背景技术
传统的倾斜阀包含附接到弹性密封索环的中空管状杆。索环附接到金属杯,金属杯卡扣在容器上。当使阀倾斜时,材料被容器中的正压力通过杆中的孔口推动。当使用者停止使阀倾斜时,索环的弹性和容器内部的压力的组合使阀密封件回到直立位置。

当应用于化妆品霜剂分配系统的要求时,常规气溶胶倾斜阀存在两个主要不足:
霜剂包含不能与金属接触的某些过氧化物。
霜剂是在大气上的低或甚至零巴的压力下被运输,显著低于大多数使用情况,这导致材料泄漏。

传统技术中使用的卷曲金属杯不能用于某些化妆品霜剂,因为它与霜剂中的过氧化物反应。本实施例解决方案提供了一种与当前阀完全兼容的塑料杯。塑料杯可以由本领域已知的许多种塑料材料制成,例如与用于塑料容器相同的材料。如图2所示,这个塑料杯直接附接到容器206上,并使用O形环205密封。
附加阀203增强了杆经受的回复力,允许其即使在容器206内的压力为低或为零的情况下也能密封自身。该附加阀可以与当前制造标准的阀一起使用。附加阀设置在塑料杯中,但是“弹簧”力作用在杆本身上——这给杆提供了所需的预加载,以确保在零压力下的密封。很多种材料可以用于附加阀,这些材料具有弹性品质并在弯曲时提供“弹簧”返回特性。一种这样的材料是橡胶。材料的非限制性示例是“PU肖氏硬度A 70黑色”。

Claims (5)
