本发明提供一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物以君臣佐使的原则进行配制，诸药配伍针对病毒性肝炎的发病机理以及并发症，共奏疏肝清热、退黄利湿、解郁散结、活血化瘀的功效；本发明提供的中药组合物在治疗病毒性肝炎的主症和兼证的同时，固本培元，综合提高各脏腑的免疫力，修复肝脏受损细胞，避免病毒的抗药性，从根本上治疗病毒性肝炎及并发症，复发率低。本发明提供的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物安全无毒副作用，疗效突出。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，具体涉及一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
病毒性肝炎是由多种肝炎病毒引起的以肝脏病变为主的一种传染病。临床上以食欲减退、恶心、上腹部不适、肝区痛、乏力为主要表现。部分病人可有黄疸发热和肝大伴有肝功能损害。有些病人可慢性化，甚至发展成肝硬化，少数可发展为肝癌。病毒性肝炎是法定一类传染病，具有传热性强、传播途径复杂、流行面广、发病率高的特点。部分乙型、丙型和丁型肝炎患者可演变成慢性，并可发展成为肝硬化和原发性肝细胞癌，对人民健康造成极大的危害。
病毒性肝炎的病原学分型，目前已被公认的有甲、乙、丙、丁、戊五种肝炎病毒，分别写作HAV、HBV、HCV、HDV、HEV，除乙型肝炎病毒为DNA病毒外，其余均为RNA病毒。虽然目前国内外研究的抗病毒药物已接近50种，但真正应用于临床的只有阿昔洛韦、拉米夫定等少数几类核苷类药物。而且，这类药物通常只能延缓病毒生长或减轻疾病症状，共同缺点是易产生耐药毒株，抗病毒谱窄，毒副作用大，价格高昂或药理特性不理想。比如对于病毒性肝炎来说，西医采用的抗病毒疗法，包括干扰素治疗，都是存在很多对脏器损伤的副作用。
发明内容
为了解决以上的技术问题，本发明提供一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物无毒副作用，在抗病毒的同时能够保护肝脏，纠正和恢复抗病毒西药以及干扰素对肝脏造成的损伤。
本发明的目的是提供一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述中药组合物的制备方法。
根据本发明的目的，本发明提供一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：
柴胡0.5-1.5份；
人参0.5-1份，五味子0.5-1份，川芎0.3-0.5份；
白芍0.5-1份，制首乌0.3-0.5份，青皮0.3-0.5份，莪术0.3-0.5份，丹参0.3-0.6份，川贝0.5-1份，姜半夏0.1-0.3份，黄连0.3-0.5份，升麻0.3-0.5份，皂角刺0.3-0.5份，生内金0.5-1份，神曲0.5-1份，焦楂0.5-1份，茺蔚子0.3-0.5份，威灵仙0.3-0.5份，路路通0.3-0.5份，香附0.3-0.5份，郁金0.3-0.5份，三七2-3份，制胆星0.1-0.3份，血竭0.2-0.5份，海金沙0.5-1份，水红花子0.3-0.5份；
甘草0.3-0.5份。
本发明提供的人参的用量为生晒参用量。
本发明提供的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物以柴胡为君药，柴胡针对病毒性肝炎和解表里，疏肝解郁，升阳举陷，退热截疟；以人参、五味子、川芎共为臣药，人参大补元气、生津止渴；五味子养阴固精、保肝护肝，有效修复受损的肝细胞；川芎活血、行气、止痛，臣药共同辅助君药加强对病毒性肝炎的治疗效果，并且针对病毒性肝炎的疼痛的兼症进行治疗，达到助君治兼的目的；以白芍、制首乌、青皮、莪术、丹参、川贝、姜半夏、黄连、升麻、皂角刺、生内金、神曲、焦楂、茺蔚子、威灵仙、路路通、香附、郁金、三七、制胆星、血竭、海金沙、水红花子共为佐药，白芍平肝止痛、养血调经、敛阴止汗；制首乌补肝肾、益精血、强筋骨；青皮疏肝破气、消积化滞；莪术行气破血、消积止痛；丹参理筋骨疼痛、生新血、去恶血；川贝清热润肺、化痰止咳；姜半夏燥湿化痰、降逆止呕、消痞散结；黄连清热燥湿，泻火解毒；升麻发表透疹、清热解毒、升阳举陷；皂角刺消肿托毒、排脓；生内金健胃消食、涩精止遗；神曲促进消化、增进食欲；焦楂行气散瘀、化浊降脂；茺蔚子活血调经、清肝明目；威灵仙祛风湿、通经络；路路通祛风活络、利水、通经；香附疏肝解郁、理气宽中、调经止痛；郁金活血止痛、行气解郁、清心凉血、利胆退黄；三七止血、破血散瘀、消炎定痛、滋补；制胆星清火化痰、镇惊定痼；血竭祛瘀定痛，止血生肌；海金沙清利湿热，通淋止痛；水红花子散血消症，消积止痛，利水消肿；佐药针对病毒性肝炎的兼证皮肤巩膜、指甲黄染，色鲜如橘，伴见发热恶寒，头痛而重，中脘胀闷，右肋下痞满、疼痛，食欲减退，恶心或呕吐，厌油腻，全身乏力，口干而苦，小便黄如浓茶，舌苔多黄腻，进行治疗，通过辅助君药和臣药进一步加强活血止痛、退黄利尿、解郁散结的功效；以甘草为使药，甘草调和诸药药性；本发明提供的中药组合物通过诸药配伍，共奏固本培元、提高脏腑综合免疫力，疏肝清热、退黄利湿、解郁散结、活血化瘀的功效，有效治疗病毒性肝炎及其并发症。本发明提供的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物通过诸药配伍，增加治疗效果，抵消原料药材的毒副作用，本发明提供的中药组合物无毒副作用，有效避免病毒的抗药性，疗效突出，复发率低。