2. The process of using the automatic OCA glue removing system of claim 1, comprising:
s1, removing OCA glue, removing the OCA glue of the product to be processed through the device (1) for removing the OCA glue through the rolling shaft, separating a main screen of the product to be processed from a cover plate, and then placing the product with the OCA glue removed on a conveying belt (4) to convey the product to the next working position;
s2, washing cotton cloth, washing the product with the OCA glue removed by a cotton cloth washing device (2), and placing the washed product on a conveyer belt (4) to be conveyed to the next working position;
s3, ultrasonic cleaning, namely, placing the product on the conveyer belt (4) in an ultrasonic cleaning machine (3) for cleaning, carrying out residual distillation treatment on the product through a cotton cloth roller, and placing the cleaned product on the conveyer belt (4) for transmission to the next working position;
and S4, inspecting the product, namely inspecting the product which is subjected to the OCA glue removing process on the conveying belt (4) according to the inspection standard, and calculating the excellent rate of the product.
