the invention designs a two-degree-of-freedom hip joint training mechanism which can complete active and passive training of hip joint adduction and abduction and hip joint flexion and extension actions, can provide rehabilitation actions according with the motion rule of a human body, can ensure better motion effect and quicker recovery; through reasonable structural layout, improved transmission mode, improved driving structure, compressed transmission part structure size and other modes, the structure is simplified, space is reserved, and the hip joint training mechanism and other training equipment can be conveniently matched and used simultaneously; the hip joint adduction and abduction motor is placed behind the flexion and extension motor, so that the space is saved for the hip joint training; the flexion-extension motor used for driving the flexion-extension motor and the flexion-extension joint used as the actuating mechanism are separated through belt transmission, and after separation, the flexion-extension motor is far away from the hip joint, so that interference generated when the flexion-extension motor is matched with upper limb rehabilitation training is avoided; the bending and stretching joints of the belt transmission assembly and the executing mechanism are combined together, so that the structure of the bending and stretching joints is thinner, and interference in upper limb rehabilitation training can be avoided; the adduction and abduction motor and the flexion and extension motor are both torque motors, and the motor, the speed reducer, the encoder and the driver are integrated into a whole, so that the space is greatly saved; the two-degree-of-freedom hip joint training mechanism provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple structure, convenience in use and light weight.
The two-freedom hip joint training mechanism of the invention mainly overcomes the following difficulties in design:
1. how to solve the problem of interference generated by matching with upper limb rehabilitation training; 2. how to compress the axial dimension of the device; 3. how to still ensure the rigidity of the device after dimensional compression;
as shown in fig. 4 and 5, during rehabilitation training, the adduction-abduction motor rotates to drive the mechanism below the base to rotate, so as to perform hip joint adduction-abduction training; the flexion and extension motor and the driving belt wheel rotate together, the driven belt wheel is driven by the belt to rotate, the flexion and extension joint is driven by the driven belt wheel through the left connecting plate and the right connecting plate to rotate, and the flexion and extension rehabilitation training of the hip joint is carried out.
