技术领域
本发明属于椎间融合技术领域,尤其涉及一种零切迹颈椎前路椎间融合装置。
背景技术
目前用以少数椎间盘突出或椎管狭窄不伴有脊椎滑脱性脊柱退变引起的功能紊乱所使用的融合术,就是让原先的脊柱活动节段不能再活动,长成一个整体。通常是在脊柱稳定性遭到破坏或需要矫形时才应用,需配合内固定。
原有的椎间融合器稳定性不好,同时需要与颈椎钢板配合使用,手术时开口大,患者在恢复时较为困难,需要的时间长,并且操作繁琐,手术时间长,价格高。

本发明是这样实现的,一种零切迹颈椎前路椎间融合装置,包括壳体组件和固定组件,所述壳体组件包括椎间融合器和钛金合板,所述钛金合板与所述椎间融合器固定连接,且位于所述椎间融合器的一侧,所述固定组件包括第一螺纹通孔、第二螺纹通孔、第三螺纹通孔、第四螺纹通孔和自攻螺钉,所述第一螺纹通孔开设于所述钛金合板上,所述第二螺纹通孔开设于所述钛金合板上,且位于所述第一螺纹通孔的一侧,所述第三螺纹通孔开设于所述钛金合板上,且位于所述第二螺纹通孔远离所述第一螺纹通孔的另一侧,所述第四螺纹通孔开设于所述钛金合板上,且位于所述第三螺纹通孔远离所述第二螺纹通孔的一侧,所述自攻螺钉的数量为四个,分别贯穿所述第一螺纹通孔、所述第二螺纹通孔、所述第三螺纹通孔和所述第四螺纹通孔。