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：当归0.5-1.5份和桃仁0.3-0.5份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的血淤，本发明加入当归和桃仁，有效协助上述基础药物组合物缓解血淤。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：茵陈0.5-1份，栀子0.3-0.5份和大黄0.3-0.5份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的黄疸，本发明加入茵陈、栀子和大黄，有效协助上述基础药物组合物缓解黄疸。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：猪苓0.3-0.5份和车前子0.5-1份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的湿气重，本发明加入猪苓和车前子，有效协助上述基础药物组合物去除湿气。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：覆盆子0.3-0.5份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的肾气亏虚，本发明加入覆盆子，有效协助上述基础药物组合物滋补肾气，扭转亏虚。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：龙胆草0.3-0.5份和重楼0.1-0.3份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的热盛，本发明加入龙胆草和重楼，有效协助上述基础药物组合物加强清热燥湿、泻肝胆火的功效。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，优选地，还包括以下重量份的原料：牡蛎0.5-1份，鳖甲0.3-0.5份，枳实0.3-0.5份和蝼蛄0.1-0.5份。
针对病毒性肝炎的并发症中的痞满鼓胀，本发明加入当牡蛎、鳖甲、枳实和蝼蛄，有效协助上述基础药物组合物加强平肝潜阳、滋阴潜阳、破气消积、化痰散痞的功效。
上述的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)取炮制过的原料药材，粉碎，过筛，混合均匀，得到原料混合粉；
(2)取糊粉加入0.5-1倍重量的水，调制稀糊，将步骤(1)得到的原料混合粉末与稀糊混合均匀，所述混合粉末与稀糊的重量比为10:1-4，制丸，自然干燥，得到所述所述调治病毒性肝炎的中药水糊丸。

本发明提供一种调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物，所述中药组合物以君臣佐使的原则进行配制，以柴胡为君药，柴胡针对病毒性肝炎和解表里，疏肝解郁，升阳举陷，退热截疟；以人参、五味子、川芎共为臣药，人参大补元气、生津止渴；五味子养阴固精、保肝护肝，有效修复受损的肝细胞；川芎活血、行气、止痛，臣药共同辅助君药加强对病毒性肝炎的治疗效果，并且针对病毒性肝炎的疼痛的兼症进行治疗，达到助君治兼的目的；以白芍、制首乌、青皮、莪术、丹参、川贝、姜半夏、黄连、升麻、皂角刺、生内金、神曲、焦楂、茺蔚子、威灵仙、路路通、香附、郁金、三七、制胆星、血竭、海金沙、水红花子共为佐药，佐药针对病毒性肝炎的兼证皮肤巩膜、指甲黄染，色鲜如橘，伴见发热恶寒，头痛而重，中脘胀闷，右肋下痞满、疼痛，食欲减退，恶心或呕吐，厌油腻，全身乏力，口干而苦，小便黄如浓茶，舌苔多黄腻，进行治疗，通过辅助君药和臣药进一步加强活血止痛、退黄利尿、解郁散结的功效；以甘草为使药，甘草调和诸药药性；本发明提供的中药组合物针对病毒性肝炎的发病机理以及并发症，诸药共奏疏肝清热、退黄利湿、解郁散结、活血化瘀的功效，本发明提供的中药组合物在治疗病毒性肝炎的主症和兼证的同时，固本培元，综合提高各脏腑的免疫力，修复肝脏受损细胞，避免病毒的抗药性，从根本上治疗病毒性肝炎。本发明提供的调治病毒性肝炎的中药组合物安全无毒副作用，疗效突出。

试验例
本发明具体实施例提供的调治病毒性肝炎的中药水糊丸以生药量计算，一般成人的用量为28-32g/天，分两次或者三次服用。
发明人对多例病毒性肝炎患者进行临床观察、统计，患者年龄最少为16岁，最大为73岁，其中大三阳、小三阳、黄疸、肝功能异常、肝质纤维化、肝囊肿都达到了良好的治疗效果，所有患者按疗程服药后皆有明显好转，肝脏功能恢复理想，远期疗效特别好。其中7天为一疗程；患者每天服用水糊丸以生药量计算28-32g，分两次到三次服用，同时根据情况配合代饮茶服用。
疗效评定标准为：
治愈：临床症状完全消失，疼痛和不适感完全消失，恢复正常生活；
有效：全部或主要症状明显消除，疼痛和不适感明显消失，但还会出现轻微的症状，只部分恢复正常生活；
无效：临床症状无消除迹象，疼痛感无减轻甚至加重。
发明人给出以下典型病例。
典型病例
1.袁某，男，现年48岁，2012年，来发明人处治疗，当时患者周身黄染，严重体虚，上下楼需搀扶。体检报告显示：乙肝大三阳，HBV-DNA结果2.83E+2，肝质纤维化伴多囊肝，肝功失代偿期。服用本发明实施例6得到的中药水糊丸，7天后症状好转，10个疗程用药后，所有不适应症完全消失，HBV-DNA检测结果提示病毒未检测到。
2.李某，男，现年30岁，2007年因乙肝大三阳求治于发明人，当时患者乏力倦怠，体虚多汗，懒言纳差，面部多处痤疮，服用本发明实施例14的中药，10天后，所有症状明显好转，调理12疗程后，以上所有不适应症完全消失，2018年喜得一健康女婴。
