing an aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide. The present invention is characterized in that chlorine or an aqueous solution of the chlorine and hydrochloric acid is supplied to a water flow with certain pressure so as to form an aqueous solution containing the chlorine and acid, and the aqueous solution enters a chlorine dioxide generating room through a flowmeter. Meanwhile, an aqueous solution of sodium chlorite is added in the chlorine dioxide generating room through the flowmeter so that the two aqueous solutions can be mixed, react, and generate the aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide. The method has the advantages of safe production without environment pollution, the prepared aqueous solution of chlorine dioxide has high content of chlorine dioxide; the method also has the advantage of low cost and can be an ideal method for disinfection, sterilization, bleaching, decolorization and sewage treatment.
Description
The invention relates to a process and equipment for producing chlorine dioxide, in particular to a method and a device for producing a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution.
At present, two methods for producing chlorine dioxide are available, one is an electrolytic method, a chlorine dioxide generator is disclosed in the Chinese patent publication in 1991, the publication No. CN2102288.U, and the chlorine dioxide generator produces low content of chlorine dioxide; the other method is a chemical method which is an invention patent of Shandong university, ZL93111202.8, the method for producing the chlorine dioxide needs hydrochloric acid to react with sodium chlorate chemical materials, the chemical materials are strong corrosive agents or flammable, explosive and highly toxic products, and the chemical materials are dangerous in transportation, storage and operation and have higher cost.
The invention aims to provide a method and a device for producing a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, which aim to solve the problem that the content of chlorine dioxide produced by an electrolytic method is low; chemical materials used for producing chlorine dioxide by a chemical method are dangerous in transportation, storage and use, and have the problems of high cost and the like.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: introducing chlorine or chlorine and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution into water flow with certain pressure to form hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution, metering the hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution by a flowmeter, entering a chlorine dioxide generating chamber, simultaneously pumping sodium chlorite aqueous solution into a pipe by a water injector, metering the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution by the flowmeter, adding the sodium chlorite aqueous solution into the chlorine dioxide generating chamber, mixing the two aqueous solutions, and carrying out chemical reaction to generate chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, wherein the chemical reaction formula is as follows:
the reaction is realized by a special chlorine dioxide aqueous solution generating device which comprises a chlorine device, a feeder, a chlorine dioxide generating chamber and a water inlet pipe, wherein the water inlet pipe is divided into 2 branch pipes, one branch pipe is connected with the chlorine dioxide generating chamber inlet pipe through a valve and a water ejector, a flowmeter is connected with the chlorine dioxide generating chamber inlet pipe, the water ejector is connected with the chlorine device through a connecting pipe, and the chlorine dioxide generating chamber is connected with a hydrochloric acid aqueous solution feeder through a pipe and a valve so that the solution entering the chlorine dioxide generating chamber becomes hypochlorous acid and hydrochloric acid aqueous solution; the other branch pipe is connected with a sodium chlorite aqueous solution feeder through a valve, and is also connected with the other inlet pipe of the chlorine dioxide generating chamber through a valve, a water injector and a flowmeter, the water injector is connected with the sodium chlorite aqueous solution feeder through a pipe and a valve, so that the aqueous solution containing sodium chlorite enters the chlorine dioxide generating chamber, and the upper end cover of the chlorine dioxide generating chamber is provided with a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution outlet pipe and a valve.
The chlorine generator is a chlorine generator or a chlorine tank chlorinator.
