Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for realizing equivalent recycling of tableware, and belongs to the field of tableware recycling and Internet of things application.
Background
Disposable tableware in the take-out market at present can be classified into a plurality of categories according to the manufacturing materials: (1) recyclable materials including polypropylene (PP), High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Biaxially Oriented Polystyrene (BOPS) and natural inorganic mineral filled polymer; (2) biodegradable, including pulp, rice hulls, straw, and starch; (3) photo-biodegradable materials, including photo-biodegradable PP; (4) an edible tableware. The evaluation of the advancement of disposable tableware is carried out from several aspects: the method comprises the steps of firstly, consumption of natural resources, secondly, influence on environmental protection, thirdly, guarantee of food sanitation and fourthly, supervision cost. However, the conventional disposable tableware has various problems in the above aspects.
The disposable tableware made of recyclable materials is difficult to monitor in three stages of raw materials, processing and recycling. However, because the raw materials are not adopted and the supervision is not in place in the processing process, a 'black factory' is easy to appear, and tableware which does not meet the national food sanitation standard is produced. Further, during the use, if the medicine is improperly used, the health of the user is easily damaged. According to the practical situation of China, the disposable tableware made of recyclable materials is very difficult to recycle and is easy to cause white pollution.
The disposable tableware made of degradable materials also has the problem of difficult supervision of raw material adoption and processing quality. Further, disposable tableware made of degradable materials needs to be classified and recycled and then reasonably disposed or utilized. However, according to the actual conditions of China, the classification and recovery of the disposable tableware made of the degradable materials are very difficult, so that the disposable tableware made of the degradable materials and the non-degradable garbage are mixed together, and the environmental pollution is caused.
The early stage of the production process of biodegradable disposable tableware may cause great environmental pollution (for example, in the pulping stage of pulp molding disposable tableware, if the quality control is not strict during the production of the product, the quality problems such as overproof evaporation residues and the like easily occur); meanwhile, the processing mode of batch production easily causes low yield. Further, the degradation characteristics of biodegradable disposable tableware are not outstanding, such as paper-molded tableware, which takes more than several months to eliminate the sensory contamination. However, since the biodegradable disposable tableware is easily moldy in a high-temperature and humid environment, it is difficult to store for a long period of time.
Edible disposable tableware, which is a new type of disposable tableware, has excellent environmental properties, but it is expensive to manufacture, has a short storage time, and is prone to contamination during transportation and storage. Further, since the edible disposable tableware is difficult to be widely used due to the limitation of the habit and taste of consumers, it cannot be mass-produced.
In summary, the conventional disposable tableware has several outstanding problems: (1) if the supervision is not in place, tableware which does not meet the national sanitary standard is easy to appear in the production process; (2) the utility model is disposable, which is easy to cause a large amount of resource waste; (3) because the current garbage classification and recovery level in China is low and the garbage is difficult to recover, the environmental pollution is easily caused; (4) secondary pollution is easily generated during the transportation and storage of the tableware.
